Sure Shot Pest and Weed Control

The operator of the franchise came to the house to do look at my "evidence" the evening that I called. I had termite wings all over the place. He lined up the treatment within a week and the guys did a good job. The clean-up of the concrete plugs was messy in spots, but I was able to wash it off with a brush and water, no sweat. The offset was they had to move several heavy objects I had not moved, thinking they didn't need to drill there. They moved them, drilled and filled, moved them back. Nice, and unexpected. Very good all-around job. I gave them an NA on price because I have nothing to compare or judge against. My suspicion is that the chemical they used (the only one that has decent effectiveness, best I can tell from the web) is pretty expensive. So I assume it's a fair price. I would use them again. In fact, I had them treat my trees for a termite and ant problem.

I called on Friday and they came on Monday as promised. They explained the process and quoted a price over the phone. They called Monday morning as a reminder and arrived on time. He was quick and professional with no pressure to buy the quarterly plan. Would definitely use again.

I called Sure Shot on Thursday and they sent someone by Monday to service our yard, home, and unattached garage. We just bought our home so when I asked about termite plan they were very honest and said it was not necessary since we have a recent termite letter. I really appreciated their honesty. They were very prompt, answered all my questions, and the best part is I haven't seen an earwig in my house since.

Stacey was the representative who came to our house. He was excellent and very professional. He was ready and willing to explain all of the details to us. He mentioned services (example spraying for ants that were all over our backyard and on the house - but not inside--yet!) He did not try to push services on us, but let us know all of the details so we could make an informed decision. We have not seen any more scorpions, spiders, roly polies, or similar insects. The elimination of ants is a slower process but we have already seen progress and look forward to them also being gone in the near future. Thus far, we have been very happy and feel confident that we will continue to be. They accepted the Angie's List Coupon without any questions or hitches.

He sprays for ants. They do the entire yard. He also treated the outside foundation around the house. They said if you don't treat the entire yard that you are not taking care of the problem.

It was a rent house and I wasn't there. Tennants said everything went well.

The serviceman showed up at the appointed time and explained exactly what we were dealing with, what the life cycle of these horrible pests are and how he would go about eliminating the problem. It took three treatmnts before they completely disappeared--we were prepared for this. Now we have Sure Shot come every two months, and we haven't seen one in several months. What a relief! I would recommend them to anyone! What they sprayed was not invasive, did not have a terrible odor. They also treated out garage for termites, and we have been termite free since.

They were very punctual and professional through both visits and each time I called. Very informative as well.

Service technician came out and evaluated the job and gave his recommendations. It was raining, so he said he would come out to spray as soon weather permitted. The following week, after the weather cleared, he came and completed the job. He was also hired by two of my neighbors, who had the same beetle problem. So far, the problem has definitely improved!

We had mice in a rental property. They really know how to get rid of them. They put traps out that dogs and cats can't get into.

The service man was friendly and professional. They were able to work around my schedule and the price was reasonable.

They were prompt, calling me beforehand, and courteous. I had the inside and outside of the house treated. The exterminator found carpenter ants on wood in the home and stated that this would be a separate charge in order to treat that area, as well as the trees and around the front of the house. I had a termite warranty with another company and called them but the contract was for termites only. So I called back sure shot and they came out and treated for the ants separately.

The guy who came out was nice. They had to come four times before they got it under control. I paid them three times.

It is not even a month since we started using them but we are noticing a difference already. He was very professional and took a good amount of time, but not too much time. He was thorough without staying all day. I thought that the price was reasonable for what he was doing. I would recommend them to my family and friends.

An appointment was scheduled for Monday 8 am - I called on Sat afternoon. I cancelled appointment because there was no evidence of swarming over the weekend. Called technicial later Mon morning because wasps had returned. He was able to stick me back into his schedule - uncertain of time, but thought around 3pm. Technician came about 6 pm - my fault for cancelling original appt. Technician sprayed nests. Indicated that there was no guarantee that Cicada Killers would not return. Two days later we have wasps swarming again. I believe there may have been some nests in surrounding ground cover that were missed. Technician had told me that the wasps might return. About a 1 1/2 weeks later, there is no evidence of any Cicada Killers. Problem solved.

Very well. Get your proposal before having any work done. This is just smart. Follow the directions provided and call back, as requested, should you have any additional questions or problems. This team is easy to work with.

I am very pleased with SureShot. They showed up exactly on time, which is very important during the work week. They were very personable and courteous and sprayed the entire home in a matter of 15 minutes. I had not indicated that I wanted to spray for mosquitoes when I scheduled the service, but they got another truck out to my house on the same day. I paid up front for the additional mosquito treatment and they said that I didn't need to be there for the outdoor treatment. I pulled up just as they were finishing, and he had covered my yard very, very throroughly. He didn't have to go the extra mile since I was not there and never would have known what he sprayed, so I was very pleased to see that he had hit all of the problem areas. We haven't seen a mosquito since, and you couldn't sit down outside without getting bombarded with bites before the treatment. We're very pleased!

The service provided was excellent--we plan to have them come out regularly to prevent new problems.

I was gearing up for a much needed update to my bathrooms and kitchen. As such, I was cleaning my garage in preparation for the delivery of flooring materials. Needless to say, I was not ready for what I found behind some boards by the side door of my garage. Even more, I wasn't sure what I was looking at, when I found the termite track on the wall. After a google search, I determined that the damage was very possibly caused by termites (darn it). I then went onto Angie's List and found Sure Shot. Darin, the owner, came to see me the same evening I called. He confirmed my fear,and gave me a quote for the treatment. He told me they could come in the following week, but I needed time to sort out how I was going to cover this unexpected cost. Once done, I called back and scheduled the treatment. Even though the coupon they offered on Angie's List expired the day before they would arrive, they went ahead and honored it. I really appreciated this. Darin called me the day before to let me know that the person doing the treatment would be at my house around 6 a.m. Sure enough, the gentleman was here 6 a.m. sharp! He drilled, trenched, treated, covered, and cleaned up in the span of about 4 hours. Other than the rows of circles on the pavement, you would not have known he was ever there. I have to say, the service I received from start to finish was very professional and of high quality. In addition, all the people I dealt with were extremely friendly. I am glad I called Sure Shot!

I had a really good service and it was effective. They were done within 30 minutes and that would be for 2 houses.
