Erik, the owner of the company, came out to do the carpet cleaning. He was very personable and friendly, and took time to answer all the questions I had about his business and other people he hired. He was extremely thorough with the cleaning, taking a lot more time than the cleaners I usually hire. He came out on a Friday--by Sunday there were some spots that were coming back up--probably from the pad. I was not all that surprised because the carpet is about 30 years old, and even though I take good care of it, it has been lived on a long time, and always animals in the picture. Anyway, I called Monday to tell them about the problem, and Erik came back out that same day and went over the problem areas again. That was quite an accomplishment since I live in a very rural part of Edmond. Anyway, it turned out beautiful.

Eric is the owner of the Zerorez franchised that I used to clean my carpets. He arrived on time and was very knowledgeable and professional. He and an assistant worked quickly but thoroughly and the carpets looked great when they finished. Eric and the young man that was working with him both seemed to care about customer satisfaction. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family!!

I purchased the deal in June with the anticipation that my renovations would be completed and I could have my carpets cleaned. The contractor was taking longer and my deal was about the expire. I called Zerorez to set up an appointment for September 27,2013. Eric was very helpful and said he would be there on that Friday and gave me a 2-hour window. Eric arrived on time, closer to the top of the time frame. He walked through the house, gave me the cost for an additional hall and an area rug. He went to work. He was very pleasant to talk to, and worked quickly and efficiently. I was actually curious if the carpet was cleaned, since he was so fast. BUT it WAS!! The carpet, which is old looked great and feels great on bare feet. I have cleaned it myself, but this was great. The next true test of cleanliness is the clean sensor on the vacuum. It stays on the green clean light. This was not the case when I cleaned it. Spots that I had not been able to get out, came out. The job was first-rate! After the job was complete, Eric explained what I needed to do next, and provided me with information for future cleanings or if I wanted to recommend him to a friend. He did not 'high pressure" me into add-ons for extras. I was very happy and do recommend this company for carpent cleaning..

#1 my carpets look unbelievable. I did not think it was possible to get some old stains out. It was a fantastic experience. The gentleman was friendly and answered my questions. He was cordial and explained care of carpets. You can use me as a reference.

They showed up actually a little bit early, which was nice. Eric was very professional, friendly and easy to talk to. He went into great detail about the type of "green" products that they use, and gave me suggestions on how to "preserve" my carpet. I was impressed that they left at 3:00, and my carpet was almost totally dry at 7:00 that night. With other carpet cleaning providers I have used in the past it has taken almost 48 hours to dry. I will definitely be contacting Eric at Zerorez for my future cleaning needs.

Erik was on time and did an excellent job at cleaning the carpet. He?s the only person who was able to get a small spot out of the carpet in the back room that's been there for years. Excellent company - highly recommended. I will be using him again when the need arises. He?s got some funny stories and there?s never a dull moment when you talk to him!

It could not have been any better! Erick (the owner) is a personable, highly knowledgeable, and funny guy. He did a great job. My 30 year old carpet almost looks new (almost but it is 30 years old). My wife and I have decided we will have him do the cleaning on a yearly basis from now on.

I bought a coupon for carpet in three rooms and hallway to be cleaned for $89.00 by Zeroez of Oklahoma City offered on"Angie's List The BIg Deal" email on June 19, 2013, and later called Zeroez and scheduled to redeem the coupon purchased from Angie's List on 7/24/13. Jim came on scheduled day on time and was very professional. He cleaned the carpet as advertised and honored the coupon without hassle. I would recommend Jim at 'Zeroez of Oklahoma City' without reservation!!

Eric, the owner, came out to clean our carpets and grout. He was extremely punctual. We had a 12-2 service block and he was there at 12. He was very professional and diligent in his attention to detail. I am out on medical leave from having surgery and he took extra time to clean my upholstered kitchen chairs. I dreaded the idea of having to scrub them down myself. It was appreciated! The results of the cleaning were excellent. Pricing was very reasonable when compared to other cleaning companies we had used previously. Thank you Eric! We will definitely put you guys down on speed dial!

It turned out great. They came out a week after I purchased the big deal. I paid only for the price online through Angie's List. The guy who came out is the owner and manager. He was great and professional. We talked. The work was good as well as the system that he has. The equipment was different than what I have seen. His pump just comes out of his truck which is great. They did a great work. The price was great through Angie's List. The quality of service is great. He was there when he was supposed to be there. I would use him again if I needed to.

Rarely do I give such an outstanding evaluation for anything let alone carpet cleaning. But this guy did an oustanding job and was the consummate professional.

I purchased a "big deal" from Angie's List for three rooms and a hallway. I was able to schedule for the date I wanted (I called about 2 weeks ahead). He told me that the deal did not include stairs and that would be $30 extra. My mom was there when he arrived and he was on time. He first went through and checked for urine and "other" body fluids and found a small area of pet urine in the guest room for extra treatment. The two bedrooms were considered oversize and included two very large closets, so there was an extra charge. However, since there was carpet only on the stair landings and not each step and no real upstairs hallway, he counted that as the hall and did not charge for stairs. He was very professional at all times and did a good job. He pointed out that the living room carpet was pulling away from the walls and should be stretched to prevent creasing and uneven wear. He referred me to a carpet stretcher.

They were easy to contact and very willing to meet or scheduling needs. A courtesy call was made by them the day prior and just before showing up to do the job. Customer Care is one of their major business priorities. Well groomed, professional attire and a friendly helpful demeanor describes their overall impression during the entire experience. Suggestions were give on what we should and should not do prior to their arrival, during the time they were cleaning the carpet/furniture, and as they were wrapping up to leave. The quality of the work is top rate! They explained their system and why they believe it is the best. A true pride in the product and workmanship. The only regret is that we haven't found them sooner.

Erik Wallace showed up right on time. I am a repeat customer so I just hide the key under the mat for him and he locks up when he leaves. I have tried out several carpet cleaners in the past, but Zerorez is the only one that can make the carpets look brand new every time. I'm still amazed at the job the do. ...and with no chemicals. Spectacular!

I wanted my bedroom carpets cleaned. I noticed Zerorez had great ratings from Angie's List, so I gave them a call. When I called, Jamie spoke with me and I explained all of my concerns (previous owners had a dog and there maybe possible food and drink stains in the MBR). She was extremely nice and helpful. I scheduled an appointment. I received a call the night before as a reminder of my appointment AND I received a call letting me know they were on their way. Wouldn't it be nice if all business's did that! Eric arrived on time and was curtious and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and made great recommendations. It couldn't have gone any better! I like the fact that there is NO residue on my carpets and they are clean, clean, clean. He used a black light to all my carpets to see if there were any doggie stains- because you never know and they need special treatment. He also pretreated all of my carpets and then used a truck-mounted system to clean and extract all the dirt. I was impressed with his professionalism and eye for detail. I plan on using them again and again, as my son has allergies. They are a trust worthy company and now-a-days that is priceless! Thanks Zerorez!

My carpet has not looked this good since it was new. Highly recommend this company.
