When I moved into my house with 4 kids we found out the lateral lines were crushed so we called Miltys he was fast to send someone out to look at our problem. The work to be done was in the rainy season and he had me a new arobic system in just a few days. The price did go from 5 thousand to 8 thousand because he hit rock which I understand but was a little excessive. Miltys put the dirt next to the arobic system and told me he would be back to take away the dirt which I paid extra for. 4 months later the dirt was still there and after a few calls to Miltys with no one coming to take the dirt I rented a skid steer and removed it myself. Milty does good work but needs to keep his customers in mind even after they pay there bill.

Cost was big surprise, no estimate before went on line found same pump $300.00. Was here for two hours I would use him again.

I had no idea where our septic tank was and it wasn’t filed with the DEQ. Cisco came out and found it and had it pumped in no time. We had to take part of the deck apart to access but only removed the boards we had to and now I have a trap door. Very knowledgeable and friendly and a great guy. Highly recommend these guys!

Good Job will all again when its time to pump septic again

Milty was fantastic. He responded to my request for a proposal right away and followed up w prompt, profesional service. Controls were corroded badly and blower and panel were located in a low part of the yard. Milty replaced faulty equipment and relocated blower and control panel to higher ground. He also inspected the system and let me know that I did not need it pumped (which I thought might be needed). In all, he did a great job and saved me money! Thank you, Milty!

An absolutely positive experience in all aspects. This is the first home we've owned with a septic tank so I wasn't sure what to expect. There was no problem with the scheduling (they were actually early - huge plus for me). The gentlemen that showed up to do the work were EXTREMELY courteous, professional, and did not mind at all answering the questions I had. I shopped around a good bit (phone calls and searching on the web) and they are super competitve on their pricing. I would, without hesitation, recommend Miltys - and will definitely be calling them first for any other related services.

I called Milty's on Tuesday and they were able to come Friday. They called me the night before and confirmed what time they would be there. I got a call 30 minutes before the scheduled time also to confirm they were on schedule. Milty's showed up right on time. They were friendly and professional. There is an extra cost to have them dig up the lid, but they confirmed the extra cost at the time I made the appointment, and again on site before he started to dig. He gave me some good info on the type of system we had and how to best maintain it. Overall the job took less than an hour including the dig time to get to the lid. The total cost was exactly what I was quoted at the time I set the appointment. Overall it was a great experience like all the other revues have said. I will definitely use them again when I need this service.

I called to get a bid on having two septic tanks pumped and found the bid to be below the average prices for the service. I had looked around and called several places so I know for sure there not over charging. They were very informative and told me some things I had already known but was glad to hear reiterated, like don't flush disposable wipes or things that aren't biodegradable down the toilet. They had to dig for quite a while at one of my houses to find the septic tank lid and I was told upfront that there would be a charge for that so I wasn't surprised and was happy to pay as they didn't ask me to do any of the digging. Overall and in the entirety. A+ Miltys A+

A++ service. Professional, friendly, right on time, and charged LESS than we were expecting. Travis and Cisco came out to pump our septic tank. They were very friendly and professional. I was told there may be a $50 extra charge if the sludge was extra thick. Since we were overdue for a pump out, I was expecting to pay the extra fee. We were only charged the base fee minus the Angie's List discount.

We were extremely pleased with our service from Milty's Septic Service. They were available to come for service the very next day from when I called for service. They were even able to come earlier than we originally expected and they called ahead of time to give us notification that they could be here within 45 minutes. They were very friendly and professional and they did a great job. We highly recommend them.

prompt fast very nice to deal with - not cheap but i'd never had this done before - my plumber happened by and gave them a 100% approval rating.

After another service came out and couldn't identify exactly where the lid was in the first 30 minutes of looking and after digging one small hole which reached the tank but not necessarily the lid, they gave up and didn't want to continue. Milty's called mid-day to come out but had to go dump their tank and said they would be back that day. They actually showed up the next afternoon, but then got everything handled.

Milty's was great. When Mr. Milty arrived for the initial inspection appointment of my long dead lateral line septic system he went right to work in providing all the options that were available to resolve the problem. Once the best solution was determined he explained the process from beginning to end and what to expect. After answering all my questions I felt very confidant I had picked the right company. During the scheduling process Mr. Milty was very communicative in keeping my in the loop on the timeline so I would know when the system would be installed. The day of the scheduled installation the crew arrived ready to work. They were very professional and worked extremely hard all day in the heat until the job was complete. They did everything they said they would and exactly how they had explained it from the start. Once the system was installed and ready for use they explained how the new system would function and how to maintenance it. They fully cleaned up the site of the install before leaving. The system works great, we are so happy to have a fully functioning septic again. I could not be happier and would use Milty's septic again for future work in a heartbeat.
