They were great, they came in fast and fixed a problem that a precious company could not. Also, they fixed it way cheaper than it would of been. This company saved us 2000 dollars.

45 minutes late and didn't call, but it sure was cold outside. Everything else was professional and I was informed of every task before it started. Everything looks the way it is supposed to, instead of the junk I had when we moved in. 3 different workers. All were nice guys and knew what they were doing. I don't know about labor charges since it has been so long since I paid them, but I do know the parts prices were very fair, and they gave me a 10% senior discount.

My wife notice discoloration of our hardwood floor after we had been away on holiday--it looked like water damage. When we pulled off a baseboard to get a look at the slab, one of the nail holes started spraying water--we found the leak! We called Bob's Plumbing on Sunday night and Buddy, their on-call for the night said they couldn't make it out until Monday morning. Bob called first thing Monday morning and had Walt come out to handle the repair. Walt was courteous and helpful. The repair consisted of removing around a square foot of drywall along the baseboard and replacing the punctured copper pipe with a hard plastic replacement (the pipe was punctured between two fixed points, the slab and a junction, so replacing with more copper would have been a huge repair--the plastic plumbers pipe worked just fine). Walt cleaned up his work area and was finished in under a couple of hours. Bob's doesn't repair drywall, so we had to use another service to repair the cut-out and evaluate the water damage. Not a big deal for us. Overall: Great experience.

The experience was a good one. They were pleasant, efficient and not terribly overpriced. I have had them out twice to do work for me. I will continue to use them in the future.

He has been my plumber for years and years. He is quite good and provides quick service. He is a nice person. I have nothing but praise for the whole operation down there. I have a farm and have five buildings on the farm so we use him quite a bit.

They were great. They were prompt. Because I was out of town, I relied on them to get in contact with my clients. They did exactly what they said they were going to. I was very impressed with their price. It was not very high.

Experienced plumber (Buddy) arrived within four hours after calling on Sat. morning, developed process of elimination diagnosis procedure for mold problem, fixed existing leaks, was efficient. Weekend rate of $108/hr.

Sewer line clog ? after evaluation of the problem, the plumber determined that he had to remove the toilet to clear the problem. The Bobs Plumbing employee was courteous and professional. Several toilet issues were repaired while correcting the sewer line backup. He answered questions I had regarding plumbing repair issues. Once everything was repaired, the plumber cleaned up the work area. Project took two hours.

Also, he cleaned up really carefully after the job, scraping up any extra caulk around the sink (the sink needing caulk was something we just mentioned after the faucet was done, and he took the extra time to handle that and do a thorough cleanup.)

He came exactly when he said he would. He gave me the estimate over the phone and charged me exactly what he said he would. He replaced the spigot without doing any damage to the siding. I am very happy.

One of the things I can really say about Bob s is that they are very reliable and always get the job done right the first time. The men that come are professional, very courteous and as usual, they cleaned up after they finished really well.
