Zerorez of Oklahoma City

They canceled my appointment less than half an hour before they were supposed to be here. When I called to ask why they did not show up for the 12 to two appointment they stated they came earlier in the day and since no one answered the door they left.... I have six dogs sitting in the living room with me 10 feet from the door... No one knocked. Lie after lie was told, there are plenty of other businesses for carpet cleaning find one of those to use.

When I first used Zero Rez a few years ago they were fantastic. 2nd experience was great. But this last experience not so much. Nate, the tech, was lovely but the machine he used left a large black oil stain on my carpet. My housekeeper tried to mention this to him. This stain was not there previously. And lucky for me on this day, there were 3 people in my home working that all verified this. So now I have a stain which won’t come out. Furthermore, the reason I loved ZR was they used this all natural cleansing solution with no chemicals and made your whole house smell of oranges. It was fantastic. Now they use some chemical that left my house smelling of chemical. HORRIBLE!! Time to find another carpet cleaning company

Hiring this company was a mistake. They didn't clean any better than my personal cleaner, probably not even as well. Spots that were there, still are. Traffic areas aren't any lighter. They didn't move any of the living room furniture, even after being told they do. Definitely call someone else.

Good and efficient service. This was the 4th time I got my carpets cleaned with Zerorez and I have no complaints. I get my hallway and rooms cleaned. The pet treatment always leaves my upstairs smelling nice and all the stains were removed.

Professional, fast, and smooth service. They were about an hour late for the appointment which is why I gave them a B on punctuality. They did talk me into buying fiber protection for $120 which is probably a waste of money but, other than that, they did a great job. Cost would have been $120 less without the fiber protection which is why I gave them a B on price.

My husband promised me new carpets this year.... I told him I wanted to see if I could get them cleaned. I went to Angie's List and did some comparisons and came up with Zerorez. I called and made an appointment They came by and all I can say is WOW!!! ZEROREZ are the only people I will clean my home. Eric and Aaron are Great! They have a Fantastic Team and they work hard to communicate and demonstrate what professionalisum is. They worked hard and fast and got the Job done. Please understand I am not the average person. They worked hard to help me get my carpets cleaned. I will recommend them and their company to everyone! I am handicapped and can't do alot. Eric came out personally and cleaned my carpets, he made my home so nice and so clean. Thank you Eric! The carpets aren't sticky and stiff. They are soft and they smell great! Many cleaning supplies can make animals sick. Zerorez has not! I am so happy. The product and team are Top quality! I just knew they couldn't get 20 years of teenage boys wear and tear, Oklahoma Red Dirt, Pizza's, Cokes, Kool Aide and Spills out of my carpets but they did! They look like NEW!!!! I told Eric I would call them later for more cleaning adventures. LOL! Thanks! I am so very happy and I give these guys AAAAA+! Thanks!

Kudos to OKC Zeroez for a job well-done. I did the 5 room package and Seth was the gentleman who did the work. He was very articulate in describing the Zeroez process and other details. He started work and was very thorough. He took his time prepping and cleaning the carpet. I am used to folks speeding through as fast as they can. Not Seth. He was very methodical, also working on some red stain issues, doing an excellent job to remove them. Will definitely be using OKC Zerorez again!

They arrived on time and did a great job cleaning the carpets. I will definitely use them again.

Serviceman was prompt, courteous and did a great job. I have used Zerorez for many years in the DFW area, and glad to see now that I’m in OKC they are available.

It went well. He was on time, pleasant and professional.

I was good.? I don't remember how much they charged.? I don't want to be too severe on them but there was a little spot which maybe they couldn't get that out.? I like their materials cause they don't any real residue to speak of,? they don't like smelly chemicals, etc.? With the spot, we're talking about 3 square inches next to a door jam.? The place was pretty dirty before.? I just moved in and it was very dirty.? I thought they did a good job.? The price seemed OK to me, I don't have experience in this so I can't compare.? I thought they did a pretty good job.? I thought the time for responsiveness was reasonable.

Great! On the cost, I don't remember any of that. I like that it didn't leave any kind of small. My husband has allergies and he didn't have any problems with it.

It was a good experience. They cleaned the carpets really well. They were good. The experience was good.

They were very polite and very courteous. I think they left some slight residue on my carpet. I think they were running a special.

I can't remember how much it cost.? I would use them again.? I would tell someone to use them.? That's all I can say.? They leave everything perfect with cleaning. Communication between me and the employees are great.? It probably takes less than a hour.

It was okay. After it had all been done I had some spots that had to be done and stuff, everything didn't come out. One person came out to do the cleaning. They were on time. After they cleaned the carpet they said to call them back if I had any problems. All the spots came back. I didn't call them back I just decided I'd never use them again.
