Description of Work: Non functional front loader washing machine that was leaking water. We thought it was just the twisted rubber gasket on the door but it leaked from elsewhere too. Two people arrived, one clearly more experienced than the other, and he quickly got to work and almost immediately found the problem. Also pointed out some very worn bearings which explained louder than normal operation and probably why it seized. He pointed out that while yes he could repair it, the cost of parts and his time would be better spent on a new washing machine. I truly appreciate when someone says that and doesn't try to push additional services. The only mildly negative thing I have to say is I was charged for a full hour when the entire call took under 30 minutes but that was the agreed upon price before they arrived.

Description of Work: I had standing water in front of my upright Kenmore freezer and called to request service. Owner David answered my call, listened to my problem and, rather than come out and collect a fee, he gave me the simple solution and stated I really didn't need his services. His advise was not just free, it was dead-on, I've had no problems since. Honesty, professionalism, fairness...how cool is that, way to go David!

Description of Work: Fixed the problem without needing any parts. I was impressed when I made the appointment and was told the repairman's name, how he would be dressed in detail. That his name would be on his uniform and what time to expect him. The repairman called before he came and arrived at the desinated time. |I highly recommend this company.
