I use Gentry for service on all my rentals. I have used them for a couple years and they always get there quick and get the job done!!

They were easy to talk to and explained everything. They were courteous and came out in a friendly manner.

I couldn't be more pleased with every aspect of the job these guys did. Every call was answered or returned quickly. They showed up when they said they would and they consulted with me every step of the way to be sure I was happy with the way the work was progressing. My existing furnace was in good shape but not compatible with the overhead ductwork so they kept my furnace and gave me a great discount on the entire job. Clint gave me the 5% Angie's List discount based on the original (larger) quote and the work was completed ahead of schedule saving me even more money. I glad I found these guys. Definitely give them a call.

We have used Gentry Service for our HVAC needs for several years. Two years ago, we had them completely overhaul our HVAC system (units and ventilation) and were extremely pleased with their service. They were very reasonably priced compared to other Heating and AC companies and did not try to oversell us during the initial meeting. During the service, their employees were polite and worked hard. They were respectful of our furniture and belongings when they were cutting holes for the new vents. We have been perfectly comfortable (temperature-wise) in our home and our bills are great since the overhaul. We have them come service our system every year (thus the appointment this summer).

Our air conditioner stopped blowing cold air on a very hot day, and our baby was just 4 days old, so we needed it fixed quickly. Most of the companies I called couldn't come out until the next day, but Gentry was able to send someone out that afternoon (and worked around a pediatrician appointment). We were only charged for the service call, which was higher than we expected, but otherwise the service was great. The technician was able to quickly find the problem and fix it, then he checked the Freon levels and cleaned out the unit. I couldn't find the key to unlock our gate, so he had to come through the house, and he made sure to take off his shoes every time! Very professional.

Was the hottest day of the year and I woke up to my A/C not working. Called Gentry and they worked me in that day. Came out and replaced two capacitors, checked Freon, air filter, cleaned, etc. and all is great now. It was one of those days all the others were backed up because of the heat, and they worked me in. Would recommend.

It went great. We have used them for years and they did the installation on our units when we built our house. They always do quality work at a reasonable price.

Definitely! I have use them for 20 years and they have been a trusted repair source. They appear to be growing as the owner Kevin Gentry has not done the work the past two times I called for service. All the crews seem to have the same emphasis for courtesy and quality service. I would recommend this company.

They tried to help me initally over the phone so I wouldn't be charged for a service call, but when they realized the problem was bigger they came out. They came the same day that I called them. The drain lines were stopped up so they took it apart, flushed the drain, cleaned it up and installed new PVC pipes. They also checked my freon and did a full inspection of my unit. There were two guys that came out and they only charged me for the one hour service fee even though they did additional work and were at my home for longer than an hour.

They are very professional and punctual. They always show up exactly when they say they will. They are very friendly, courteous and easy to work with. They do a very good job explaining what they are doing and how to maintain everything. They have a very good product and are priced very well.
