They were great on the phone honored coupons and worked hard to get our business. The new doors look and operate great. The wiring is a little funky, but I am picky and will redo some of it myself. This is the second house we've had Trotter replace the garage door and am pleased with them.

My wife has used these guys for years and has never had a problem. They were early and were really fast. They replaced a single spring with a double spring and gave pros and cons for both options. I thought the labor was a little high for the time spent, but you are paying for their expertise. We had a problem with an external keypad that wouldn't work when they attempted to install it. They mentioned that if the garage door randomly opened at some later point, it might be a board issue and we would have to replace the garage door opener. Well, the next day this started happening. We are probably on some other houses frequency now and have to reprogram the cars, but that's not their fault. They didn't charge us for the external pad install attempt. Overall it was a good experience and I will use them again.

Was pleased with the speed of service and the end product. There were some electrical issues with the design of our house that made connecting the power to the garage door openers a challenge. There were a few items left in the garage after installation that we had to dispose of. Overall a very nice job.

They were awesome. They came right away; there was not much of a delay so it was easily scheduled. The gentleman that came out was really very good. He told me exactly what he was going to do and within 30 minutes everything was done. The next thing I knew I was signing paperwork and away he went so it was very quick. It was excellent service and a good value. I would highly recommend them. I really appreciated them for being on time and cost effective and getting the job done quickly.

It went well. I called 12/27. They came out and diagnosed the problem They said that the garage door opener needed to be replaced, which was not a surprise at it was 20 years old. We scheduled a time for the installation. Due to holidays, work schedule etc. Ray and Josh were unable to come any earlier than 1/3/14 . They arrived as scheduled. They installed the garage door and the weather stripping I had requested. It was all done quickly and well. They hauled off the old opener. I would definitely use them again.

Installer was knowledgeable and a quick worker. Genie opener is great.

I was not home during the installation, so I cannot comment on this. However, everything looks good!

The man came out to my house on time and I was outside waiting with my son. He got out of his truck and I waited for eye contact to say hello, but I didn't get any he just started walking right past me to the garage. He came out and said he would get it fixed. Was here for 15-20 and charged $205. About $65 for the part and the rest for labor. I'm not familiar with garage repair, but that seems outrageous price for labor, though I'm really not sure if this is standard price or not. The first time I used the garage door after he left it acted weird, off balance or something, but I figured it was just adjusting to being fixed (I don't know anything about garage door repair that's why I called a "professional"). I would have called them to come back, but like I said I thought it was just adjusting and didn't think a garage repair man would leave without making sure the door worked properly. Anyway, the garage door kept acting up on and off after that. It often wont close or open all the way and I have to continue to push the door opener button. The door often stops half way. I tried to just ignore it at first, but now it is happening more frequently. Sigh..I guess I'll call someone else to fix the problem.

It was just fine. There was a problem with the door and I called them. They came out and fixed it. I was satisfied with their work on my garage door. Their price was fine and I had a coupon.

Totally professional - arrived at my house before I could get home. My garage door was fixed when I got there. There was a little up sale which was effective. The men explained in detail everything they did as well as what might need to be done in the future. Absolutely satisfied.

They were all good, they came out, fixed it in their window time and the cost wasn't too bad. He came right out that day when he was supposed to and he were here for 30 minutes to fix it.

Good job, would use them again. More timely than other providors.

I left a object under bucket under my garage door that caused the spring to unwind, Mister Trotter was on time, replaced the cable and was finish in approximately 45 minutes.

He arrived on time and finished the work quickly. Answered questions about what he had done. Doors both work great.

You'd think we were a big account. The owner and his son both helped us with a very basic retail transaction. To me, it was a big deal, I hoped we could program the remotes, didn't want to buy the wrong after market product. These gentlemen helped us get the right product and walked us through the coding process. Really great people.

Service installed single long spring in place of one broken and one existing spring (2 short ones). He stated lower charge, but now when single long breaks in 3 to 5 years, the 600 lb door will slam shut probably at the worst possible time. I called Phonelady and she indicated two small springs were replaced with single long one (30 day guaranteed) and spring should last 3 to 5 years, etc. Service indicated other working short spring would go bad soon- but i wish he had replaced the way it was originally, since now when spring breaks the door will not function at all.
