Description of Work: Great job. Bought a half price tune-up. They did a wonderful job moved some that were in the way of fence and cleaned all heads. Even lowered the control box so I could see it better. And looked at bubbler water fixture. Going to fix it very reasonable pricing. It was a great deal. Thanks Angie's list. For leading me to them. And thanks for the gear service.

Description of Work: John did a very good job. We requested a quote on a specific job. He did exactly what we asked him to do. Other landscaping services did not listen to we asked and gave us quotes for work we did not need. When something went wrong, he came back and fixed it above and beyond to make it right. We get lots of compliments on our yard. We will use his services again.

Description of Work: John with Shades of Green Landscaping was very prompt in answering my initial email inquiry and notice from Angies that I had paid the $125 promotional fee to landscape my front yard using existing plants (I have a few nice plants that I want to keep and showcase). We made an appointment for him to come out within the week and he was right on time, very pleasant, understood what I wanted. Within 10 days to 2 weeks, and he sent me the photo diagrams and estimated cost of his recommendations and told me he would be glad to do the landscaping or that I could keep his photo diagrams and use someone else. His estimates for labor and plants were fair and I gave him the go-ahead to begin the work, but had to cancel due to the severe Easter hailstorm that damaged my home. I am still in the process of getting those repairs. I do plan to get back with John and schedule the landscaping in the fall when it is seasonly appropriate to move existing plants/bushes and plant new plants/bulbs/bushes.

Description of Work: John Eccles came out and gathered information regarding our plans for landscaping and possibly a water feature. I never received a quote. I called and emailed him many times but never received a quote. The lat time I spoke with him he said it was huis busy season. I guess it was too busy for another job. Very poor customer service.
