He answered all my questions to my satisfaction at the time and gave me his cell number in case I had further questions. Sean was here most of the day and was happy to answer any questions I had along the way. He did a great job in the cleanup as well. Very professional company that I would recommend to anyone.
Description of Work: Treatment for termites included drilling holes in all concrete around the house as well as digging a trench in ground to apply chemicals.

 + -1 moreI had used them earlier. Later, I moved to a new location. Recently, I had them come back out and spray my new house. Everything is going good with them. I have a quarterly contract with them, which costs me $70 per quarter. I liked what they did for me the last time. I asked a lot of question and got feedback about what they were doing. The main thing was the price. I was able to talk to the guy that came out. My experience with them has been perfect. I will continue to use them in the future.
Description of Work: I used Sure Shot Pest Control to spray my new house, a month ago. They also sprayed for ants outside my house.

 + -1 moreI thought the service was great. They offered late afternoon/evening appointments, which was very nice. They showed up when they said they would and did everything they agreed to do. I am very pleased. I would recommend them to my friends and neighbors, and will be using their services again.
Description of Work: The wife and kids were starting to see a lot of spiders in the house, so I needed a reliable pest control company. Sure Shot came to the house; did a survey of the area and listened to our concerns. The spray used was not harmful to a newborn and toddler that we have in the house. In fact there was no chemical smell noticed after he was done. He did a complete job of spraying all areas in the house. Then took care of the backyard area. The entire time, he answered all questions we had. I was very pleased with the service

 + -1 moreThe gentleman who called me as well as Stacy, who actually did the service call, were incredibly professional. Stacy took his time and explained what he was doing throughout the inspection. When he found no evidence of bed bugs, he explained what I should be looking for, without me asking. I couldn't believe how responsive they were nor how professional.
Description of Work: I phoned the company at 7:30am, because I believed I had a bed bug infestation. They returned my call about 30 minutes later (a full hour before the office hours actually begin). The gentleman told me Stacy, their bed bug expert, would phone me within 20 minutes. Stacy called within about 10 minutes, asked for my address, and was at my house in OKC within 25 minutes. He inspected my home and found no evidence of bed bugs, but explained what I should look for. Didn't charge me for the service call.

They performed the service the next day, very punctual, fast, professional. Will recommend them to others. Good job.

 + -1 moreEverything was very quick. I was able to ask the worker questions as he was walking through the house questions about services and things I can do to keep the fleas down. He was full of helpful tips and knew there products, services, and respective prices well.

Description of Work: Sure Shot takes care of spraying our lawn for ants, fleas, ticks, and weeds. Another (national) company had come out to treat for ants, and they got worse less than a month after service. A neighbor gave us Sure Shot's info, and they took care of the problem.

Technician came, flound some carpenter ants at garage door ,also saw some ant hills in lawn and suggested a more extended outside treatment. We agreed. Set up appt. in 3 months. Company will come back and retreat prior if we have more pest problems for free. Yes, so far would recommend company to others.

He never arrived and no one ever called to apologize or explain why they never showed up. We decided to change our service to another company, operated by a former Sure Shot technician (Travis) who is always reliable and knowledgeable.
Description of Work: Several months ago, we called Sure Shot, a company we had used for quarterly pest control service for many years, and asked them to spray our yard for mosquitoes before an outdoor party.
