"Called on Monday for plumbing issues. Was told Wednesday or Thursday someone would come out. I had appts on Wednesday, so I was told Tuesday or Thursday, but to expect Thursday. I called at 8:10 am Thursday to confirm appt and I am not on the schedule. Was told it would be tomorrow. I said don't worry about it and she just said alright. No apology for your mistakes. I guess I'm better of fixing it myself with a newborn and toddler running around... I recommend elsewhere."
