Kevin, from Waggoners, was our tech for our semi-annual inspection. He was very informative, answering all of our questions.. I think we'll stick with Waggoners

They have treated me, my family, and several of my friends extremely well. They do good work, excellent, timely, professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. I was very pleased with the service.

The most professional contractor that I have ever worked with. The 306 paid includes $175 for the maintenance contract (very reasonable).

Technician was late and I had to call the office. The tech then called and explained that he had a flat tire and was on his way. Tech was very thorough and explained his findings in detail. Detailed written report was provided. Tech friendly and polite and cleaned up his mess.

Waggoner's Heating & Air Conditioning was punctual and professional from the home survey (determining need) to suggested systems and installation of a new heating and cooling system. They ask the right questions and give the homeowner a voice in the whole process. Very happy with their work and the Trane system they installed. I highly recommend them.

Technicians and sales staff were all knowledgeable, professional, and provided high service levels. Would highly recommend them. We had interviewed two other companies before selecting Waggoner's. They also made me aware of a rebate which saved us $2,000!

They've been good. We have a maintenance program with them where they come out twice a year.

It's like $189 for 2 visits and that covers the year. What stands out about them is their attention to detail on checking the systems because they have a pretty rigorous checklist of checking all the voltages, temperatures, and pressures of the unit. As long as the pricing for their services is not too hard on anybody, I'm going to have somebody to come back out so I will be shopping again. They'll probably be pretty competitive in their pricing but I'm comfortable with them so as long as I get the same professional tech to come back out, I will use them again.

We've used them for a number of years and we're very happy with them over the years. They're prompt. They seem to have knowledgeable folks working for them. Prices are reasonable for the area. They're not the cheapest guy in town but they're not the most expensive either. I like them. I recommend them to my friends. I have no problems recommending them. Quality is fine. We've been using since we moved here. They were doing an annual maintenance on the old system.

By the time we found out that we needed a plumber, things were pretty wild: water all over the place, bits of ceiling falling down. The precise problem, which the guys from Waggoner's had diagnosed, had to be described to the plumber who came out so he'd know what needed to be done. So we had to coordinate with Waggoner's and a plumber, who had to be found on very short notice. Here is where the folks at Waggoner's helped way beyond the call of duty. While I had no luck finding a plumber capable of dealing with the problem and who could come on this afternoon, the folks at Waggoner's also called around and they succeeded! They found a (very competent) plumber at MDS plumbing. the guys from Waggoner's who had come out this morning explained to him what the problem was, he came out this afternoon, worked on the problem and, we think, has got it solved. Now the folks at Waggoner's certainly did not have to help us in this way. It was, as it turned out, almost entirely a plumbing problem. But they did. This is typical of my experience with them: not only are they all competent and very pleasant to deal with, but they really do care, and will go the extra mile when a customer is in the middle of an escalating problem. I''ve been recommending them to friends since we first worked with them in 2013, and everyone I know has been as pleased as we are. Really, this company is exceptional. We're lucky to have them in Norman!

I never write reviews, but when I get service this good I feel obligated. I called at 8:30pm expecting to get an appointment for the following day. To my surprise they were willing to come out immediately and help me out. Everything was prompt, professional, and solid. Greg (the tech) was able to diagnose the problem pretty quickly and get it resolved. He clearly knew exactly what he was doing and you could tell that he was a very experienced tech. If you are having AC/Heating issues in Norman, this is the place to call.

Very professional. Good pricing for Trane unit. They come on time to install the unit. very friendly. However, like most of the service provider, we always have to spot check their work before they leave. I found several minor areas that were not seal completely. Overall they are a good company and I will use them again.

They were great! Price was okay. They explained how to take care of the unit.

We have used them for our biannual PM of our heat and air conditioning systems and they have always been very professional. I just realized I need them out this year. The have done work on our ancient furnace and it has all been good.

I have worked with this company before and all went very well. This time they had to put a new air handler and heater in a very tight attic. After it was completed it did not pass inspection because of space constrictions. They did not leave enough space on one side of the unit. They came back and moved the unit. When they did they forgot to reattach a drain pipe. When I turned the a/c on water dumped into my living room ceiling. They immediately took responsibility and compensated me for the cost to repair my ceiling. They did everything they could to make it right, but it was still a hassle.

