 + -1 moreOur pipes froze and burst in the attic on a Saturday morning. We called Zerorez (after joining and consulting Angies List) and they agreed to come out after finishing their current job. Their tech called to give us 20 minutes warning that he was headed our way. He set up quickly and helped move furniture etc. The carpets look great and the price was excellent. Because he did not have to go far to reach us, he waived the Weekend/Emergency Service fee. Very professional and thorough!
Description of Work: Extracted water from carpets (due to plumbing leak) and cleaned carpets in 2 large rooms.

Although the deal was that they only do the open areas and not move furniture, they moved several items including a heavy chest and two heavy chairs and cleaned under them. They removed all stains including one which we were sure was permanent. We've had other cleaners before, but the Zerorez method seems to stay clean much longer.

 + -1 moreRepresentative arrived in timely fashion. Pretreated chemical applied to heavily soiled areas and then carpets were cleaned with steam cleaning process. Representative was careful not to hit or damage walls and furniture. Overall a very satisfactory job. I will use them again.
