I initially hired Rod to replace some rotting deck boards; he made some improvements to my deck that I love. The next project was exterior painting. I had started to paint my home and shed but quickly developed shoulder issues and could not finish. Rod finished the job and did many extras that have greatly improved the look of my home. Couldnâ t be happier and will be asking Rod for help again very soon. He was very easy to work with, communicated on a regular basis and has an impressive skill set! I recommend Rod without hesitation.

We hired Rod to do a complete house paint job and he did a wonderful job! He worked really hard and completed the job in the time frame he said he would. He did a great job of cleaning up after the job. We are very happy with the work that he did for us.

Rod installed French doors for me. They were installed beautifully. They were framed in 1x4 and sanded, caulked and painted. Thee outside was also framed and painted beautifully matching the outside paint. He also installed a thru the wall doggie door that was finished inside then caulked and painted. Rod touched up paint inside and out. The work was beautifully done. The project was completed on time and all old doors and framing strips were hauled away. They are was vacuumed and left immaculate. I will definitely hire him again.

Mr. Alvord is quite dependable and did a very good job of building a planter and disposing of the old planter on our patio. He was polite and easy to work with. He was able to get the work done in a timely manner. He also built a frame to hold a stained glass dragon window and then installed it. We felt that his estimate might have been just a little bit high, but we were willing to pay because of his punctuality and dependability. We have called others who advertised their services and found that they were not dependable about even showing up! We really appreciated that Mr. Alvord takes his business seriously and is proud of his work. It really shows in the good service and his discipline to get the job done and on time! We will definitely be calling him again since his versatility is amazing. We highly recommend him to others who are needing most any kind of handyman work done.

Drywall repair. Fast and dependable service. Sent my request in and got a response within the hour and then he came within 24 hours and finished the job in about 4 hours. Very friendly and hardworking man. Would recommend to anyone needing drywall repair, renovations, ceilings etc.

Rodney repainted the entire interior of our house, walls and ceilings, installed laminate wood and tile flooring throughout, and made some alterations to the master bathroom and relocated a chandelier in the dining room. Rodney is hardworking and honest. He will help you with choosing the right paint color. He can do a lot of different textures on the wall. I was very pleased with the result. He was great!

I had a the front metal security screen and the front door painted as well as new hardware installed. They came out and did a thorough inspection before giving me a price. The work was well done with great attention to detail. I would highly recommend them.
