Wonderful. They were helpful in getting me the highest quality door at a low price. The explained the process in great detail. Wonderful Company. It's been several months since they came and I have had no problems at all!

Great! They were polite and professional on the phone and in person. Came out the same day we called and replaced the springs on both doors in about an hour. They also charged less than half of the price quoted by the big name company. Would use again in a heartbeat!

He was able to come after hours for me since I am a school teacher, and considering the time he came, the price he charged me was excellent. He was concerned that he may have dirt on his shoes so he did not want to go into the house and inserted went right around to the garage door. He was very knowledgeable about his profession and knew just what to do to fix the problem. I would highly recommend him.

I called and they set up a time the next day. They arrive on time. They identify the problem immediate. The springs had to be replace. They were finish in 15 minutes. They said they had checked everything and that was all they needed to be done. They were very knowledge and professional.

The owner came out and replaced two garage door openers with new ones, which are awesome compared with what I had before. Nice little perks with them. He was very nice and took plenty of time with me to explain the new features and answer any questions I had. Really great company.

Broke one of my springs on my garage door from the kids playing with the manual override. The door slammed and the spring broke in half. I called H&H and the call was answered on the first ring. The person that answered the call was a very professional and polite person. I was told I would be able to get my door fixed on the same day and would receive a callback in about 2 hours. AMAZING! Everything as expected! Robert and a younger guy showed up and got me fixed up in less than 1/2 an hour. Great friendly service that was very quick and very much appreciated! Thank you so much!

They showed up on time and did a great job. They were fast and very knowledgeable about what they do. Plus they knew why the old garage door was messing up and strengthened the new one to prevent premature breakages. They even told us if we wanted to put an automatic garage door opener later they would gladly come back out to help put that up also. They did an awesome job and the woman that answered the call was wonderful, helpful, and sweet.

The door was sticking. I could not open it. He pointed out that the door was sticking because of the paint job. Unstuck the door, reattached a couple of brackets, and installed new rollers.

I called H & H garage door to get a quote for installing a new garage door opener. Robert came out the same day to provide the quote and the next day to install the door opener. He called ahead to let me know when he would be arriving and went right to work. He did a great job with the installation- very professionally done. I will hire H & H again when the other garage door opener needs replacing.

My garage door had been installed by the previous homeowner, I had to remount the motor mounting bar as it was not installed level. The door continued to make much noise on opening and closing. H&H Garage Door was hired to replace the garage door rollers and do a tune-up of the unit. Bob, the Service Technician arrived on the appointed date AND time. He immediately replaced the original plastic rollers with quality steel ones. He proudly showed me the difference in quality of his and those that came with the unit. After completion, I pointed out the noise the door made opening and closing. Within 15 seconds he identified the problem as improperly installed roller mounts on one side of the door. He quickly removed and remounted these. The door opened and closed quietly!! Bob then checked all the working components and greased all moving parts. I had a couple of questions about after market remote door openers which he quickly and very knowledgeably answered. the quality of work and parts was excellent. The Service Technician was fast, thorough, knowledgable and very professional. I would definitely recommend H&H Garage Door Company and will use them for any repair needed on my garage door.

We bought the roller replacement and maintenance package after discovering one of our tension springs (of two) snapped, so we could have both services performed at the same time. H&H was very accommodating and worked us into an already busy schedule for them, responding the same day. Although it was early evening by the time they arrived at the house (a little later than promised), all work was completed and with no extra charges. Everything works great now...who knew how heavy the garage door was without the spring assist? A quality/heavy door is useless without them - and this is an emergency when bad weather/hail is looming and your wife can't get the cars in and out of the garage in your absence. The roller replacement/maintenance package was well worth the cost-- what a difference!

H & H came out and gave me an honest estimate...I special ordered my door and it came in as promised. I ordered it with windows and it looks great. They were a little late in getting here, but it all worked out. The door was made in Ponca City, so it makes me feel a little better about going with this company. From initial contact to the final install, everyone was professional and courteous. Over all, yes, I would use them again, highly recommended!

The chains on our automatic garage door broke, causing the door to come crashing down. The local provider that I used to call had been bought out by a national company, causing a dramatic increase in prices and decrease in quality of service so I did not want to call it even though the parts would have been under warranty. I went to Angie's list and discovered H&H. Robert had a full day of service but he was in my area so he was at my house within 20 minutes. I can't tell you exactly what he did but he had to replace many parts that had been installed by the other provider only 6 months ago. Robert was extremely professional, friendly, fast and knowledgeable. The price was 6 times less than charged by the previous provider and the garage door is smoother and more reliable than ever. I doubt I will have any future problems but if I do, I will call Robert at H&H.
