Description of Work: We didn't use Red River however they were professional, knowledgeable, prompt and seemed Timothy offer extremely high quality service. It just cane down to price for us. The entire project was out of our own pocket rather than the insurance company so we went with another company for price alone.

Description of Work: Red River replaced my roof, and that portion of the job went fine. They took off the old roof, and had the new roof on within two days. They cleaned up and left everything neat, no damaged plants, etc. No issues with bid, or materials. This was not a job paid for by insurance. The unusual issue that came up is with the powered roof vents that they installed. The fans have a humidistat as part of their design, which turns the fans on when humidity build in the attic space. These did not come on till May with the increased humidity. I heard a high pitched whine from inside the house, and after going into the attic could see it was eminating from one of the three fans that were installed by Red River. A Red River representative came to the house and after looking at it told my wife the sound was due to an air conditioning unit next to the house. The a/c was running, and the high pitched whine was less evident or not audible. The spring and summer were dry, no rain, and quite hot, and no whine was heard until the first rains in October. I called the Red River rep back and with no a/c on he confirmed the high pitched whine was coming form one of the attic fans they installed. He ordered a replacement, and swapped out the fan he believed was malfunctioning. The sound was evident again at the next humid day. and either he changed the wrong unit, or the others were also faulty. Long story short, the whine is still evident, Red River has not swapped out the others, they claim this is a warranty issue with GAF, and this issue has gone on for over a year. I want to say Red River is making a good effort, but they need to be called and badgered to maintain action on this, and have not solved the issue.
