I used to treat my home for ants myself but they're hard to get rid of. I was not having much success. I finally turned to the professionals at Sure Shot. They've been treating my home for 3 years now. They show up on time and are always courteous. Most of the time the ants are gone after the first treatment. Occasionally the ants return in a few weeks. Once I let them know, they come back and re-treat at no charge. They stand behind their work. I definitely would recommend Sure Shot.

Sent message to Sure Shot through Angie's List 4-11-16 stating insect problem and requesting more info. As of 5-19-16, they have not contacted me back through Angie's List or by phone. My only conclusion is that they're not very attentive to all customer requests.

There were some initial miscommunication/misunderstanding issues with the service I expected. After the first treatment and calling about still having issues, I was eventually contacted by the manager Darrin. We talked through the problems we had with the service and after the treatment. He seems to care very much about his company and was willing to have his guys come back out and retreat the house and the areas we were still having problems. I appreciate him calling and expect we will have no problems in the future.

We have been using Sure Shot for the last 2 years. No problems at all, very professional. We have the same technician each time and enjoy his company. Very friendly and prompt. If he will be delayed, he gives us a call. Very accommodating with our schedule.

We tried Sure Shot this summer as we had just moved into a house that had sat empty on a wooded lot and had a lot of spiders. Sure Shot has treated the interior of our house three times now, the initial spray, a "booster" they say is often needed after the initial, and now quarterly. Now that we are on a quarterly cycle, they come out if we are finding we have a problem in between sprays (at no additional cost), which they did one time. They are thorough, prompt, and professional. We are pleased with them as a company and glad to be rid of the spiders!

I still continue to use them and I recommend them. They are here when they say they are going to be, their price remains the same, and they give good service.

They have been wonderful! They have a 3 month guarantee on their yard ant treatment, which is one of the main reasons we went with them. We have had to call them back 2 times and they have come back within 1 day of calling without having to pay again.

Loved the tech Stacey. He was very friendly and funny. They were able to use a product that was safe for the puppies and other pets in our home. We haven't seen any spiders since!

They're flexible as far as time and they're reasonably price.

This company is honest. They will not recommend something you don't need. This is a rarity in this day and age. Ultimate professionalism.

Very pleasant over the phone and in person and showed up on time, However; they are not very transparent on their pricing. When I had my first service I was told that they would come out as needed for free in between their regular 3 month re-treats. 2 weeks after my first treatment I had to have them come back out due to still having bugs in my house (which I assumed would be no charge), after he showed up and completed the service he informed me it would be another $80 for the service (which I was told would be free). Had I known they would in fact be charging for additional treatments I would not have had them come back a second time.

They are awesome. I like their personality. They follow up well and I saw a spider and they came out within two days. Their customer service is top notch. Their price is average. If they can come early, they call me to check if they can come early.

Called them to get house sprayed for ants. They took my name and number and a technician called me within the hour and arrived at my house about an hour later Very professional and courteous. Explained what the problem was and what he was going to do. I will definitely use them again and recommend you try them.

Very prompt service. Appeared to do a thorough job but unfortunately the drill holes in the concrete on the porch and breezeway are very noticeable. Will require some cosmetic coloring and sanding to make the porch look better. The trenching around the house was left as trenching and we needed to compact and spread the dirt. Cosmetics and cleanup may not be part of the service. We didn't ask before hand and have learned a lesson. We were told ahead of time it would be our responsibility to put the carpet back down in the back bedroom where holes had to be drilled.

Started using Sure Shot in Fall 2012 for lawn fertilization and weed control. Price was reasonable and they had good reviews on Angie's List (primarily for pest control). They would call usually about 7:45 pm-8:15 pm the night before to advise they would be out the next day. I'm not sure why their practice is to call in the evening as opposed to daytime hours. I found this to be rather annoying as I didn't see why they had to call at night. Occasionally, Sure Shot would also call to try and offer me extermination services which I did not need or use. They charged $60.00 a "treatment" and I paid for about 7 over the course of a year. I had previously used TruGreen for lawn fertilization and weed control and had a great lawn. I changed from TruGreen after three years because there were numerous issues with reliability and I just got tired of messing with them. That's when I chose to go with Sure Shot. The main problem I had with Sure Shot after the first 9 months was the quality of lawn care. I began to have crabgrass and other weeds which were non-existent with Tru-Green. Also, my lawn never "greened up" the way it had with TruGreen. By Summer 2013, it was apparent that my lawn was not looking anywhere as nice as it had in previous years with TruGreen. We called the owner several times and he said that the tech would be back out at a certain date/time to correct the problem. The tech never showed on two occasions and only called once after being late several hours to explain his truck had broken down. So, on three occasions they were a no-show and the weeds kept on growing. The owner's attitude was apathetic and he explained after one "no show" that the tech may have gone to the wrong address. What? This same tech had been coming to our house for nearly a year and never seemed to have a problem finding the house before. Nor did he have any difficult dropping the invoice in our mailbox. It was not reasonable to think somehow the tech went to the wrong house after having been here so many previous times. I would have thought the owner might have wanted to come out to see the problems for himself, but he never expressed any interest in doing so. Whether it was his intention to do so or not, he came across as being too busy to address our concerns. It should be noted that, after the 3 no shows within a couple of weeks, Sure Shot did finally come out and re-treat the lawn at no additional cost. However, even after that treatment the weeds remained. In September, we were contacted by Sure Shot to advise us of the next treatment. At that time, we informed the caller that we would no longer be using Sure Shot as we were not satisfied with the results. The caller said "okay" and we never heard from the company to follow-up. It would have been nice if perhaps somebody would have called to try and resolve the issues and attempt to retain us as customers. Never heard from anybody. The bottom line is that due to the poor quality of the lawn after a year of using Sure Shot along with the three consecutive times where they didn't show up made it an easy decision to stop using them. I did not rate them an "F" overall because they started out doing well, but from Spring 2013 forward it went downhill and now I have a lawn full of weeds after using Sure Shot for a year. Perhaps they do a better job with pest control, but, based on our experience, we cannot recommend them for lawn maintenance and weed control.

They got rid of the ants in the house and several large ant locations near the house. There are still a few locations left in the yard, but I didn't call within the time-frame listed for them to come back out and exterminate those locations as well.

Came when expected explained in detail what he was doing and why. Also why his chemicals were unharmful but were at a higher concentration than a non-licensed person can buy. did exactly what he said he would do

I called the company and asked how much it would cost to have an 800 sq ft house termite treated. After the termite guy called me back, he asked if it was a crawl space house and I told him yes it was. He stated that he did not treat crawl space homes because there were certain guidelines needed to treat these homes and he did not want to do the job because he was too busy and did not want to put forth the effort needed for this home. I told him ok and now I'm letting you know. I don't plan to ever use them for any service in the future. Hope this helps.

Service is a bit expensive. Approximately $300-$400 per treatment. But you get what you pay for. Gopher mounds are almost completely gone. Occasionally wanted to will pop up. But that is a drastic improvement from what we had before. There's been a noticeable decrease in Sand Bur Activity. It typically takes several years to eliminate sandburs But we are well underway.

They always show up on time and are very quick and thorough.
