Description of Work: They replaced the spring on my garage door. I called on Tuesday and they came on Wednesday morning. Everyone I spoke with and the serviceman were pleasant, courtesy, and professional. | |The only glitch was the length of time it took to arrive . The first call came saying the service man was on his way. Forty-five minutes later I received another call saying the service man was on the way. Thirty minutes later, I called them. They said he was nearing my house. He arrived about ten minutes later. | |Even with the delay of arriving, the work was completed within the four hour window they had given me.

Description of Work: My garage door is on its last leg, but the guys were able to sufficiently repair it for another year. They let me know I would need a new door soon, but in no way pressured me into buying a door right then. They were fast and courteous. There estimate was exact and very fair.

Description of Work: I had a spring break on one side of my garage door. When I called, they were there the same day. They replaced the springs on both sides of the garage and were very professional, efficient. They wasted no time and were knowledgeable about how to fix the problem and use the equipment they carried.

Description of Work: The garage door would periodically stop half way up and we could not find any explanation. Trotter's technician evaluated the door and opener and determined that the opener force adjustment was near the maximum and that the 18 year old motor would soon need to be replaced. He gave me a quote to replace the opener and a separate quote to replace the door and opener.
