have used Miltys twice once at hyome and once at deer lease . At home He repaired my sprinklers on my aerobic system. At deer lease he put in new septic tank . I have been very happy with his price and service

Milty's crew was very knowledgeable and efficient. They showed me all of the parts of my aerobic septic system, reviewed the overall operation, and gave me some tips for preventative and ongoing maintenance. We called and they showed up the next day. The problem was quickly diagnosed and the solution put in place immediately. They were very professional and we couldn't be happier with their service.

They had a professional attitude. Seemed a little "know it all-ish". Seemed to assume I'm dumb since I'm a woman.

Normal cost for pumping a septic tank is $300.00. We had three tanks and were charged $650.00 for all three. Provider was prompt, polite and professional. No damage to the lawn like previous providers. Very honest business.

From the onset, Milty was very patient in explaining how the system worked, what I would get, and what kind of policy's were required by the State. The crew was accomodating in moving up the install date to fit my schedule. The crew of 4 was VERY VERY efficient. True professionals and straight shooters.

Milty came out quickly and advised me on the best plan of action for the issue I was having. He saved me a lot of time and money. He's very up front and honest and is not out to just make a buck of you when not nessary. Would recommend him highly to anyone.

Milty's is an excellent company to work with. The owner answered when I called. I needed my septic distribution box replaced, which he squeezed in between two major jobs. Repairs were completed quickly, and they made sure the area they dug was evened out and cleaned up. When I asked about the possibility of my lateral lines being clogged from the dirt and debris that got into the distribution box, he gave me straightforward answers without trying to up-sell additional services.

Called and they came out same day. On time. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Provided good recommendations for further repairs. I will definitely call these guys again. He was happy to give me the Angie's List discount.

Milty and his son were both very nice. They gave me prices and details on both a regular septic system and an aerobic one. We ended up choosing the aerobic one as the perk test made it pretty clear replacing what we had with another regular septic system one wouldn't work very well. The workers came out when expected and installed the system. This is the middle of July, so it was very hot, but the guys were able to work fast and get it all done quickly. We saw when they left that there was a huge dirt pile (taller than me) in the back and our backyard was very uneven from the digging equipment, which Milty came out later separately and tried to fix. We called Milty after this visit and told him we'd like the dirt pile removed altogether and the ground evened out better. He let us know his machines were on another job and that they would come out when the machines were available but that never happened. 2 years later we still have the huge ruts in the lawn that are hard to mow over and the dirt pile hasn't gone away even though we have been filling the remaining holes when it when we have a spare moment. When the system was first working, we had an issue with the toilet paper not going down the toilets all the way. Milty's son came out quickly and checked the system and said it was fine - and within a week or two the problem worked it self out. After we finished burning a big pile of wood we had been building up last year, lo and behold we found tons of huge concrete pieces that were formerly part of the septic tank. They are way too heavy for myself or husband to lift and we have no idea what to do with them so we are stuck mowing around them until we can move them somehow. It's been too long to probably even call Milty and ask him to get them out - but I am definitely mad about the situation. Doing that and leaving the ground unevenwas totally unprofessional. We've had no problems with the actual aerobic system thankfully. We constantly had backups before we got the replacement, so having no worries in that department is really a relief. I would use Milty's company again if I had to replace the system for some reason, but I would remember to check the area surrounding the installation for extra dirt and ruts and make sure all the pieces of the previous tank had been taken away before I let them leave.

It went very well. I was impressed with his service. It is the type of pride in work you want to see but rarely do these days. I highly recommend these guys!

I called Milty and he gave me his son Kali Allen's number who services the Tulsa area. I called Kali. He came over within two hours. He charged $85 for the service fee and then $27 more for parts on a sprinkler head and a few other small parts. For free he repositioned the compressor to where it would lay more level and theoretically last longer. He was conscientious, quick and pleasant. He did not propose any prepaid service agreement or try to sell me anything. I asked him when it should be serviced again. He said that just like your HVAC, you want to check it about once a year. I am having him come back in the summer to locate a sprinkler head that got clipped or burried during construction. Very refreshing.

Milty and his associates came out to my house and gave me estimates on putting in new lateral lines for my existing septic system, or a new aerobic system. He explained the pros and cons of both types of systems and showed where and how each would be installed. After the soil analysis it was determined that we needed the aerobic system. Milty set up the installation appointment quickly and they finished the installation within 2 days. We had an issue with a leftover pile of dirt and Milty himself came on one of the hottest days of the year to help spread it out. Months later, Milty's son, who performs maintenance on the system, came out for free the same day we called to tell him about a problem and helped us determine the issue and how to resolve it. The company is very easy to reach and prompt to return phone calls/ e-mails.

Milty was very polite and professional. Milty always called to advise status and showed up on time or called when running late. Only ding on service was the quality of their cleanup effort, granted they worked in the dark to complete, but I would have preferred the yard look a bit more level. I will call Milty to correct and have no doubt he will be here within a week.

THEY WERE GREAT MAKING SURE, THAT THERE WAS NO HUGE MESS. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND GOT THE WORK DONE AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE. I'D HAVE NO PROBLEMS INVITING THEM BACK TO WORK FOR ME IN THE FUTURE.

THEY WERE VERY POLITE AND COURTEOUS. THEY WORKED WITH ME WHEN I HAD PROBLEMS. THEY ALWAYS RESPOND TO OUR CALLS REGARDLESS OF HOW MUCH WORK THERE IS FOR THEM TO GET DONE. THEY ALSO WILL COME OUT NO MATTER WHAT TIME IT IS WHEN YOU NEED THEM.
