The garage door lift chain came off the track. I called Door Depot since they installed the garage door several years ago. They came out the next day, right on time. Quickly diagnosed the problem, fixed it and was done in about 1/2 hour. Very responsive & easy to work with.

Great experience with Door Depot! I needed to have the opener replaced and the cable had come loose. I was quoted a fair price of $225 for both jobs. The technician was professional and knowledgeable and got everything done within an hour. I would highly recommend Door Depot to anyone who needs work done on their garage.

Scott and his installer did an exceptional job with removing the old garage door and installing the new door and opener. The price and quality of the product is unbeatable. I would highly recommend Scott for all your garage repair needs.

I called DOOR DEPOT at 2:45 PM on Wednesday, 11/11/2020, about our South Wooden garage door that would not work at all due to a broken and detached bottom door roller attachment fixture. Scott Crecelius, the company owner, answered the phone, assessed my garage door situation, and, to insure that both doors would continue to work safely, scheduled the repair work for Friday, 11/13/2020, at 9:00 to 10:00 AM, and came out himself, on time, and did an outstanding job, with the needed repairs. (The company had so much current business, that he came out, to insure that these important safety repairs would be done, as soon as possible, without delay.) Scott repaired and re-bolted the metal bottom roller attachment fixture on the South wooden garage door, and re-bolted the same on the North door. He also serviced both doors and redid and/or added numerous bolts and screws. Afterwards, both doors worked safely, with useful life extended. Scott Crecelius did an outstanding, timely, efficient, and complete job here. He and this company were very honest, professional, and have excellent customer service. We would most definitely use DOOR DEPOT again.

Great service by Door Depot in replacing two of our dated garage doors. Scott suggested a flush panel to go with the Ipe siding to maintain a modern look. The end result was even better than expected.

The came out for a super fast, free quote and I ended up not needing a new opener yet. Mine will eventually go bad (builder grade) but I loved how they didn’t attempt to sell, only to do what is right. When this opener goes, which it eventually will, I’ll be calling Door Depot, as well as any other garage door needs. It’s hard to find knowledgeable and honest contractors and service, I’m very impressed!

After receiving a very high quote for an opener and spring replacement I called Door Depot for a 2nd opinion. The tech and I talked about what was going on and he suggested an easy fix (just to try) before recommending the opener being replaced. He also said the spring had a couple more years left and that would not need to be replaced. His fix worked my equipment did not need replaced and is working fine. When the time does come for replacement, I’ll be calling these guys for sure!

Scott, the owner, contacted me less than an hour after I submitted the Angie's List form and was at my house with an estimate that afternoon. He was very friendly and did a great job of answering questions without upselling or pressuring me to buy. We had the door installed the next week and the tech who came out here did a great job installing it and hauling away the old garage. The new door looks and operates great. We were extremely pleased with the price and service. We'd definitely go to Door Depot again and would recommend it to our neighbors.

Fantastic! I'm a return customer to Door Depot. I called last week and spoke to Scott (the owner) regarding the need for a garage door system to be installed in our Pole Barn. He asked a few questions regarding the specs of our barn/garage and recommended a garage door system. The best part was he asked if we had time the following week to install! We were thrilled. Two workpersons showed up this morning promptly for the appt and completed the work with no issues. Additionally they took appropriate measures to abide by the Covid guidelines precautions. Overall just a great experience. So rare to find a company these days with customer focus-- Door Depot has it. I will definitely use them in the future and highly recommend their services to anyone.

Fantastic work. Wu diagnosed the problem in minutes. It turned out to be much simpler than what I had assumed. He grabbed the part from the truck and fixed it in about ten minutes. He also gave the whole system a once over and confirmed that everything was working. They did not try any pushy upsells or anything annoying like that. An absolute pleasure to deal with. Would absolutely hire them again, though I doubt I will need to after the thoroughness of the repair.

Fantastic, same day service. Old, heavy garage door spring coil snapped and needed updated repair. New coil system was installed and door was working within an hour. Outstanding!

We had an Amarr Lincoln LI3000 Garage Door Installed by Door Depot. They are most deserving of their super service award. Scott was extremely helpful in coming out to check things over, make very helpful recommendations, provide a very competitive estimate and make the necessary arrangements to install a new garage door the next day. Todd, who installed the door, did a super job. He was very professional, hard working, friendly and informative. He went the extra mile by also servicing the overhead unit and making sure everything was in good order before leaving. Things were cleaned up afterwards and completed in a very timely and efficient manner. The extra rubber weather stripping recommended by Scott was a great addition. Communication with Scott was always considerate, prompt and most noteworthy. Highly recommend.

I made the appointment for between 2 and 4. At 1:45 they called to say they would be here at about 2:15. They showed up at 2:14. In less than one half hour, the work was done, and at a very reasonable price. The repair person was polite, friendly, and most efficient. I would hire these folks again in a heartbeat.

The installation went very well. However, I did have one complaint about one part of the process. I told Scott that I would be out of town on the day they were coming to install the new door so I told him I would just leave him a check for the total cost of the installation - I even confirmed the total cost with him over the phone on how much to write out for the check. However, when I got home I was informed by the installer that there was an additional $78.75 due for taxes. I certainly expect to pay any tax, but I should have been advised how much it was when I asked so I could have included it in my check amount - not a big deal but it still should not have happened after I specifically asked what the total would be for when I wrote the check.

They came out the afternoon I called them and fixed the problem. Price was reasonable.

Service was excellent. Quick, efficient, professional and affordable. Called to have broken spring and cables on garage door repaired. They were here the next morning to repair the door. $205.

We needed a replacement garage door. Scott came out for an estimate the same day I contacted them, and was able to have the new door installed two days later! Quick, efficient, and very cost effective. Would highly recommend this company.

Scott accommodated my needs (simple no frills opener) and schedule. Todd (installer) arrived on time, installed the opener/keypad/calibrated the remotes, cleaned up old remote stuff and hauled it away. It was fast and the best part, very affordable. Todd took the time to answer all my questions and explain the perks. Even though I said no frills, I ended up downloading the app so I could check my garage door from any location. Everything went well. I appreciate them coming out to the house as quickly as they did. They had the parts and the gentleman was able to change the springs out in less than 30 minutes. Highly recommended. Thanks again!!!
