Went great. Erik was very professional, and even referred us to a carpet repair specialist. He showed up early, did the job in a jiffy, and the carpet looks great!

Franchise owner Eric Wallace called approximately 40 minutes prior to arrival and was right on time. He was very professional, thorough, friendly, and answered all my questions without hesitation. My carpets look better than any other carpet cleaning service has left them before, the advanced technology of Zerores really works. I also asked Eric if he could clean grout and he provided a small sample of the Zerores grout cleaning on about 2 square foot of tile in our kitchen. The result was that my grout was incredibly clean in that area, so clean that it was somewhat embarrassing that it was that dirty before he cleaned it! We plan to utilize Zerores from now on and also have all our grout cleaned in the near future. Thanks Eric, your company rocks!

It was good. No additional charges. The customer service was really excellent. He was very open and honest about what works and what doesn't work. They are professional. I would use them again in the future.

Everything turned out well. The cleaner was friendly and enthusiastic, arrived on time, and did a good job of getting most spots out of the carpet. Furthermore, the carpet dried in a reasonably short amount of time even though he used a water-based cleaning method.

The lady in the office was friendly and professional, but it took them some time to return my phone calls asking about scheduling.

With three dogs, we had multiple urine spots. Eewwwww! The had a blacklight to show up the stains. 99$ more, but worth it.

Bought the big deal on Angie's list. They got scheduled me within three days. They were all friendly. They arrived on time. There was an additional charge for the pet stains which was disclosed by the office manager and the Erik the gentleman that cleaned the carpet. They used green products and it looked great. Very quick as well. I will use them again.

Eric came over and he was very friendly and funny. Once he arrived, he did a walk through of the house and explained what he was going to do and he got started! We are very pleased with his work and will continue to use them again and would highly recommend this company! Thank you Eric for everything!! We will definitely be coming over for thanksgiving!! Very, Very, SATISFIED! The whole process as a joy. Erik the owner personally did the carpet cleaning. I think you get MUCH BETTER service when the owner of the company does the work. Hourly employees don't have "skin in the game" compared to the owner. The process was explained to me before the work began. All moveable furniture was repositioned so this carpet could be cleaned as well. I researched carpet cleaning companies and the processes they use to clean the carpet. Zerorez was head and shoulders above all others I evaluated in my two day search. Anyone reading this review can thank me for saving them hours and hours of checking out all companies and processes that you must do in the homework phase. As a Bonus, Erik fixed my closet door... it was broken and I had no idea how to repair it. This was done without me asking and there was no charge for this additional work. I would highly recommend you select this company for your carpet cleaning.

For my ten years in this house, I had never had my carpets professionally cleaned because I am uneasy about having strangers come into my home. After reading reviews of Zerorez, I felt much more comfortable about inviting them to do the work. I purchased the $99 special on Angie's List, and asked to have additional areas totaling $120 (the rest of my carpets--equivalent to three full-sized rooms) cleaned. Erik walked through the house with me first, and let me know how much the work would cost (this was the exact amount I had estimated, based on what Jamie had told me over the phone). He was very fair about assessing the areas, charging less for smaller rooms. The process included Jim spraying the carpets, Erik raking them with a nylon rake (which already improved the texture), and then using the water extraction tool, extending to a hose attached to the truck. They were very thorough and friendly, making conversation as they worked (don't worry, though; I'm sure if you prefer quiet, they wouldn't bother you). Erik was good at explaining why some parts of the carpet become matted or develop discoloration over time . I appreciated their answering my questions and helping me understand the carpet. Though I had moved all excess furniture I could to my tile floors, they were considerate in asking about moving coffee tables, etc. to clean around them. When I asked Erik to go over a couple of areas again (thresholds that were really matted down), he used a handheld attachment to go over them, getting on his knees, and really lifting the pile. I could never have done that with my steam vac! Overall, I am pleased with the work that Erik and Jim did, and more importantly than that to me, I felt safe with them around (and with my children home), and really enjoyed the conversation. It is such a relief to have a company that I feel I will be able to trust for the future, and knowing that I won't have to go looking the next time I need my floors cleaned. Erik said to be sure to tell him right away if we had anything that needed fixing (if we weren't pleased). It is obvious that customer relationships and satisfaction are important to these guys. I will definitely call them again! P.S. The "N/A" on punctuality is only because the roads were very icy this morning, and I was pleasantly surprised that they were able to make it at all! They did call ahead to let me know they would get here as soon as they could.

