"After placing our order, communication essentially stopped. Took multiple emails and texts to try to get any updates on our order. Windows were installed well with minimal damage to surrounding finishes and installers left the areas as clean as they could. Very disappointed the windows were NOT cleaned before the installers left. A small gesture like that would have been very appreciated."

"When I hired Colton Huggard he seemed excited to get the job and anxious to start as soon as possible. He was to start the next day at 8am. I waited till noon and texted him only to find out his son was ill and he wouldn?t be coming. The next day he was a no show due to his own health. He was going to drop off his equipment later that day but changed his mind at the last minute and agreed to arrive at 7am the next morning. At 8:30 the next morning he said he was loading up to come over. Two hours later he texted to say he was on his way. We agreed over the phone that he would finish that day since he has kept we waited so long. He finally arrived 4hours late and began working. Toward the end of the day I returned home to find very sloppy work with pain on the bricks, windows, grass and sidewalks. He seemed to blame me for rushing him. He was cleaning up in such a hostile way I just paid him and told him not to return to finish the job. He left the yard messy and unsafe. "
