They arrived on time and performed the work quickly and well. One of the drains was difficult because the screws holding the plate were ruined, but the technician was able to remove them and install new screws.

They did excellent work from beginning to end. They came by and gave an accurate quote, pointing out some relevant improvements we could make in the process, but not applying any pressure at all. It went great. They were fully booked when I called on Thursday, and thought they would have to come out on Monday. Bari in the office was so sweet and seemed very genuinely concerned when I told her what was wrong, and told me, if possible, she would squeeze me in today. They were able to, for which I am very grateful. The plumber came out, and cleaned some roots out of the sewer main. I had called another company to do it, and they came out twice, and were unable to find a clog, so the problem just got worse and worse. Everything is working exactly as it should after calling Bob's one time, and it was significantly lower priced than the other place. I am very satisfied as always, and will call again if I have more plumbing issues in the future. They really are the best ever. :)

The plumber was thorough, polite, and knowledgeable about his craft. One fixture was a custom size, and the purchasing agent for Bob's called as soon as she knew there would be a delay. To top it all off, the price was right! Cost below includes labor, inspection of gas line, and all parts.

I called Bob's Plumbing by mistake, and I am very happy that I did. I was told by two other plumbing companies that I would need to have the valve in the pipe behind my shower diverter replaced. One quoted me 1200.00 and the other quoted me 600.00. I thought that the cheaper quote was from Bob's, but when I called, they had no record of service at my address. I went ahead and scheduled the service because I was ready to get it replaced, and I could not remember the company that I had originally called. I was told the plumber would be here between 8:00 and 12:00. He was here at 9:30 (right on time). I told him that I knew the valve would need to be replaced. After he looked at the diverter, and couldn't fix it due to the stripped valve, he came up with an alternate solution. He installed a new tub spout with the diverter that you pull up. It works perfectly, and only cost about 100.00. He could have easily done the more expensive job because he knew that was what I was expecting him to do. I really appreciate that he was able to come up with a creative solution and save me between 500 and 1100 dollars. I am very pleased with the service, and as a homeowner of an old home with various strange plumbing issues, I will be calling Bob's every time. They were really great! :)

Had a leaking water line that had leaked on the floor, called Bob's Plumbing and Aaron came out after hours to correct the issue.

I wouldn't use anybody else. They're always polite, they're always wonderful, and they do really good work.

Great experience. Called and asked if they could come out a day earlier since they had a cancellation. Cleared slow drain that was backing up and dug up and repaired water supply line in front yard. Fast and friendly service. Will use again if needed. A heck of a lot cheaper than another service that I used.

Great, they did an excellent job considering the enormity of the project. It was a 98 year old sewer line that had an additional line placed in the 50's. They combined both, ran a new line in my basement out the foundation. They were able to get most of the sod back on the trench, re-poured a cement sidewalk, and repaired all the sprinklers that ran over the sewer line.

Everyone from time of first call to the office to schedule was great! The gentleman arrived on time, was very polite, worked for approx 3 hrs. He was very thorough and neat. He did an excellent job. Their price was very reasonable comparatively to other providers in the area. Used another plumber for years in the area and Bobs blew them away in one visit! I have found my new plumber going forward!!

We did not like the way they did it and I am not sure if I like them. We have some work pending and they haven’t returned our call. I would not use them again. They did not come with proper tools.

I called Bob's Plumbing to deal with a leak in my bathroom and they were able to come to my home within a couple of days. They weren't able to determine the direct cause of the leak because we weren't able to recreate the leaking despite all of our efforts, but they told me that they thought that the bathtub was not draining properly. I also had a list of small repairs (i.e. putting new washers in the all the faucets in the house and replacing an outside leaky faucet) all of which were properly fixed. My bathrooms are well-used and are outdated (1975) and need to be fully remodeled. Bob's servicemen were efficient and honest and the cost of the repairs was very reasonable. I would recommend Bob's Plumbing.

