Very well early thing works great, ready for next year.

They went about the yard and turned on/off each station to see how well it worked. For the estimate, we have not decided anything yet, so they have not started any work yet.

After checking the sprinklers, he told me he would email me with information on my system. I was confused because I expected a tune up and for him to at least schedule my timer correctly on my sprinklers. He did not. He told me I had hard pipes and therfore he couldn't replace or move the heads to adjust them. Then I received this ridiculous email. It took two weeks for him to get the plan to me and when he did, we were not very impressed. It was not very creative or attractive in our opinion. However, he did take our feedback and sent in a redesign which was better. I do not think we will go ahead with it as it seemed like a lot of money for a design we were still not very excited about.

My experience was fine. The sensor that was replaced keeps the system from turning on in freezing weather when it is raining. It was really good and they were very nice and thorough.

They did a nice job checking on the coverage and the alignment of sprinkler heads and made several adjustments. Recommended replacing two heads and I had them do it while they were here for $20 each head. Easy to work with, prompt and quickly worked through the system.

He seemed experienced in his field but I doubt he will get all the jobs dome before winter. There are several companies in our area that give free estimates.

We called for the Angie's Big Deal and made the appointment for the service. We had to change due to having some concrete work done which interfered with the sprinkler system. A week or so later the came out and provided the initial service as well as replacing some of our system that was torn up during the concrete work. They did the work in a very timely manner and did a great jib. We have had no problems with the system since they were here.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that we purchased. It turned out okay eventually. It seemed like it took them quite a while to get back with us. They finally did come out and meet with my wife. The little audit they did was very good. They noted a lot of things. They also do landscaping so they noted a couple of other things about our roses and the like, so they had lots of good information for us. We were happy enough with them on that regard that we did ask them for a bid on some work on the sprinkler system. They did get the bid back to us but we had a death so we haven't had time to schedule any work with them yet. My wife said they responded almost immediately to our request from the ad and then they said they would get in touch with us. It was about 1 1/2 weeks later they wanted to schedule. They were about an hour late for the appointment and they did not call. They said they had vehicle trouble. My wife was a little frustrated that they didn't call to tell her. There were 2 guys that showed up and the main guy was in the truck for probably 30-40 minutes on his cell phone. The guy looking in the yard was possibly new and didn't quite know what he was doing until the main guy got out to help. The main guy was very knowledgeable and professional. They bid on the repair and the extension and we think we will use them for the repairs so we can see about the quality of their work. UPDATE: I have written a follow-up review today (3/28/2014) under a separate submission. Unfortunately, we had the same terrible experiences when we arranged for them to perform repair services that were identified in the audit. To summarize, they didn't show up at all. The bid (quote) had not expired at the time we contacted them to do the work. Once again, they were very unresponsive - not returning our calls promptly, then not showing up on the scheduled date.

Everything went just fine from arrival to finish. In addition, at my request he furnished an estimate to expand my current lawn irrigation system. While I have not yet decided to go ahead with this project - I would definitely use this company's service again.

He came out to look at our yard. We talked about a couple of ideas. I mentioned that we were on a budget and were hoping to have the work broken into stages. Also, we were hoping to have a landscaper do some of the work and also do some of it ourselves. I mentioned one plant in particular that I don't care for that I see in lots of landscaped areas. When he emailed us the estimate and design layout, I was disappointed. I was really hoping for something more. There were a couple of good ideas I wouldn't have thought of myself, but overall it was a very simplistic plan (maybe to stay in a low budget?). There was no breakdown as to how we could have this implemented over time or do some of the work ourselves. He also included the one plant I asked him not to. :( All in all, I'm sure they do good work, but I was looking for something more detailed.

The plan was very amateurish. It looks like something I could've created on my computer if I just discovered Photoshop. There was no dimension, there was no scale, there were no drawings, there were no plant suggestions. It was not what I was led to believe at all by the description on the ad when I bought the landscape plan.

They are great! The designs were beautiful and affordable. They listened to what I wanted and brought it all together.

John and his partner were punctual for the appointment. They inspected the sprinkler system to see if they could identify any problems and to ensure there was efficient water coverage. Their inspection revealed that some adjustments were needed to the sprinkler heads for water coverage and they identified damage to one head. Appropriate adjustments were made where needed and one damaged sprinkler head was replaced. They were very professional and provided good feedback on how we could more effectively water by making adjustments to the watering times for the various zones depending on whether or not they were rotors or misters. They set the controller for proper watering times and duration. Their comments and feedback were very helpful and most appreciated! It was a pleasure doing business with them.

He arrived on time. Quickly checked all of the stations and sprinkler heads. Looking forward to working with him in the future.

So far I have not had the job done. The quoted price was around $1,200 and I am going to call him and do the grass part of the job anyway.

Very professional and knowledgeable. Very easy to work with and were flexible with scheduling. Didn't try to sell anything or push products. Were happy to provide an estimate on another project at my request.

SHowed up and completed the service and I am currently waiting on an estimate to do some additional work.

The came out a week ago and the service went good. They were pretty good.

They were on time and professional. They found a few items that needed repair and optimized the system.

Provider did a fine job. He said he would send me a diagnostic report by email but I haven't received it yet.

They were excellent. The company has integrity and they do good work. They are also reliable.

John did an audit of our sprinkler system, so this is a commentary on his audit only, not on any of his other services which I have not tried. We just moved into our home and it was pointed out during the inspection that the sprinkler system was in need of repair, so we purchased John's audit Big deal on Angie's List. John's schedule sounded tight, but he accommodated me within a reasonable timeframe. When he came he ran the sprinklers and made adjustments where he could. He pointed out broken nozzles or heads and later gave me an estimate of repair costs. (He did try to adjust one head and it ended up worse than before, so John recommended it be replaced.) He explained the differences between rotors and popups and suggested how long each should run for efficiency and without being wasteful of water. He pointed out areas that were getting too little water, or too much water. He took his time while he was here doing the audit, I appreciate his suggestions and advice. I ended up calling someone else for the repairs only because John seemed busy and was not able to schedule me in for the follow-up repair work. John is pleasant and knowledgeable, I would recommend him.
