David went from room to room on the property inside and out checking the HVAC, siding, roof, interior of attic, entire kitchen, electrical, plumbing, heating, windows, and inspected for termites. An excellent inspector.

David did an excellent job. He was very detailed and informative. David was punctual and ready to go when he arrived. He advocated several times that he is there to provide unbiased inspection of the house. My wife and I are very pleased with his service and report. We are glad we found him on Angie's list!

David was very nice to do business with. He was polite, friendly, punctual and very professional. My wife and I arrived at the home a few minutes late, and David was already hard at work. He was very thorough and careful. He would pause to explain some of his findings along the way. We'd had a roof inspection done by a roofing company, thinking that it would be a more detailed inspection. But, it was not nearly as detailed as David's inspection of the roof. He took a lot of pictures, which have been very helpful in getting a new roof on the house. He took time after the inspection to do a verbal summary with us, and asked if we had any questions. He emailed his report to us. It is very clear, and easy to read and understand. Our realtor, who goes to a lot of home inspections, remarked at how much David had impressed him. We would HIGHLY recommend using David at BASIS. Thank you, David!

Overall, David did an excellent job. He was inspecting a home I am considering buying, and his information was very useful in helping me to make the final decision. He is very professional....the only do's I would offer is, "DO hire him" and the only don'ts would be, "Don't use anyone else!" :)

We called David for an appointment. He quoted us his price on the phone based on the size of the house. Set up and inspection for the next week. He was very professional and took 2 hours to inspect everything. He did not miss a thing. When finished he explained his findings to all of us in detail. He was helpful in explaining to both the sellers and the buyers the amount of repair work that needed to be done and how much of it could be fixed by the owner. As a seller of my house I know it is hard to hear about all of the things wrong with your house after keeping it in great condition all those years. David was very professional in his critique of the house and was very helpful in telling us of even the little things that were wrong that could become an issue later. The best part of this inspection though is the report itself. He took pictures and put arrows exactly where he found issues with plumbing or piping or electrical. He was very detailed in the report and even rated the findings as minor, defective, and hazardous. Hehad a summary on the last page that we could work from in making our TRR to the Sellers. We knew how much of the report we could fix ourselves, how much the sellers could fix themselves and how much of the repairs needed a professional repairman.

Basis did a wonderful job. David was on time and took his time inspecting our home while explaining everything he saw. My husband and I felt very comfortable with him and felt that he was thoughough in inspecting our home. We recieved a full report the folling day with pictures showing what needed to be fixed. I highly recommend him. We did have an issue with the pest control company that Basis likes to use in regards to getting a cleared pest control report in order to close on our home. I am not familiar enough with the form our lender required in order to clear for pests but Sooner Pest Control was unable to provide it after reporting "dead carpentar ants" since they did not do the treatment of capentar ants.

I have had 3 home inspections done in he past 2 years and this was by far the most professional and thorough... not to mention %20 cheaper. He even took his shows off to do the interior inspection. Tested for gas leaks and gave us some great advice above and beyond the scope of his inspection.

David was clearly experienced and was able to provide an inspection far beyond anything I'd expected. His report was detailed, concise, and clearly he was acting in the interests of the home buyer (me). USE THIS COMPANY!

His service was great. He arrived at the home before me, and I arrived 10 minutes early. He was very through and likes for you to go around and look at things with him as he teaches about your future home. He doesn't only inspect for things that are broken, he finds things that are outdated, improperly installed, hazardous, etc. as well. He doesn't only find things for the sellers to fix, he finds things that may become a problem in the future. *The picture I added was from when we were up looking in the attic. I didn't bring my flashlight so I was using my camera to just take pictures so I could look at it later on the computer. I accidentally got him in 1 of the shots, and it turned out to be a good photo that showed how thorough he really is so I thought I would put it on here.

It was a wonderful experience, professional job, and far exceeded my expectations. He showed up on time. I had the report as promised the next day. It was the most thorough inspection report that I've ever seen. He showed us everything that he was going to cite in the report and reviewed it with us before he left.

Did a great job of explaining the few small issues he found both verbally to us during the inspection and in the written report. Also gave us great tips on how to deal with the issues. He showed up on time and completed on time. Great work.

David arrived early and was very enjoyable to work with. My husband walked around with him as he did the inspection and David pointed out in great detail every thing that needed fixing to make our house "marketable". He found a lot of things we would never have noticed. He even gave us tips on how to complete some of the projects ourselves. In less than 24 hours, he had e-mailed the very thorough 21 page inspection report (complete with color pictures) to us and the hard copy arrived in the mail a couple of days later.

David showed up on time and did a rather lengthy inspection. He started out checking the inside, plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems then checked the roof from above and in the attic. He then inspected the crawl space, taking pictures of all the defects for clarity on the report. He sent an e-mail copy of the report the next day and a hard copy was sent soon after, to me and my real estate agent. I was pleased with the service provided at a very fair price!
