Fussy trying to get the tech out (not flexible scheduling), but once there did quick and accurate job.

We live in a rural area and have trouble getting service providers to come out this far from town. We have used Andys services many times over the past several years and they have never failed us. They actually came out on two days for this last service call because it entailed cutting into the wall. The house had been through a flood and so we needed different odd jobs done. They worked around my 94 year old mother that lives in the house. They were always polite, professional, and tolerant with her and I sincerely appreciated that. Their work was excellent, effective, handled quickly, and they never left a mess.

I scheduled a quote on a plumbing issue we were having. The sewer lift station needed to be removed and replaced with a new unit. The worker came out on a Wednesday and looked around for about 10 minutes and said he had what he needed and would get back to us with the quote by the next morning. I called late the following afternoon and was told that he was not scheduled to be in that day (Thursday) and they would not be able to get the quote back to us until Monday. I never heard anything from them on Monday, so I called Tuesday morning and again was told that he was not scheduled to work that day, but that they would look for his ticket and see if he had already written up the quote and I would receive a call back by the end of the afternoon. I never received that call and as I had already been waiting for this quote for over a week, and had expressed to them that we had no plumbing (and 3 small children) until it was fixed, I was completely unsatisfied with their lack of urgency in the matter. I still have not ever received a call back from this company, and would not recommend them to anyone.

I have used Andy's plumbing 3 times in the last few months. On every visit the plumber was very good, polite, and did what they set out to do. I have no complaint with the actual workers, I am however, not satisfied with the scheduling and pricing of the work. The last time I called Andy's (on a Monday) I requested a plumber to replace my hot water heater. I was told a plumber could not be sent out until the next day (Tuesday) and that they would call me when they were on the way. That was OK, so I took a day off and waited for "the call." At 3:00, I still had not been contacted and I called the office. After hanging up on me once, the office told me that the plumber could not come out until the next day (Wednesday). When I said that was not the original communication and nobody had called me - they tried to tell me that I was wrong and that they said "Tuesday or Wednesday." This was not the case (they specifically said Tuesday) and I wasted a day waiting for a plumber. No apology - just tried to blame the customer. I will not be using this business again.

Perfect. Very friendly and efficient. Came shortly after called. Tried usual plumber and couldn't come until Monday. Checked Angie's and saw Andy's had A rating so called. So glad I did.

They showed up on time and fixed the problem for a reasonable cost.

They were able to come out the same day I called them. They arrived on time and went to work right away. They are reasonably price and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

The young man, Mike who performed the services could not have been more professional or more helpful. He arrived on 5/15/14 in late afternoon as scheduled. After determining that the toilet in first bathroom could not be reseated because there was no flange, which should have been there all along. He did stop the leakage of the tub faucet in master bath and advised he would be back next morning around 8 a.m. He arrived on time and completed the first bath's work with reseating the toilet quickly and effectively. He then installed the new outside faucet and I could not be more pleased with it. I have struggled with this particular faucet since I bought my house in 2000, and finally! I don't hear water dripping money down the drains and down my driveway. I expect to make up for my plumbing bill by a lesser water bill over the next several months, and THAT makes me ecstatic!! For both days the scheduler/receptionist at the office kept me apprised as to when the technician would be here so I ws never left wondering when or if I was on their schedule. I recommend Andy's Plumbing without reservation and I appreciate the professional and good service that was, for me, above and beyond.

As usual the guys showed up on time and were very professional. The job took about 3-4hrs and they didn't stop one time for a break, very hard workers and stayed until the job was complete. We had a few issues come up that wasn't a part of the game plane but they were quick to find a solution and got the job complete to standard.

We had a leak that was coming from the wall in our son's room. I had thought it was coming from hose bib on the outside of his room. The plumbers that came were very polite and thought that the leak was the window. They arrived at our home about 2:00 and were here for about 20 minutes. I went that evening to the hardware store and sealed the window again. Next day it was still leaking. So I called another company. The second company came out and fixed the leak on the hose bib, where I had thought it was. My home was built in 2010 and when the hose bib was installed it was put on too tight and had a very small crack. The second company replaced a part and was here for about an hour. I was charged $50 for the repair. About a week later I received a bill from Andy's for $140! I was excepting a service call charge of $75 or so, but not $140. I just wrote the check as they did provide me a service, but I would not recommend or use them again.

