I'd give them an "A" for overall service and I'd use them again.

They were great, they did a wonderful job.

I don’t think they did a very good job at all. They didn’t do anything from what I could tell. It was pretty high price for what they didn’t do. Because they really didn’t do the job and it was expensive so that’s low. They at least came out. I’ll give them points for trying. I didn’t get an explanation for why things did work or didn’t work. It didn’t look like they did anything but I know they did. I hate to say they’re a total failure, I mean they tried. Really the carpet wasn’t that bad, I had it redone by somebody else who really made a huge improvement on it. Responsiveness was good, it was good. They came when they said. They didn’t give me an explanation on anything.

I don't remember the cost. I don't recall have any issues with the price.I thought they did a good job. Definitely an A on responsiveness, they got out here real quick. They were right on time. I would use them again. Our furniture hadn't been delivered yet so the rooms were empty, so it was just real straightforward carpet cleaning and they sprayed they carpets down with a solution to loosen the dirt in them and they used a high pressure hot water rinse and vacuum to pull up everything out of the carpet. I think that's why they call it Zerorez because they don't leave any residue. My office carpet's going need to be cleaned before too long.

We are very happy with their service, it was a pretty good deal. We would bring them back again if we needed them. They went back and gave extra efforts in problem areas.

Well. We had a new puppy, so the technician was certain to clean for pet odors. The carpets were clean and fresh when he left. It also went fairly quickly.

I was having a house full of company and needed carpet cleaned badly. I have multiple pets and teen boys so my carpet gets a workout. I thought at first it was a little pricey but when i saw the job they did and the spots they removed I would've paid more. Very pleased with the work, it didn't smell funny and the carpets were almost completely dry when we got home. They were responsive and checked back with me to make sure I was pleased.

The technician was running ahead of schedule and called to see if I would like him to go ahead and come early. I wasn't in a time crunch but it's always a nice change for service companies to be ahead of schedule instead of that back part of the arrival window they give you. The technician was friendly responsive. He finished the job in about an hour and gave me a call when he was done. He also went ahead and cleaned the closets too (which I hadn't asked him to do) free of charge.

Service was Great, but a pretty basic Cleaning

Great ...called and got an appointment same day. carpets looked good and no funny carpet cleaning smell.

The carpet was clean and frsh smelling. Dried fast. The tile floors looked great, except behind the toilets and doors, and around the edges. The showers really did not come clean. Probably too stained to make much difference. Overall, I was pleased with the service and I will use them again.

Zerorez service was great! The serviceman actually was able to come sooner than the appointment but was careful to call us first and ask if it was okay to do so. Our serviceman, John, was very polite and professional and did a thorough and complete job of cleaning our carpets in our four bedrooms. He even moved some very heavy artwork and furniture by himself, even though I offered to help him. We enthusiastically would use both John and Zerorez to clean our carpets again.

I've dealt with them. I had 2 area rugs in my living room and he came out and did both of them. They were timely, he was neat and friendly enough to work with.

It's carpeting again! The change was very dramatic. It's clean. It's fluffy like carpeting. It doesn't smell. It did not fall apart from the cleaning. I am very happy and satisfied and want to try this service at my own house next.

My technician’s name was Destiny and he was GREAT! I had a problem carpet that required some special attention. I called Zerores on a Thursday. The lady on the phone was very helpful and set up an appointment for me the next day between 8:00 and 10:00 AM. Friday, 8:00 AM, Destiny calls. He is on the way. He arrives at 8:30 and we sit down for a minute to discuss what I needed to have done and what it would cost. I had lots of questions and Destiny answered them all, patiently and thoroughly. I had no idea there was so much science involved with carpet cleaning. Fortunately, Destiny understood it all very well. He even educated me about how my way of dealing with spills on the carpet was exactly the wrong thing to do and that the carper cleaner I was using was actually creating more problems. He worked on my carpets for about three hours, stopping from time to time to get my approval of what he had done and explaining what he was going to do next. My carpets look great now and the cost of getting the work done was, I believe, reasonable. I would definitely recommend Zerores (and Destiny) to my friends and I will call them again next time I need a carpet cleaner.

We had heard radio ads on KTOK for years and decided to use this company based in part on the excellent reviews here on Angies List. Erik arrived on time and did a great job of cleaning the carpet in 2 beds, bath, study, living area and stairway, some of which was very dirty. This company is very professional, communication was good, and Erik was a pleasure to visit with. We will definitely use this company again. Our carpets are beautifully white again!

John got stains out of the carpets and out of the chair it all looks amazing now. He worked so hard and is very good at what he does. I will use them again and I will ask for John.

I thought I was going to have to get new carpet and they came out and cleaned my carpets and they look brand new. They were just wonderful and so are the results. They do everything, they clean grout and tile, marble, granite and natural stone and also do shower repair. They are courteous and professional, the man that came out and cleaned my carpets was Eric. He was so good and knowledgeable. They also gave me a 30 day guarantee that if I had any problems they would come out and fix it. I just don't think you can be better than that. They are good at what they do.

Thomas did a good job, but he explained to me that the machine could not remove some of the toughest stains since the floor has not been done professionally for 16 years.
