Answered my initial call on a Monday afternoon and was available to give an estimate the next morning. Arrived for estimate right on time and quickly reviewed the project to give a reasonable estimate. Agreed to do the work the following morning if I chose to use him, no pressure from him at all. I called him that afternoon to confirm that I wanted him to do the work. Steve arrived right on time the next morning and quickly went to work. He made sure to bring everything he needed for the project and did not waste any time completing the project. Steve was very friendly and extremely helpful in offering repair options. He was also very punctual and efficient. I would definitely hire Steve again.

We were very pleased with this experience. We will continue to use his services in the future for our electrical needs.

We went with Steve Ocker through the $99 Angie's List deal as we had several things that needed doing. Steve is friendly, does quick work, and is very practical -- he rewired something that wasn't done right by the builder and suggested moving two attic vents that were placed badly, even calling another professional to coordinate services. I appreciate someone taking the initiative to do things like this, it shows me that he is most interested in making sure it's done right.

He is timely, professional, fairly priced, but most of all courteous and takes EXTREME PRIDE in his work. I have never been so excited to work with someone who truly is passionate about his job, and doing it by code, and correct in every way. He wanted to do things to keep my daughter safe, and update our home for her properly. He showed up on time and his team of employees worked with us and my daughter's college schedule. I couldn't think of ever using another Electrician for our family. I even asked him if he would drive all the way to Owasso to do work for us here. I can trust his honesty, integrity, and work ethic. I was highly impressed.

The work was done by two of Steve's associates. We are very pleased with the professionalism of the two electricians and with the end results of their work. Steve called at the end of the day to ensure we had a good experience. We will definitely use Steve again for our electrical needs.

The job was done in under 2 hours,and we were delighted with our new outlet.It took them awhile to decide on the exact location where they needed to Install the outlet.After that, they got busy...and the job was Fast and neat and Correct.We are most Happy to report that this company does Good work and has reasonable rates.We would recommend them to Everyone.Us Seniors here in Oklahoma City.

I have had no electricity in my master bedroom for over a year, in which I had had a few people check out and they could not find the problem. I was afraid of the cost of hiring a professional and was pleasantly surprised when the Deal of the Day was for 2 hrs. of electrical service for only $99. I purchased the deal and made an appointment that same day. He came a few days later right on time and it actually did take him the whole two hours to find a loose connection. He had to check almost every outlet to find it! The only additional charge was for a replacement outlet. He was very sweet and talkative (which I love to talk), but he was very professional as well. I also appreciated that he treated my husband and I like intelligent people instead of talking down to us like some professionals do. He showed us where the problem was as well as explaining why. He suggested a few possible projects in the future, but only because I asked. He even cleaned up after himself! I will definitely call him for any future problems.

The lights are in very difficult place to reach so this was not an easy job. Couldn't have picked a better person or company to do the work. Great price, very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Will definitely be using this company for all of my electrical needs in the future.

Checking with Angie's list I noticed some of the recommended electiricans and saw that Ocker's also gave a discount to Angie's List users. I called 2 others on the list and found them already booked. Steve Ocker immediately scheduled us and in spite of the extreme heat got a crew into our attic and finished the project.

He knew exactly what was wrong and repaired everything to my satisfaction. The chandelier was hung perfectly. He cleaned up everything and was very professional. I will definitely use him again and recommend him to my friends.

Steve Ocker is a very thorough and knowledgeable person. He quickly provided estimates on the work I wanted to have done and he called me the day of the installation when he and his assistant were running behind on another job. They had to cut holes in the ceiling, but did so neatly. They installed two braces and two ceiling fans that I'd bought on my own. After the installs, one of the fans had a little wobble to it that Steve quickly corrected and both fans work like a dream. Very quiet and no wobbles. They offered to vacuum up the sheetrock dust that had fallen on the carpet, but I told them I'd take care of it. I appreciated the offer. I will also mention that they had to go up in the attic to do some work and told me there appeared to have been an animal up there at some point that was leaving it's mark, if you get my drift. Didn't really want to hear that but appreciated the fact they told me about it! I was very satisfied with the quality of service and professionalism of this company and will use them again in the future. I had hoped the price would be a little less considering that I had already paid for the fans and this was for the cost of service only, but I did get one other estimate and Steve's was close to it. I had considered doing the installs myself, but am glad I didn't! It was more involved than I realized and now I know it was done right.

Steve performed the tasks I requested and more. The advantage of having a professional do the work instead of a DIY is he recognizes other problems I would not have recognized, and can fix them while on site.

Once the guys were able to get the can(s) down, the heat sensors were identified and Steve was able to find replacements and get them installed. Working around the placement and direction of the ceiling beams, they were able to mount a ceiling fan bracket with minimal sheetrock removal which I was easily able to overcome by installing a small ceiling medallion when I finally got around to installing the fan. Although my home is over twenty years old and the can(s) trim rings were painted over, they did a clean job in removing and replacing them. They cleaned up very well after they were finished.

The day I called Steve and told him what I needed, he set up a day and time to do the work. He was courteous and considerate of my time and of my tenant's time. He arrived promptly on the scheduled date and had the work completed by the following day. He also called me a couple of times to check and and give me a progress report. When the work was finished, he came by my home to pick up a check. In other words, he made the job very easy and convenient for me, and in my book that counts for a lot.

It went perfectly, performed professionally, efficiently and economically. Totally satisfied.

Steve and his crew were great. This was a 3 phase project and every phase went smoothly. They were always punctual and professional. Since we were doing an entire kitchen remodel, scheduling was very important. Steve and his crew were great about working around the other projects going on in the kitchen. When we first spoke to Steve, we had a general idea of what we wanted but left it up to Steve to come with the final lighting plan. He came up with some ideas that we hadn't even thought of, like the under cabinet lighting. It looks beautiful. We ended up spending a little bit more than the original estimate because at the last minute we threw in a couple of things that we wanted done. Steve had no problem with the last minute changes and the job was still completed on time. All in all, we'd highly recommend Steve and we will definitely use him again in the future.

Steve and his two assistants were prompt, courteous and very professional. They didn't waste any time and got right down to business. Steve's two assistants did the majority of the work and were very competent. Steve left for a couple of hours to pick up supplies they needed for our job but his assistants never stopped working on the list of thing we wanted them to do. One thing that impressed us...we paid for the service upon completion and hadn't realized that Steve hadn't applied the 5% discount that he gives customers from Angie's List. He realized the mistake the following day and called to tell me that he was putting a check in the mail to reimburse us for the overpayment. I'm sure there are lots of people who wouldn't even have given it a second thought and pocketed the extra money. We really appreciated his honesty!!!

The job went well, they were in and out in an efficient time, very clean, nice to my property, everything looked great!

Steve called us several times to confirm what time we would be home and showed up 10 minutes after we got home. Figured out what was wrong and replaced the switches. Was here a total time of one hour. Have recommended Steve to others in the past and all have had similar very positive experiences.