I had them out on 9/15/14 for a nonfunctioning furnace. They replaced a part, and the total price was $273. When the first cold day hit, the furnace wouldn't come on. I called the office and told them. The routine maintenance guy was already scheduled to come out that day and the office sent the repair technician out at the same time. Since it was within 30 days of the repair, they didn't charge for the service call. I paid $130 for the routine maintenance, which also covers the next visit in the spring. They identified the problem that caused the furnace not to come on this time (there's a little fan-looking thing at the front of the unit that gets stuck). It's going to be expensive to fix, and the unit is probably not worth repairing. It's 20 years old and rusted out. They showed me how to get it going if the fan sticks again, so that'll be the workaround until I replace the unit. I hate I spent the $273 last month--could have applied that to the new unit. That's not the company's fault, though. I like the technicians. They explained to me in depth what they were doing. I didn't feel I was getting scammed. I've used other companies that made me very uncomfortable, like I was really being taken for a sucker, and these guys did not give me that feeling. Now I'm shopping for a new unit, and Waggoner is one of the companies I'm pricing, but I'll also check with other companies. I plan to continue using Waggoner for routine maintenance, no matter who installs the new unit. They're BBB accredited, with an A+ rating.

We called on a Saturday and we had a technician at our house within about 45 minutes. Amazing for a Saturday! Greg was very friendly and polite. He did some troubleshooting to figure out was wrong with our non-standard airconditioning unit, and determined that we needed a new blower motor. Before taking everything apart to look at and replace the motor, he let us know what the price range would be, depending on what size the motor turned out to be. He didn't have the correct size motor with him, but another technician brought it out right away. Very good experience overall and we are thinking about having them quote a whole new A/C system to replace our antiquated one that requires repairs every summer.

The initial crew were horrible and didn't do the job correctly. They drug the install out for seven days. It should've taken 2 or 3 at most. They slopped concrete all over the floors. At the initial system start up, we discovered they had reversed the intake and outflow. It was just a comedy of errors. All was not lost though... A supervisor came out after my complaint and brought a good crew with her. She heard my problems with the service, went over the system and made fixes, extended my warranty for extra 2 years for a total of 3. She also informed me that the crew which did my job was no longer with them. So- we'll see if they take care of me as they said they would. Further update: as of 5-6-15 i am happy with the continuing support waggoner's has provided. my system is working well and i have had them out to inspect a few issues. they were prompt, professional, and have made good on the extra warrenty so far by not charging me for service. they even came by and did an unsolicited system check. i guess we just pulled a crappy crew during an extremely busy time for them upon install. they have backed up the work and i appreciate the support. i would use them again but maybe be a little more discerning upon assessing the crew to do the work.

Anytime they come out, they won’t charge you again if they had to come out within 30 days. They’re very incredible. They’re very capable, punctual, and mindful of your property. They always wear booties. They’re extremely cost-conscious of what they do.

Cleaned the coils, checked the pressure levels, and added coolent. In additon a leak in a vent was found and closed so no damage would come to my home!

The fan motor caught fire and filled the house with smoke. I called Waggoner's and they were at my house within one hour and had the whole thing fixed and working within another. So from fire to finished was two hours! They were also very thorough in explaining what had happened and how to prevent it from happening again. It was also a training session so the experienced mechanic had an apprentice actually doing the work. He apologized and said it wouldn't have taken so long to fix the motor, but he wanted to make sure the new mechanic knew the entire procedure so he had him go through it very slowly and methodically. That just shows you how great this company is. You are crazy to use anyone else in town! The cost was very fair, because they only had one hour of service, and the majority of the cost was the replacement motor.

Waggoner's Heating & Air Conditioning was super good. They came out when they were supposed to. They were extremely polite. They went above and beyond on everything I asked them to do. They offered to do more than what's discussed. There were no extra charges. There were good follow-ups. They were extremely available. I recommend them to the highest level. As soon as I needed them, they were here.

I have used Waggoners since I moved into this house in 2011. I signed up for one of their annual heat/AC checks and paid in advance. On June 6, 2012 the tech came out to check the AC unit (which was working very well and required no maintenance the previous year) The tech told me I was low 3 lbs and it would cost me an additional $60 for the 2 additional lbs the program did not cover. The tank he was supposedly adding the additional 2 lbs was PINK, which is for newer AC units ( mine is a 2007 and uses the old Freon type) I questioned the tech and he said "no, you unit uses the new type" and said he had already put in the 3 lbs, which is odd, I never heard the normal connect/disconntect "hiss" and he kept his body in front of the gages so I could not see them. He said I must have a leak so I said to make arrangements to had it checked, he said "lets just see how it goes" an odd response. This spring I tried another company, there was just something odd about the last encounter with Waggoners. When I told the service tech about the PINK tank story last spring with Waggoners he said my unit uses the older type Freon and if, in fact Waggoners had put in the new type, it would ruin my system he needed to call his boss and see. I told him that my system had worked well last summer and I had no issues. .After calling and checking my system he said I was just fine, I was not low on anything and that if the previous tech did in fact put in the newer stuff, my system would have been ruined. This appears just to be a scam used to squeeze out additional money from annual customers, I will never use them again.

Work not completed as agreed and installation of air handler was not done properly.
