Everything turned out well. I have seen many roofs with problems. Their roofs are very smooth. They sprayed our vents to match the roof. I like that they hand hammer each shingles and do not pile them up on the roof. They also reinstalled the attic vents properly. They did a very nice job with the clean up as well. It took the crew about two or three days to complete the roof, which was much shorter than I thought. I do want to say they do have high integrity in their work and they are always very friendly. I would highly recommend them.

They did a really good job. Brian is a very upstanding guy who does great work. The crew did a nice job with the clean up afterwards. The crew got the roofing done in a couple of days, which was nice. Getting the work and estimate set up was easy as well.

Everything was good. The workers were very professional and easy to work with. They also had great follow up with any issues that we had. We had about 4 estimates, and I chose Land because they used the same estimate formula my insurance used. So it was very easy to see where all the costs come from. We even got a discount because we are members of Angie’s List members, which was nice. Once the work was done, they did an excellent job on the cleanup.

Throughout the whole process we spoke/dealt with six Land employees and each and everyone of them were extremely courteous, professional and helpful. Brian came out and looked at our damage to prepare an estimate. Paula, in the office, worked with us to get all the details just right, which included 3 estimates, she was extremely patient and kind. We worked mainly with Todd who contacted us about when his crew would be out, how long it would take, and anything else to expect. Due to the tornado, we had extensive damage to the decking, which was not in the original check from insurance. Land Roofing took pictures and submitted them to our insurance with cost and our insurance issued us another check. It was painless. The crew cleaned up well. Everyone was promt and professional and Todd was very forgiving when I missed an appt with him due to a miscommunication on my part. Although they may not have been the cheapest, we felt that the price was extremely compatiable with the quality. We even upgraded our roof to an impact resistant roof which reduced our insurance premium over $200. After previous roofing experiences gone wrong, we can actually say this was a great experience and would definitely recommend Land Roofing and use them again if the need arises.

Everyone at Land was extremely professional, the crews cleaned up at the end of every day and additional personnel came by during and after the job to make sure that it was performed to our satisfaction. They even came back again to search for any nails, etc., that might have been left behind. They worked well with our insurance company and made sure that everything was included in our insurance settlement. Once I turned everything over to Land, I didn't have to worry with any of the details. They handled everything and kept in contact with me throughout the process. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Land Roofing is a reliable and trustworthy roofing company. They were courteous, respectful and hard working. They were also great to work with!

Oklahoma is known for it's sudden weather damages and getting reputable crews to show up and complete competent repairs is a challenge. Land is a reputable company and I do not regret using them. The timing was not optimal, many needs and I assume that there were greater needs than mine. But the work was good and I would use them again.

Very patient as I took a long time wavering and deciding on the color of my shingles.

It went perfect! They followed up to make sure I had no complaints.

I called and left a message and they finally called me back 2 weeks later to come out and do an estimate. He kept telling me I needed all these things. he wasn't too happy with me because I told him all I needed was two turbine vents. He came out on a Tuesday and said I would get the email estimate on Friday. I never heard from the guy and when I called his number back it says it has been disconnected. It was a horrible, horrible experience.

After seeing good reports on Angie's List, I contacted Land Enterprises for an estimate. I received a response to my e-mail within a few hours. I did not choose Land Enterprises to do my project but the decision not to was a hard one as I felt they would have done a good job too. They were very quick to respond to my request for an estimate and very professional and provided some helpful information. When I e-mailed them to let them know I had chosen someone else to do the work for me, I received a reply asking if I minded sharing why just so they could improve their customer service. I was impressed by this since it showed they strive for excellent service.

Brian responded quickly to our initial inquiry. He visited the property and did a thorough review of storm damages. His estimate was competitive and we awarded him the job. He took the lead in dealing with our insurance company and worked with them well, securing additional funding to fully complete repairs. Quality of work was very good, house looks great. We had minor issues with timeliness of work and completion of total scope of project. Project was completed to our total satisfaction, Brian was very professional and we can recommend Land Enterprises.

I called Land Enterprises, left a message, and my call was promptly returned. We're having rain leaking into our pellet stove and thought we might need a new chimney cap. Brian came to look at the problem (within an hour!), even though they don't normally work on chimneys. After looking at it, he reported several problems with our chimney, and recommended we call another company that specializes in that type of work. I really appreciated Brian's help, especially since he knew before he came that he probably wouldn't be doing any work for us (our roof is fine - just a chimney problem). We have a two story house and the chimney is dificult to reach, so we can't see the actual problem ourselves. It was nice to have someone tell us what's going on up there! Land Enterprises was professional, courteous, and went beyond what was expected. If I ever need a service they provide, I will call them again.

