Description of Work: Setting up the appointment took several emails & phone calls. However, once the appointment was scheduled - he arrived on time. He evaluated the zones, adjusted heads, valves, control box, pressure settings. Identified a damaged zone, submitted estimate for repairs.

Description of Work: Reprogrammed the control box & tightened a loose wire. Cleaned up wiring mess in outside control box. Checked out everything and turned one of the sprinkler heads away from neighbor's yard. Worth the special cost.

Description of Work: I signed up for the Deal of the Day and he came out and checked our sprinkler system and replaced a couple of the sprinkler heads like he said he would do. He was going to give us an estimate for doing some additional work. He emailed the estimate to me and, due to family problems, I was unable to get back to him for approximately 10 days. I sent him an email telling him that the estimate looked good and to contact me to schedule a time to complete the upgrades he suggested. That was 17 days ago and I still haven't heard from him. I understand that he got a lot of business from his "Deal" offer, but he could have sent me an email telling me that he was fully scheduled for the time being and that he would get back with me. Now I'm not sure that he's reliable so we'll probably use someone else.

Description of Work: John was great working with me. He had some obstacles with weather and being busy with other jobs, but he let me know right away. The actual work took maybe seven days. Very nice crew. I would recommend them!

Response from Waterscape Creations
I was able to do the sprinkler audit and adjust items that could be done. Some construction was being done at time. I bid project to be done and he accepted. I told him I was scheduled out for 2 weeks and would call back. I did call back and no answer. I went on to other projects. When he called back I tried to fit in between weather. I was hoping to schedule this spring.