But they didn't snake just once they kept doing it til everything was coming out clear!

lEntire job went very well!! Andy's responded immediately with a three-man team which went directly to work. They listened to my description, evaluated the situation, explained their approach by giving both the worst and best-case scenarios. Then, taking adaquete time, they carefully went about the job which they completed in excelent fashion and in a very reasonable time. Team kept my wife and I informed as they progressed and they cleaned up all areas upon completion. We have used Andy's several times over the past years and always with satisfaction. We have also used several other plumbing service providers. None have compared with Andy'!!

Showed up when they said they would and worked efficiently together to get the job done faster and save me some money on labor. Friendly and knowledgeable technicians and office staff! Will use them for all my needs forthcoming!

I arrived at my rental house to find there was a sewage backup in the backyard. I do not know for sure how long it was backing up into the yard but the cap on the cleanout was missing and that is why the sewage backed up into the yard and not the house! The renter's stated they just noticed it and they had already called Andy's plumbing. Andy's showed up promptly and got the line unclogged but said that we may have a bigger problem of the main pipe in need of replacement. So a camera would be needed soon to determine the exact situation. I also liked that I could set up an account at their store so that if my renter's have any other plumbing problems we can have it taken care of right away. I would definitely recommend Andy's Plumbing to anyone!

They were prompt and friendly, but they were not at all very useful. They thought the problem was in the sink instead of the toilet. They basically ignored what they were told. The long and short of it is that they did not find the problem. Their price was a little high.

Our blower motor for the heater went out during the night. I called in the morning and they where out that afternoon at the time they said they would be. The serviceman was communicative and polite. They got the job done as expected. I would continue and have recommended them to friends.

I highly recommend Andy's for both plumbing and air conditioning/heating jobs. I don't even comparison shop anymore -- I just call Andy's. They are fair and honest and do the job right the first time and everytime. Who could ask for more?? They are a quality company. Thank you Andy's!!

We had a main water line break at our 200-unit apartment complex which left 4 buildings without water. The leak was noticed at 4:30 pm and they were here by 5:00 pm. The problem was fixed by 8:00 pm. Couldn't ask for more.

They told me that they would come around 10am and they never showed up. I called them around 2pm and ask where they were and they said they got busy and would be there the next day.

They do excellent work at a reasonable price.

They have two sides to their business, one is plumbing and one is air-conditioning and I have used them both. I use them a lot. They have done a new air-conditioner, a new furnace, and a new water heater within the last few years. I spent about $3000.00 for the air-conditioner and furnace, $800.00 for the hot water heater, and $300.00 for the sink and plumbing installation. I would highly recommend them. They are competitively priced in the Lawton area. They do great work. I have never had to call them back for anything. My dad used them one time for the septic line that he was responsible for using when he was living in the city from the house to the main line. They had to come and repair that. He had to call them back one time and they came right away. They fixed it and they didn't charge him. They apologized and it wasn't even their fault. They fixed it without charge. I would recommend them to anybody that was looking for air-conditioning or plumbing. I know I can trust them. I know that they are fair and so I generally don't do comparison shopping. That speaks highly of them overall that I trust them as far as competitiveness and everything. If I had done more shopping around, I could probably definitively answer that. They are definitely within reason. The only comparison I had was on the air-conditioner. I had at the time a company which had a kind of an insurance policy I could buy on a monthly basis in case something goes wrong and they quoted me something way higher. They weren't going to pay it. They were going to have me pay most of it. It was way higher than what Andy's came and did the entire job for instead of one piece of a job. According to that comparison, Andy's was great. They always come very quickly.

It did not go well, as stated above.

After an out of town plumber was send by AHS, I ended up with a estimate of 4000 plus dollars. Andy's was recommended to me by my Realtor Linda Purdue. They showed up in no time and fixed the 4000 plus dollar problem for 60. I call that great service.

They are very knowledgeable, professional, and very honest. The guy that came out did a really good job. We have used them for several types of jobs and they have always been very reliable. We could not be any happier with them.

The guys were very friendly and professional. The price was reasonable and I would use this company again to redo my plumbing on the house.
