So far, their "patchwork" has failed; one house is leaking so badly that the ceiling is falling in and the floors are damaged; buckets had to be placed in every room. The bill for patching up this one house was $800, but after we complained that they spend less than one hour and just put little blue patches here and there, they reduced it to $350. Because they didn't find anything wrong with the roof where I live (10 minute inspection, max), I wouldn't pay them anything. Even the insurance company adjustor found more problems than the Red River people did, and there are at least three areas where water is coming through the roof into the attic.

They were over priced and had to come back and fix a few things.

It went very well. The workers were fast, very neat, and the price was extremely reasonable, compared to the other bids we received. The roof looks great, and I was very pleased. Two very minor complaints: 1) most significant one was, when the salesman made the bid, he did not tell me how long it would be before the work would begin... not that it would have changed who we went with, but it took almost 5 weeks for them to start, which put the work after Thanksgiving rather than the end of October. It would have been nice to have planned for it that way. 2) we have a skylight in one of the upstairs bedrooms, and when the workers put it back in after laying the shingles, it was put in backwards, so it didn't lay correctly. The supervisor had to come back out to look at it, then another time to fix it. So a slight inconvenience there. But overall, I would highly recommend Red River.

We had to replace our roof after a bad hail storm. Red River Roofing was very responsive and professional. They went the extra mile to protect our landscaping during the project. We would highly recommend them.

Excellent! Work was performed quickly and professionally. They were careful to only remove as much of the old shingles as they could replace on the same day. They were very careful to tarp any areas where they had been working so it would not leak if it rained. Both the salesman, Matt Dodd, and the project manager, Wayne, were available by phone for any questions I had. If I had to leave a message my call was returned promptly. I recommend that you use them for your roofing needs. They charge more than most of their competitors but the quality of the work is wonderful and they will treat you well.

They were the best out of three bids. Their quote was detailed. They explained everything to me and they kept their word. They didn't have any complaints. They were very attentive. Things went smoothly. Even though they weren't the lowest bidder, we still went with them.

We wanted a high quality, lifetime warranty, distinctive roof and that is what we got. Mark came to our home and presented us with a proposal with 3 different grades of shingles and the total price for each and very specific details of how the work would be done, their insurance and certifications. The work was done in a timely and professional manner. The work was done in less than 2 days and they never left a mess in the yard. We love our new roof!
