Service representative arrived on time; diagnosed the source of the leak quickly; applied the necessary repairs and finished the project leaving nothing behind. Couldn't even tell he had been here. Have had two strong storms since and no leak.

As advertised, task assessed, solutions proposed, and cost estimated at no cost.

They gave us estimate we chose someone else.

Red River did not feel Insurance company would replace roof even though there are leaks. We appreciated the honesty and would call again in the future.

Information and quote was very professional. Work was performed without incident. Took a little longer than quoted but was within reason. Clean up was great. Follow up after work was finished was/is slow but mainly due to personnel change. Overall a good experience and would recommend them.

Red River Roofing Inc. was one of three companies I sought out to get estimates for the replacement of my roof and guttering.. I learned of this company by their "signature red" company trucks which I saw frequently in my neighborhood. I contacted the company and they were very prompt to respond. My first contact was with the Sales Representative James Bliss. James evaluated my existing roof and guttering system, then drew up some estimates of different options that were available. He was informative, patient(because I asked many questions), and thorough. He explained the different roofing systems available, their costs, and the differences between them. He also provided information on optional upgrades. James was not a high-pressure salesman; he did not try to get me to sign a contract right then. I had the freedom to compare his bid with the others. I also was very impressed by the way he worked with my insurance company to make sure no stone was left unturned. He took a straight-forward approach; if he felt that something didn't need replacing; he told me. This was very important to me. It should also be noted that Red River Roofing Inc.DOES NOT require 50% down prior to starting the job. One estimate I obtained required this! Red River Roofing requires no money down to start the job. This was a major deciding factor. After reviewing the options, competing bids, and prices, I chose Red River Roofing Inc. because it gave me the best over-all value, and quality for the cost. Immediately I was contacted by the Project Manager Andrew Holbrook, who had been assigned my roofing job. He set up a time to come and do a pre-inspection prior to starting the job. He was thorough, answered my questions and concerns, and also took the time to make sure my neighbors were informed of his impending work. The job was started promptly on 10/03/16 at 7:00am. Materials arrived on schedule. Andrew kept me informed of any possible delays, and changes. The roof was completed on 10/04/16 late that afternoon, and the roofing crew accomplished a thorough clean-up. I also noted that there was very little excess materials left; telling me that they gauge their materials accurately. It should be noted that James Bliss also followed up at the job sight to make sure all was running smoothly. The guttering system was scheduled and completed on 10/07/16. The delay was due to weather. The guttering crew was courteous, on-time, and attentive to the details. If there were any questions, they called me promptly. I am very pleased with the price, quality of work, efficiency, professionalism, and customer service. If I have future roof, or home needs, Red River Roofing Inc. will receive my first call. The office is very responsive and easy to get a hold of. They contact their contractors well. I loved Brad who is so fun and helped me get this project started and done.

We have had a great experience with RRR. Matt worked with the insurance companies to get us a high quality roof. The work was done in a timely manner and we are very happy with the results!

Red River roofing sub-contracted the job to a small company owned by a Mexican gentleman. His crew rushed the job and at first did not put enough nails in each shingle to meet the warranty requirements of the shingle. After those shingles were removed, they quickly re-roofed the home. As the shingles age and the heat of the summer causes the tar in the shingle to melt, the shingles separate. Over the years I requested that Red River Roofing fix the sections of my the roof that were installed improperly by their subcontractors. Each time their inspectors tell me that the problem is caused by improperly installed shingles but Red River Roofing continuously refuses to repair the roof even though the shingles are separating because of faulty installation by their subcontractor. They do not stand by their installation.

The 2-person crew came out on time and were very friendly. They got down to work, said there would be no additional damage repair. The original roofer had attached our chimney cap with nails instead of screws. The nails over time became loose and a strong wind lifted it up. They resealed it, screwed it in, and it took a bit to replace that chimney cap the way the wind had blown it. They took a before/after picture of the work. They also checked my skylights to see if any needed to be resealed. One of the crew even cleared my gutter corner closest to the chimney. That was VERY appreciated because due to health reasons my husband hasn't been able to climb a ladder. Next roofing job will go to Red River Roofing. Everyone associated with Red River from office to field staff were friendly, helpful and ready to assist however they could.

He was fine. A part of it was made of really light wood material and it blew off during the storm so we'll have to get a heavier strip. The cost wasn't too bad. It went fine. We've got them on Angie's List. They were okay. They were the right price for what they did.

Outstanding job on the roof and gutters Very conscientious. I was extremely pleased with the quality of the roof and prices were competitive. The guttering company they used did a good job, too. A nice array of colors to select from and they were creative in helping me place the downspouts to my rain barrels. Would definitely use them to install a roof again. Rates an A+. Not as happy with their general construction services. Part of the contract called for moving the items in the attic so that they could install insulation and flooring for storage. (Nothing fancy, just plywood.) I wound up doing most of the moving back in by myself, although their boss (Bruce) was nice enough to move the heavier pieces. While Bruce was very responsive, the rest of the attic crew was not as diligent in taking care of the details. For instance, they left some flooring cut, but they arrived late and then left it up to me to install. (Bruce had to come back to finish it.) Stairs to attic stuck after being relocated, but the crew didn't mention it to me. (Again, Bruce had to fix it himself.) Asked their electricians to install a ceiling fan and doorbell. It took way too long and they wired the fan incorrectly. (Their boss had to redo it.) For overall service and price for the attic job, I'd rate a B-.