In early June, Brian came out to give me a free estimate for re-roofing just my front porch. He also looked over my existing roof's shingles, told me they were in excellent shape and they were a very good shingle. This always makes a homeowner feel good about his purchase (Sept 2010). So, that was nice to know. The quote was for $2706. I liked the way he explained what they were going to do, and though I didn't understand all technical stuff, I knew it was going to be done right - like a Mike Holmes done right kind of job :) I did get a couple of other estimates and they were very close to Brian's. However, they wanted to rip off half my roof to make the shingles work for the porch. I thought it was not necessary, hence one reason I didn't go with someone else. I knew some guys that could've saved me some money fixing the porch roof, but I just knew their work would not be the high quality I was looking for. There were some technical issues with roof line I was afraid they wouldn't be able to handle. Todd schedule a time with me. They came when they said. 3 hours later, all done. I live in a historical area, so it was important the shingles matched - and it does - perfectly. Todd said the decking looked great, so no need to fix (I was worried about them saying I needed new decking just to get a few extra dollars from me); but I was having faith of their good rating with Angie's list, they would only do the decking if it really needed it. Todd gave me bill, and it was exactly what they quoted. I will definitely use Land Enterprises again. Good experience.

The work was excellent. Brian Land, owner of Land Enterprises, came to the house exactly the time he said he would and he was extremely courteous and very thorough. His foreman Todd and the crew that did the actual work were very professional, courteous and careful. They cleaned-up after the job was done and you would never have known they had even been there. I hope I never have any future roofing needs, but if I do, I will call Land Enterprises.

They did a good job. They were fast and efficient. They did a good cleaning, as well. We called them because we knew they would do a good job. They were very good. We didn't have any problems with the roof. We have had several storms since then.

Land roofing arrived on time, finished the job within time allotted, cleaned up after completion, work seemed to be done to satisfaction (although I could not get on roof to inspect) and price was very reasonable and within the written estimate given prior.

They quoted me around $11100. The price was within the area of the other companies. It was high and the other ones were high too. So it was reasonable compared to the other ones. My interaction with them was good as well as fine. However, I didn?t choose them to get the work done and I went with another company. I didn?t have any complaints with the interaction I had with Land Enterprises Roofing. I didn?t use them because I liked the estimator who came out from the other company better. He was more professional and more exact in his estimates. I don?t know about the quality of the work done by Land Enterprises Roofing, but I would recommend them to others for estimates. I would consider them in the future.

Land Enterprises was slow in getting back to me. I would not recommend Land Enterprises.

We are very pleased with their work. We had one problem and they came out and fixed it right away. This house has leaked since we moved in 30 years ago. We have not had any leaks since their work. I have already referred them to a few friends. They did a perfect clean up. There was not anything about this that was unpleasant. They were very nice to talk with.

Land Ent. gave us an estimate that was within $200 of another roofing company without knowing the other estimate. The owners were professional and courteous. The work started on time and they finished within three days as scheduled. I am very happy with my new roof. The only issue that I encountered was quite a few pices of roofing felt that fell down into the attic early in the process and after I asked that the try and not let that happen and they offered to clean up-it was not a large area at the time so I declined. A few weeks after the job was over I checked in the attic to find small bits of roofing debris throughout the floor of the entire attic. I did not call the company to clean up the attic, the wooden beams used to step on to get around are covered by insulation and hard to navigate.

Unlike many other roofers we tried, they came quickly to do an estimate. It took a bit longer than they said it would to start the job, but when they did come, they were very professional. They cleaned up daily and took two days to do the job, just as they said they would. Overall, we got a very good vibe from the owner and his crew. Excellent work!

The crew from this company did a great job on the new roof even when a bad freak storm came up in the midst of the installation. They covered everything with tarps and made sure everything was dried out and perfect before completing the job. I highly recommend them as willing to go above and beyond for the customer. I do not recall the price, but it was more than fair, especially considering the circumstances.

I think they had a fairly reasonable price. It may seem a little bit high but that is only because they insulated as well. They were on time every day they came out and they didn't take any longer then they said it would.
