I was selling my house. Actually closed today 10-2-2020. The buyers inspector said we needed a new roof. I don't know anything about roofs - but these guys were top business award winners at the Edmond Chamber of Commerce and the Northwest Chamber of Commerce. Real Estate was crazy and everyone was backed up. They came out on a Sunday(!) to meet the adjuster and make sure that everything that needed to be looked at was...more than the inspector (who was great) would have seen. By Thursday they were at the house and finished on Friday. Everything was immaculate - Jerry Renfroe from Land Roofing was awesome, and Jason, Paula, and Todd made all of it easy and seamless. Couldn't be more pleased. Great job.

I’m making an exception since I never write reviews for anyone but this time it’s warranted. I’ve owned my home in a neighborhood with an association that has strict roofing codes and regulations. Because of a recent hail storm, I had to replace my third roof. I hired Land Enterprise Roofing that was recommended by a friend because after interviewing with them, they were way ahead of the two previous roofing companies when advising me about the many different roofing options. In making my decision to hire Land Roofing, here are a few things that stood out from the previous roofers and other roofers I've been observing on my neighbor's houses. 1st, Land Enterprises Roofing, locally owned and operated, sent a representative out to meet my Insurance Adjustor. He negotiated with the Adjustor more than just the roof that also included my siding, rain gutters, and wind turbines. 2nd, Unlike my previous roofing companies, Land Roofing calculated the attic footage and space and determined that my roof vents were too small for a large amount of attic space and to replace them with the correct size roof vents to maximize the performance that removes attic air. Note, this will be a big benefit with my utility bills! 3rd, when the Land crew arrived to replace my roof they immediately laid huge tarps all around my home to catch the loose debris while removing my old shingles. This step kept my yard free of nails and torn shingle parts following in my yard. 4th, not only did they give me a choice to choose what manufacturer of roofing materials to use, but they recommended upgrading the roof to a higher-quality to exceed the wind and hail standards, not to mention lowing my homeowner's insurance rate. 5th, I was unexpectedly impressed when Land Roofing set up an appointment at no additional cost to have my roof pipes to my hot water tank and central heater inspected by a local licensed HVAC company to make sure none of them were damaged when replacing the shingles. So, let me emphasize to hire a company, like Land Roofing, that goes above and beyond than simply replacing or installing shingles on top of a house!

Awesome company and contractor to work with, Heath inspected my roof prior to me making a claim with my insurance. He assured me I had enough broken and damaged shingles to warrant a new roof. Heath also made time on a weekend to be onsite when the adjuster showed up from the insurance agency. By doing so Heath was able to answer all my questions and concerns I had with the adjustor and my claim. The best part about Land Roofing was the crew roofed my house. They hammer the shingles on by hand, no nail gun, all trash and debris was picked up and removed as they worked, not after the job was done. I expected the job to take at least two days to complete, they finished in one. In one full day they striped the old roof off, re-decked and installed new shingles. I would highly recommend Land Roofing and will call on them when the need arises again. Rusty S.

They were here when they said they would be and within an hour, had the roof repaired and all waste removed. They made sure that the delicate plants below were protected from falling waste shingles. Their project foreman even changed a light bulb for me that was located at the peak of the second story roof without extra charge! Amazing. I would hire them again in a heartbeat! They're busy and I can understand why. It's because they are wonderful to work with.

We have used Land Roofing twice and both times were very pleased with their work. The job site supervisor is very personable and made sure we knew what their job order entailed. The area was completely cleaned up when they left.

Evidently when I got my new roof in 2013 the previous roofing company neglected to install some sort of leak protection needed and I've had a roof leak for a very long time! So Land Enterprises came out and gave me the bid for the roof repair and pointed out that my roof wasn't up to code! I feel like I had been taken advantage of by the other roofing company (I had). Land Enterprises repaired my roof, installed attic and roof vents and had my siding replaced (it was a gable end, kind of a nightmare) and I am so happy that my roof doesn't leak anymore and it's totally up to code. Highly recommended!

My roof replacement was a painless smooth process. They worked with my insurance company and I did not have to get involved. I continued to work while everyone took care of my roof! Great service. I would absolutely hire them again!

Prices were higher than area competitors, but the service from begin to end was top notch.

Perfect!! From the time I called for an estimate, to meeting with estimator, to getting call regarding costs, to finally work accomplished; it was a professional and pleasant experience. Would hire again and hanging onto their phone number!

Heath came to the house and offered a thorough inspection of the roof and the attic. He determined the problem was with voids and deterioration to the flashing around the chimney area. The crew was schedule and the repair completed within 2 weeks. They offered me plenty of notice as to their arrival and calling the day of the repair. It took the guys a couple hours to finish the job. They showed me pictures of the before, during and after repair. They were clean, tidy and even made sure my gate (which is tricky) was secure before leaving. Wonderful service, communication and repair. I will continue to use them and their annual roof maintenance program!

Land Enterprises Roofing is always a pleasure to work with. They provide professional quality work at a fair price. They never leave a mess and take care of all repairs in a timely manner. They are the only roofing company I will ever use!

Failed promises. Ridiculously slow response to status and service inquiries. Was repeatedly ignored as well. There were some complications, but simple work wasn't completed until 8 long months after the incident. Promises were made that they would file the billing information, as a general contractor, in the same format that insurance adjusters use - they did not. It's been a year since the damage occurred, and they're just now sending the billing in - after I told them that my insurance company said claims had to be filed within 6 months of the incident. Failure with communication on their part countless times. Several broken promises. The work performed to repair the damage was acceptable, but their roof maintenance guy left dirt and debris from the gutter cleaning all over my porch and driveway. I had to call them to ask them to clean up the mess he left. I will NEVER use this company again. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone. Not if you value your sanity.

Service was great, Company and personnel worked around my schedule to ensure I was not inconvenienced in any manner. Maintenance crew took the time to protect landscape and windows from damage, and performed an outstanding clean up, during and after project completion. I would highly recommend Land Enterprises for all roofing needs.

Scope of the work included removing z ridge caps on front porch gable, removing and replacing shingles(GAF Timberline HD), cutting the siding to raise bottom off shingles, repair decking (7/16 OSB), modify pitch of valley, install ice and water shield, install step flashing. They got the work done very quickly and though it hasn't rained yet I am sure Brian and the crew did a great job. These people are stand-up folks who I would recommend and happily hire again.

It went extremely well each time. The cost of the replacement due to manufacturer's problem with the materials which was covered by insurance is listed below. Each roof they replaced was a fair price and of excellent quality. I would absolutely use them again.

They completely removed and replaced the chimney exterior, including siding, flashing, and the shingles surrounding the chimney. Once repaired, they color matched and painted the new chimney to match our home. I am super happy to report we have had no sign of water inside our home following the repair. We also had them replace our attic vents with turbines while here and our upstairs is so much cooler as a result! I would highly recommend them if you are in need of similar services or a new roof! Their crews were easy to work with and very respectful of our property!
