Description of Work: David was competent, professional, courteous, responsive and thorough...everything we were hoping for in an inspector. He also performed a second inspection after necessary repairs. I have called him several times since with questions. He was happy to answer them and remembered our report without having to call me back. I highly recommend David Wigger.

Description of Work: David was very professional and thorough. I've had other home inspections that were a waste of money. This time I felt I got my dollar's worth. He has the experience and the right equipment to inspire confidence. I found him on this list and the previous comments moved me to call him. I'd use him again and recommend him to others.

Very informative
Description of Work: WONDERFUL, David is very through he was timely and respectful. He did the most in depth inspection and report we have ever had on a home. I feel like have a vast knowledge of the problems and solutions for our new home.

Excellent.
Description of Work: Mr. Wigger did a very thorough home inspection. His report included colored photos and a detailed description of hazardous, defective, and marginal areas of the house. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing a home inspection.
