We loved it. It was great. He left some cards and my brother-in-law is going to use them, they were fantastic. The owner, he comes out and maybe he does a better job, I don't know. All I know is that he came out and he was a nice guy and we were very happy with it and we'll use them again. It was only one guy and he was very outgoing. He was very professional and nice. Mainly, he broke a sweat and he worked hard. We had Stanley Steemer come in before and they were in and out, in and out of each room, maybe in 5 minutes each. They did the whole house in 10-15 minutes. This guy was there for a couple of hours. He worked hard. He was good. The carpets are wonderful.

Outstanding! There were many old pet stains and odors and they have been completely removed! The carpets are soft and look fantastic.

It went great! Erik spot cleaned everywhere and then brought in the cleaning hose and thoroughly cleaned every room we had agreed to have cleaned. Looks amazing! My husband came home and raved about how great it all looks now. Erik also made good recomendations regarding a better floor mat for desk chair, how often to have our carpets cleaned , and importance of weekly vacuming. We could walk on the carpets immediately because there is no residue and they really look so clean! I would recommend Erik highly...from his calling the night before to remind me of the appointment and again calling 20 minutes before arriving to say he was on his way, to introducing himself and shaking my hand, to giving me his cards with a future discount, he was a professional!

Used this company due to the positive Angie's List reviews. They scheduled us about 9 days out from the time we called. We were given a window between 8-10 am for their arrival, and they called again the night before to verify that . They do request that you vacuum before they arrive. Eric arrived around 9:15. He definitely did a great job of looking at the carpet and pretreating areas that needed it (I think he even got on his hands and knees to scrub a couple of spots). He allowed us to look over everything before he left to make sure we were satisfied. Overall, we are quite pleased with the quality of the work and will use them again.

It went very well. Jim was very personable on the phone and Erik came out to give the estimate. Jim and Erik came out personally and did a great job on our carpets! I really like the ionization treatment - no chemicals! They removed some very difficult stains in our 16 year old carpet. Will definitely recommend!

I can't say how pleased my husband and I are with the service provided by Zerorex. When we closed on an investment property, we encountered many dark stains on the carpet that weren't there during our walk through. We had been assured that the previous owners didn't have pets, but the stains were definitely pet urine that had come to the surface when the owner had the carpets cleaned (either themselves or by another service provider). We had a tenant scheduled to move in the next week and were very afraid to have the carpets cleaned because if a company doesn't do a really good job, it brings out the pet odor. The Zerorex representative talked through our concerns with us and assured us that their service would leave no pet odor and would remove the stains (or they would repeat the process until we were satisfied). The carpet looks beautiful! The stains are completely gone and the house smells completely fresh. I have never had such a good result from carpet cleaning. I would use Zerorex again and would recommend them to friends and family.

They came on time. They gave me a quote on the phone. They charged what they said they were going to charge. They came when they say they are going to come. They did a professional job.

I absolutely 100% recomend this company and plan on using them again. I bought the Angie's List Deal for 89$ to get the carpets in a house I purchased cleaned up. I had my final walk through and closed on the house, just a day before my servouse and when I saw the carpet without furnature I almost canceled my carpet cleaning appointment because I felt the only option was to rip out the carpet. When the owner of Zerorez arrived the day of the appointment, I showed him around, and quickly agreed to an extra $20 fee for each room he planned on doing a bio-treatment on to help with the cat smell. I figured it was work a shot. Well, 2.5 hours later my jaw hit the ground when I saw the results!! I wish I had before and after pictures to share because the carpet looked amazing. It went from a house that use to house 2 cats to a normal looking empty house. The smell that was soo bad was good, and you could actually look around the room without focussing on the carpet spots. And to top it all off the guy who was there cleaning was hilarious and a wonderful house guest!

Very efficient, meticulous, with beautiful results. The main interest to me was a large area where there was a stain which would be temporarily removed by other carpet cleaning companies and always return. He told me that was because stain was in padding. Zerorez has a machine they use with special solution to go down and get out the problem stain. It is guaranteed and they will return in the event stain does return.

It was great. It was $129 for 3 rooms and he ended up doing 6 rooms. The owner was very friendly and very personable. He was very helpful as far as helping with pet stains. He cleaned one whole room of tile for us and it wasn't going to dry before he left so he didn't charge us for it. He wanted us to see if it was like we wanted and then he would come out and do the other tile. It didn't help with the grout cleaning because it was deep grout but it was really nice and he did the whole room. The carpet was great and we will definitely use him again. The price was fair; it was really good.