I called Friday afternoon, 31 January, and made an appointment for Monday morning from 8 AM-12 Noon for these services. The plumber showed uip at 8:30 AM after calling to confirm he would do so, and checked the work we needed to have done. He had a new Insinkerator Badger 1, 1/3 hp garbage disposer on the truck for $18 more than the Amazon price for the same unit. He installed it and tested it to be sure it worked and did not leak. The kitchen sink faucet leaked because of a damaged seal, which he removed and rebuilt. That stopped the leakage around the base of the Delta faucet. The 2 toilets in the first floor bathrooms had been poorly installed when the house was built 5 years ago, and always leaked intermittently around the base. Both also rocked. The installing plumbing contractor refused to remove and reset the toilets, merely further tightening them until he was afraid he would break the base. A different plumber was engaged to reset both toilets, but did not do so. This apparent journeyman plumber from Bob's Plumbing Co. drained the toilets, removed them, and found that both were partly suspended by being set on the flange in the drain pipe. He removed that and the wax rings, cleaned the area, replaced the flange and wax ring in each, and reset the toilets. He then used a silicone sealer around the base and cleaned up the floor and all the inevitable water that dripped from removing the toilets. He flushed them several times to be sure they worked and did not at that time leak at the base. He spent a little more than 3.5 hours at about $74 an hour, plus the $92 for the new garbage disposer and about $15 for other parts to repair the faucet and reset the toilets, for a total of about $325 including a 10% Senior discount, which I believe is a fair price. His courtesy, competence, and professionalism, as well as his personal integrity are exceptionally good. I will certainly use this plumbing service again as needed, and I appreciate the excellent workmanship.

The problem started at a toilet where a plastic toy got flushed. He removed the toilet and tried to find the toy with two different kinds of machines with no luck. After a lunch break, he came back with a plan to remove a large pipe under the house and replacing it. He an another man did the work and were done by mid afternoon.

Called in advance to make appointment for someone to fix a slow filling toilet in a home we are selling. Since I live out of town, I wanted to set up a time to meet, however, I had to wait an hour past the appointment time. Once the plumber showed up, he quickly diagnosed the problem, made the repairs and insured that the toilet was running properly. We have used Bob's Plumbing in the past, and have been very satisfied with the workmanship and the price.

I called Bob's in the morning and the plumber came in the afternoon. I wasn't home when he arrived because I didn't get a call to tell me when he was coming, though it's possible he called the house rather than my work number. But my Dad let him in and called me, and by the time I got home he was mostly done running about 30 feet of cable down the floor drain next to my water heater. I was concerned the problem would recur frequently because of some changes Bob's Plumbing had made to the drain lines the year before; he said he didn't expect recurring problems, and not to try more drastic repairs unless the line starts to get clogged frequently. He explained the layout of this drain to me and how to clean it out myself in the future if it's just a minor clog. The price was a $42 higher than we'd paid with another plumber for a simple drain cleanout. No complaints, though. Prompt and effective service. LATER ADDITION: Three weeks later I unexpectedly received an adjusted bill and a partial refund check in the mail from Bob's Plumbing, with a nice note explaining the plumber, who was new to the company and still getting used to their fees, had mistakenly overbilled. They adjusted the bill from $141 to $112.50, and refunded the difference. Perhaps they did so in response to this review on Angie's list, but I certainly didn't expect it, and it certainly showed they care about getting it right and learning from customers' feedback. You can't expect perfection from anyone, and when someone is honest about their mistakes and conscientious about resolving them, you can't ask for better than that.

They came out on short notice (in fact, the day after I called them, which is the specific time I wanted them to come). They were very polite, punctual, incredibly professional, and completely competent. Sink worked perfectly as soon as they fixed it and no problems since. Price was very fair and affordable, compared to what it could have been (and what I have encountered in the past before I joined Angie's List!). In short, Bob's Plumbing exemplified exactly what one hopes a service company would be: They did their job for a fair price, and they were on time and courteous. No games, just results. Loved them, and can't recommend them highly enough! We are their customers for life.
