Description of Work: Serviced ac low refriderant issue. Did a leak test and found that the port where it is charged was leaking slightlym . Done of the other service reps that I had service it found it. I would guess most of them wanted to sell me a new heat and air unit. I did however request the Gentry quote me the cost on doing so and they did not respond which is the reason for the less than perfect score.