Erick kept me informed of his arrival, walked through the house to see what my cleaning needs were, explained his cleaning service, technique and pricing. Then he started his cleaning magic! They look beautiful and brand new again. This is a guy you can trust to do what he says...Yay!!! I usually find services via friends, but this time I went to Angie's List (my new 'friend').

We were desperate to have the carpet, tile and vents cleaned in a new house before we moved in. We called Zerorexand Erik Wallace called his assistant and they decided they would spend their Memorial Day holiday on Monday helping us because we have a three year old and were panicked about moving in before the floors were clean. They were extremely thorough, fast and efficient and they went the extra mile to make sure the job was done to our satisfaction. Erik and his assistant, Jimmy, were both very personable and explained every process to us both. The price was unbelievably reasonable and we will definitely be using them on a regular basis from now on. They went far above what was required by the job and I would recommend them again and again. They did a perfect job!

I was given the price for cleaning the carpet over the phone when I called to inquire. I was satisfied with the quote and set up an appointment. I was called the morning of the appointment and was told what time they would arrive. Eric arrived on time and did a wonderful job of cleaning my carpets. I could not be more pleased. He was very professional yet personable and really knew the ins and outs of cleaning carpet. One carpet still had stains on it and he was not pleased with himself since he could not get them out. I confessed that at one time I had used a solvent on it to try and remove the stains and by doing this it bleached the fibers. Regardless of this it still turned out very clean and I was very well pleased. I have recommended this company to several of my friends and they in turn will consider using them when they need assistance with their cleaning needs. .

I looked on Angies list and found positive feedback for this company. I called and asked what the process was it was explained very well. They came as expected on the date and time that was made. Everything went as planned and the outcome was what I had anticipated.

They did an amazing job. The carpets never looked and smelled better. It is always good to have someone get out stains that you didn't know you had or was possible to get out and they did that. Very trust worthy and very nice. We will be using them for all our carpet cleaning needs.

First off, when you call to schedule, I think you get routed to the national Zerorez line, which is a GOOD thing. I cannot count how many times I've had problems calling other local service providers to only get a voicemail or a very unprofessional "hello" greeting. The representative on the line explained the benefits of the service, the pricing, and penciled me in for a Saturday morning. The entire process was very low pressure, simple, and I was provided with a confirmation email. The night before, I moved all the furniture out of the areas to be cleaned and vacuumed all debris up. Erik arrived promptly as scheduled (he even called ahead in advance) and we did a walk through of the rooms. I pointed out a few spots and explained my general concerns. He was very receptive and professional. Then, he told me to sit back while he brought in all the equipment and went to work. He is very skilled at what he does and was very friendly the entire time. I think it took about an hour or maybe a little longer to finish and then he showed me what he was able to do. He took out some stains that I could NOT get out! We closed the transaction by discussing how to let the carpets dry (he suggested using the AC since it pulls moisture out of the air) and then I paid via credit card which he "swiped" through his iPhone. People, this is what service is about. Businesses should strive to be this simple and straight forward! The next day, the carpets were very fresh and I swear a few shades lighter than before (in a good way). The individual fibers looked like new again and it looks like I don't need to buy new carpet like I had imagined. I would GLADLY use Zerorez in the future, and recommend them to my friends and family.

Arrived on time and pretreated the stains. This was the 3rd time this carpet has been cleaned in six years. I used a different company the first 2 times with only fair results so I had put this cleaning off much longer than before. When he was done the stains were gone along with those the previous company told would never come out. Even though he said he had to use more water that normal it dried faster than the other times.. The gentleman that did the cleaning was very pleasant and impressed my mother; sorry I am bad at names I thought it would be on his business card. I will definitely be using zerorez again.

Called ZeroRez about two houses that were so bad I didn't know if they could get all the stains out! Heard a promo on the radio and found out that the special was only for one house at a time, but I was pleased to know that I would get a discount anyway! Eric was the owner and set up appointment and came out the day and very close to the time designated. Very thoughtful to help with my tile that was never sealed (grout) and was very dirty (supoposed to be)light tan grout. Eric was very clear about what stains may not come out and most did come out and I am thrilled! The carpet was clean in the living room in less than an hour and he cleaned spots I was amazed about. Two grandkids, husband's greasy shoes and animals had left it unrecognizable- now I see the color I remember that matches the rest of the house! We went over to the next house and he worked very h****** two rooms that really needed cleaned! He made sure to explain what he had done. Really happy with the job Erick did!