Eric cleaned my carpets for me. I was not satisfied with last company I used so I decided to try zerores based on reviews. 99.00 special made it extremely affordable, added an extra room for 40.00. Did a great job, very professional and friendly. even removed a glue stain that was made by builders. I was very satisfied and will use them next time.

The appointment started wonderfully with a phone call from Erik, the owner, saying he was running EARLY! Once Erik arrived, he introduced himself and explained the services he would be providing. He started by helping me clear out some of the lighter furniture and proceeded to rake the carpet, RAKE!! apparently we should be doing this :-) Just this step made a huge difference in the look of the carpet. Erik then proceeded to treat and clean all of our carpet (including spot treating for some animal stains). He cleaned every nook and cranny...not only do the carpets look brand new, but the air just feels cleaner...and we vacuum a lot!!! Erik and Zerorez take great pride in the services the company provides! My husband and I are sticklers for quality service with great customer care, and Erik went above and beyond!! Not only do our carpets look amazing, but it was a pleasure to have him in our home...we are already planning to have them come back to clean our grout :-) Thanks Erik, it was a pleasure doing business with you!! I purchased a ?Big Deal? from Zerorez to clean my carpets. They responded very quickly, (the next day), letting me know they could accommodate any of my requested dates. We set an appointment for a few days later in the afternoon. The day of our appointment, they phoned offering an earlier spot due to a reschedule or to keep our appointed time. This worked great for me, since I had I change in my schedule as well, so I decided to have them do it earlier, which was a big relief for me. The owner, Eric Wallace, arrived on time and met me with a warm smile. I was just outside my front door sweeping leaves, and interestingly, my dogs, who always bark at strangers, just acted like he was part of the family, and didn?t even make a sound and were at ease with him being here. Eric looked over the rooms to be cleaned, explained the process and gave a clear overview. I requested some additional area rugs to be cleaned, he gave a very reasonable additional charge for those, we exchanged a few dog stories as he was setting up, and he started right to work. While he was working, I could tell he was very passionate about his work, he really cares about his customers, and for me, went above and beyond my expectations. He is very personable and has a pleasantly fun personality. My carpets look and feel wonderful. I have found a keeper! He has earned my future business and my referrals. No need to look any further, this is a great company! Thank you for a pleasant, stress-free experience?very refreshing! PS. On a side note, what?s up with Angie?s grading system (example of previous report) when all ?A's? are awarded in every category, how do you come up with a ?B? Overall??? Where did these guys go to school? I guess it's just "things that make you go Hummmm."

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and they did very well. I did not have to wait a long time and they came pretty soon after I purchased the Big Deal.

The provider was awesome. I would definitely use again!! Very personable and professional, wonderful job on my carpets. They look great. Very willing to fit me into his schedule and was on time. This is the kind of customer service everyone wants. Honest, reliable, dependable, thorough. Explained everything up front, no hidden costs. He did a better job on my carpets and for half the price of the "Big Brand" names. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Zerorez - Oklahoma called in response to my request for service email within a couple of days (I sent the email on Friday and they responded on Monday). The day of my service was a stormy day, so Zerorez called a couple of times that morning to update the time of their arrival because it took extra time to complete earlier service calls due of the weather. They arrived on time. The head technician did a thorough examination of the condition of my carpets and gave me a list of options of what they could do. Once we decided on what to do, they proceeded to clean my carpets. They were done in the couple of hours they estimated the work would be completed. My carpets looked much better once the service was done and were completely dry by the next morning. They also took a large area rug for cleaning and returned the cleaned rug the next week.

Zerorez arrived on time, checked the entire house for bio, the removed stains and clean the carpets. They were great guys, did an excellent job and were very informative. I have had other carpet cleaner leave my house looking good, but when the carpet dried, the stains reappeared. This process dried quickly and still looks great a week later. I .highly recommend Zerorez.
