Description of Work: I can't remember the month and day of the carpet cleaning I think I got the year right. The gentleman who did the work was very nice and professional. The carpets were cleaned to my satisfaction.

Description of Work: They team showed up on time, I had them clean two rooms of carpet, and all of the tile downstairs, approx 400 sq. ft. The guys did a great job, and were very accommodating and friendly. I will definitely use them again.

Description of Work: We made an appointment for a morning time slot. Several days before, their office called to confirm, but told us the time was 1:00. The office lady lied and said that was the time we set. When we pressed her on this, she finally admitted that the owner had something else to do on the morning of our appointment. We set another appointment, but the more we thought about the way we were lied to, we called and canceled.

Description of Work: Cleaned carpets and he even demonstrated how well their machine could clean tile and grout. I will have both cleaned by them in the future.
