Description of Work: They were able to schedule me quickly. Service ticket wasn't included in dispatch on day of service but that was corrected quickly when I called. They had someone out within an hour. All personnel I dealt with were very professional and courteous. I plan to use them again in the future to replace bathroom faucet fixtures. Have had absolutely no problems since kitchen faucet and disposal were installed.

 + 0 moreMy compressor (outside unit) on my central A/C quit providing cool air on Friday evening (Aug 5). I contacted Andy's Plumbing Saturday (8/6) morning at 8:30 a.m. I was called back at approximately 2:30 p.m. and was assured that a service technician would arrive as quickly as possible. Outside temp was 100+ degrees and temp in the house was 86. The technician arrived at 4:00 p.m. and determined that a 60 amp fuze had blown. He procured a replacement fuze, installed it, checked the system out to ensure there weren't any other problems (such as low coolant level, etc.) and that all was working fine. Approximately 2 - 6 hours later, the compressor quit again. I contacted Andy's on-call person Saturday evening and again on Sunday (8/7) morning. At approximately 12:30 p.m., the technician called me and we discussed options. The technician said that if he replaced the same fuze again, the whole unit might be damaged. He recommended and I agreed to contact an electrician to see if there was a system electrical problem. On Monday morning (8/8) I contacted Johnson's Electric Service. That is addressed as a separate report.
