The cleaner arrived on time and worked quickly to clean two rooms and a sofa. When I pointed out a couple of places that required extra effort, he was able to remove the spots. I had the carpet cleaned a few months ago, but because I have a dog that marks, I have to clean my carpets frequently (I don't feel spot cleaning is enough). This company did a much better job in getting the carpets clean and removing odor. I would use this company again. Very pleased. They accepted the 5% Angie's List coupon without any problems and still gave me the September special pricing.

Erik arrived on time and was very professional and personable. He spot treated a pet stain and it came out perfect. After he left I noticed a few residual spots...barely noticeable but I knew where they were in the beginning. I called him back out and he came the very next day and they are all removed. I would use them again. In fact I have them scheduled to clean my tile next month.

Eric came out to clean the grout on my kitchen floor. I truly believed that it was beyond help and the floors just needed to be replaced. He did such a great job on the kitchen, I asked him to do 3 bathrooms and laundry room while he was here. I am shocked at how nice my floors look. I am back in love with the tile!!

Very punctual, kept me posted on time. He took about 1 1/2 hours which was great. My carpets and chair not only look clean, even a week later, they still smell fabulous. I have always used Stanley Steamer in the past but I will NEVER use Stanley Steamer again. Zerorez cleaned above and beyond my expectations.

My tile did not need cleaning because was already in good condition but had several stains in the grout. I was mostly interested in the grout. It did not look better after the work was done. Big puddles of water were left that I had to clean up. The sealing of the grout was done through quite a lot of water. I asked technician about this and he said it would still seal. I was discouraged and skeptical about this. During the process a piece of tile in the kitchen was chipped (do not know how other than all the equipment). I did not notice this until after technician had already gone. It is in a very noticeable place in the kitchen and about 1/2" in diameter. I called and e-mailed this company regarding this. Neither my phone call nor my e-mail were returned. I even e-mailed photos to them. I was hoping they might at least be able to tell me what I could do to repair this place. I finally just gave up. I would not use them again. Reviews for them are good for carpet cleaning but very little info on tile grout and sealing. The technician was very polite and tried to do a good job. He was a very large man and perspired profusely during the process and was dripping the perspiration all over the house. I kept giving him paper towels to clean his face.

Our service was performed by Erik Wallace, one of the owners of the company. He was on time, friendly, efficient, affordable, and our floors have never looked better. By far the best carpet/tile service we've had in OKC, and because it's so cost-effective, we're going to have it done more frequently than we have in the past. We strongly recommend Zerorez.

They did a great job and the carpet was almost dry when they left.

Very impressed with the outcome! My carpets have never looked better! You do need to wait 24 hrs before walking on it or moving things back in if possible. I will be scheduling the remaining rooms in about 2 weeks. Erik are technician was superb!

It was great! I have no idea why I haven't gotten around to writing a review sooner - or why I haven't had them come back out again. They were super nice, thorough, detailed, etc. I was very happy with the results.

Stains reappeared after several days. Rep warned that this may happen, however, I was surprised at how quickly this happened. Also, some communication issues with scheduling. Rep was very nice and professional. Not sure if stains were indicative of their severity or the quality of the product.

They very good! The owner is the one that came out to do the work. He is very meticulous. I have used them again since then. Scheduling an appointment was easy and he was very customer service oriented. He brought two other guys with him to help clean the carpet since it was so dirty from dogs.

My son was at home when the services were performed. Our entire family was very pleased with the results and I've recommended zerorez to many people I work with. I really appreciate the discount offered to Angie's list members.

It went out great. The owner came and did the service himself and he takes care of the big deal personally. I had an additional for treat and removal in a separate room.

Owner is very friendly and prompt. He had cleaned my carpets before and I am a repeat customer. I did not purchase this deal through Angie's list - but called company on my own. He cleaned all the carpet and tile in my house - But when he cleaned the tile in my entryway, part of the sealer came off and the tile is now streaked and terrible looking. He didn't charge me for that part of the job and suggested I could finish stripping the floor myself - that it wouldn't be too hard. I had someone come in to strip it and reseal it - but it turned out to be a really time consuming thing and they said it would be costly. So I contacted owner and said I would like to file this on his insurance and have them take care of it. Owner was supposed to call me back, but has not, and his office manager hinted that any help he gave me would be just having someone give me a second opinion. I tried to contact owner again and requested the name of his insurance company, but he has not responded. I am having a wedding in my home in 6 days (which is why I got the carpets cleaned originally) and the entry way now looks awful - owner is aware of my timeline and that I needed tile fixed by the wedding, but has not responded. I don't know what to do now. I will not use this provider again, even though I like the way my carpets look when they clean them. I don't think it is unreasonable to expect the company to fix the tile. 2 people I know in the construction business advised me that when they mess something up, they fix it, and it wasn't a bad thing for me to expect that . The tile and sealer are original to the house that was built in 1962. I am giving an F on responsiveness, professionalism, and quality because of the tile issue. The experience up to that point was good, but the end result and his lack of taking responsibility for the tile problem really tainted my experience.

Absolutely as smooth as it could, the tech was courteous, prompt, and had a great attitude, even though he wasn't making a fortune on the revisit.

The guy who came out was wonderful. I had him come out sooner because the baby was coming and he was excellent. I did not pay any extra on top of the big deal price. What stood out to me about them was the technology that he used because that was fascinating and the fact that it was a process. They also do not use harsh detergent which was important to us. The end product was stellar. It was just great. I would definitely use them again in the future.

I really enjoyed Eric's time here. He spent a lot of time explaining every thing to me and I enjoyed his comments so I felt well taken care of. He didn't try to do a deeper cleaning but offered to come back if the smell came back.

Zerorez of Oklahoma City were awesome. They did a great job. It's the best carpet cleaning we ever had. I like that it was environmentally friendly; there was no chemicals involved and it just cleans better than any service I've used. It does the job. I can't think of anything that I didn't like. I would highly recommend them. It was a great deal. It was the company owner himself that came out and he was really personable.