They were local. It was a part of the insurance claim because it was storm damage to the roof. Their quality of work and their past experience were the things that stood out the most. They were very knowledgeable. It was great.

Went well. Work done professionally and on time. As far as I can tell, good quality. Good clean-up afterwards. Personnel that I dealt with (Matt Parks, Gene Tarlton) were courteous and knowledgeable. One slight glitch: gutter covers were put on before the gutter people had replaced the gutters. So the gutters were not replaced. But since they were minimally damaged, I don't see this as much of a problem. No very large rains or big snows since, so I can't tell for sure about leaks or ice-damming, but there haven't been any problems yet (three months later, as of mid-January).

After contacting them they came out very quickly to look at the project and give me a quote. I was not quite ready to do the work and they were very understanding and several months later when I called to schedule the work they actually remembered me without having to look things up. Because of my concern over the water issue Joseph came back out with the the people who would actually be doing the work and a project planner. They decided on a plan and started the work in a few days. The project was completed very timely, they cleaned up each night before leaving, and they could not be nicer or more accommodating. I really wish I could work with them again but I do not want anymore issues with my roof and portico. I would very strongly recommend Red River Roofing and I am a real full on perfectionist so I don't make recommendations unless someone meets my high expectations.

The company was a little slow in scheduling the work, but not excessively. I suspect my job occurred during a very busy time. At any rate, when they did do the job, they cleaned up so thoroughly that I had to call to verify that the work had actually been done. There wasn't a nail or a piece of shingle to be seen anywhere on my property. I was very impressed. Brad was super friendly and very easy to work with.

Excellent. The salesman was professional, on time and gave good recommendations. Our roof will need to be replaced in about 3-5 years, but the work the did allows us time to save up for a new roof.

This is the continuing story regarding some work previously performed for our family by Red River Roofing (RRR)... Several years ago, hail destroyed our roof and the folks at RRR were hired to replace it with a 40-year GAF shingle for increased durability. The project was completed in a timely manner and with excellent workmanship. Unfortunately, hail again destroyed our roof in 2013 and, as before, we called RRR, obtained their quote and waited for the insurance adjuster's report (Liberty Mutual). When the report was delivered we were shocked to see their adjuster identified the roof as consisting of a 30-year shingle. We immediately objected and provided paperwork to Liberty Mutual from the previous roofing project handled by RRR. Liberty Mutual was adamant and refused to change their assessment. Thus began months of wrangling. Finally, Liberty Mutual came to the house and (in a scene similar to something you'd see on CSI) removed shingle samples and sent them straight to an independent testing lab. The report from the lab declared with 99% confidence that the shingles on our roof were indeed a 30-year GAF type. We demanded an explanation from the RRR sales rep and he couldn't provide one, so in May of this year we cancelled the roof replacement we'd scheduled to have started with them this month. Then something amazing happened. In late June, I received a call from the RRR branch manager for our area, Trevor Thompson. Trevor told me the whole situation had bothered him greatly for weeks. He decided to assemble every piece of paper connected to the original roofing job all the way back to the factory. That's when he discovered the factory had drop-shipped the wrong shingles onto our driveway. Trevor apologized repeatedly, even though the factory had made the error. Then, even though it's several years later, he personally delivered a check last week for the difference between the roof we actually got and the roof we'd ordered. In business, mistakes get made. For us, where reputation gets built is how you handle those mistakes. Trevor and RRR didn't have to make the effort to figure out what happened. After all, their paperwork was right, and they'd already lost the current re-roofing project. And, even when they did discover the factory had made a mistake, they could've just ignored that, also. Some companies would've just kept the two-year-old overpayment, figuring they'd never see us again. But the RRR people didn't. They made things right, and that says a lot about not only Trevor Thompson, but Red River Roofing. They've shown our family that RRR is a customer-driven, respectable company.

It was fine. They were very nice people. They were reasonably priced. Several people that had used them and some at my insurance company had recommended them. The people that worked there were very nice. I really had a hard time finding any of the... whatever that I like, I chose one and then I changed my mind and we looked at more of them. They were very helpful. They have done a good job.

They were pretty good, I would give them a good rating. They were pretty quick and they didn't take very long to get to us. They cleaned up very well afterwards.

They were very good. They came out and gave an estimate on my roof from wind damage and I saw with my insurance and it has been settled. They were very professional and they did a good job. They were recommended to me by my contractor. They're just a very good company.

Red River came out and gave estimate. First crew showed up on time and did repairs. Couple months passed before 1st real hard rain, patio continued to leak. Called Red River they came out and engineered a new plan, week or 2 later a different crew did new job. Since the 2nd job there has been no leakage, and Red River at no time tried to charge me additional money, they stick yo their quote. I and my daughter have used Red River for repairs and complete re-roof, they are not the cheapest but I know it will be done right.

We could not have asked for better service. More importantly the work looked great and has lasted. I'd recommend them to anyone.
