He was wonderful! His painting was fast and well done. He also helped me with other things I needed repaired. He did an excellent job of dry wall repair and painting, and he installed new track lighting in my kitchen, along with 2 dimmer switches, installed new bulbs in microwave oven(not any easy job!) and fixed my front door so it was easy to open and close. He's a wonderful handy man as well as a painter! I would rate him as super excellent!

Rod, owner and operator of Alvord Construction Services LLC was great to work with. He and his staff recently painted the interior of our 2400 SF home, and did an outstanding job. Rod walked us through the process and timeline to complete the project. He kept us informed daily of progress. The paint job was completed on time, on budget, and most important of high quality. Rod did stucco repairs and painted the exterior of my Home workmanship was good. starting time was close to what I was told will have him bid future interior painting.

He was very easy to work with. He did some extra things for us besides painting. He fixed a cabinet that was broken and put new outside gate handles on a gate for us and put a new bedroom door up for us. He added his expertise for suggestions on painting which helped us a lot. We would definitely hire him again.
