Very well and punctual!! The business owner inspected the area the morning following my call and had a worker out that very same morning to repair the problem.

Very professional and punctual. Did what they said when they said they would do it. Brian Land onsite for most of the job. Very satisfied.

The guys did a very fine job. They arrived as agreed, did the work that was agreed, checked in to make sure I had looked things over, and left no mess.

Upon the buyer's inspection, they provided us with a list of requested repairs in addition to the repairs Brian Land had told us we needed to make. We contacted Land Enterprises and got a new estimate very promptly. We asked that he do the work, which he did after a short lull during some rainy weather. We got a call from one of his supervisors telling us the date that the work would be done, and after it had been done, we inspected the yard and found no debris at all. All contacts with Mr. Land and his staff were very pleasant. They were very prompt in responding to our requests. We feel that in addition to doing excellent work, he is most trustworthy. We will definitely use his company for our future roofing needs, and we will tell our friends and family about the company. Land Enterprises is highly recommended.

Brian (the owner) came out to supervise the job personally, and actually jumped up on the roof himself to assist at times in order to allow the crew to finish within the time they had allotted. It was a big job so they actually spent the night in a local hotel in order to finish on-time the next morning. No extra charge to me for that. They also "hand nailed" (no nail gun) the shingles onto the roof, which was important to me as I think (as do they) it provides a better result. The crew cleaned up the work area very well before they left, and everything looked great! I had a couple of questions after the installation and I simply called and emailed their office in OKC and received prompt responses both times. About two years after the installation I noticed a few shingles had come loose and/or blown off due to strong winds (even though the shingles were rated for 130 MPH winds). I was a bit surprised this happened, but apparently since the roof had been done in late fall the "glue" that binds one shingle to another had not sealed properly on some of the shingles and thus the wind was able to get up under a few of them. Not the roofer's fault in my opinion, but more the winter cold that followed the fall installation. At any rate, once I called and told them about it they immediately scheduled a small crew to come out and repair/replace all the shingles that needed it and said it would all be covered by warranty, which it was. In fact, the crew spent some extra time going over areas they thought might have issues in future wind storms and battened down those areas as well. We have seen a storm season come and go since then and the repairs are holding nicely with no new shingle issues. THIS is the kind of warranty service that is to be commended! In fact, they had to drive about two hours just to get to my house since it's on the edge of their service area, but there was still no charge and the guys they sent were very personable and said if I noticed anything else to let them know and they'd come back and fix it at no charge. THIS is why I would highly recommend Land Enterprises Roofing to anyone in need of a new roof. They stand behind their work, and do quality work. The roofing crew was superb, efficient and worked well together. Entire roof was stripped clean, new underlayment, new shingles, drip edge and venting installed, all in one day. Clean-up was thorough. The crew went around the house several times picking up odds and ends and even used a magnetic wheel to gather all the nails. They ran the wheel several times around the house and to this day i've only found two nails. Sheetrock crew came in next and repaired all the damaged sheetrock in the garage and nearly perfectly matched the texturing. Entire ceiling and impacted walls were painted. They also painted the gable end of the garage and trim (most of the house is brick). Guttering crew was next and I never saw them because the work was accomplished while I was at work. But the workmanship was good and the guttering looks terrific. Finally, the Garage door was replaced and all the work was accomplished in a timely manner and clean-up was thorough

Land Enterprises was fabulous! We were referred by friends who run a hail company and said they were great. They were absolutely correct. First, Paula runs the office and is the most helpful and kind assistant. She explained every bit of the insurance jargon and then took over all the communication between us and the insurance to save time and effort on our part. I can't say enough good things about my interactions with her. Second, Brian did a full inspection and found several items that insurance missed. They submitted the extra items and got them all covered including a full brand new shed in the back. We were on a time crunch in a stormy May but they still completed the roof on time. We got a call that they had started and finished while we were out. There wasn't a sign on the ground of roofing because they cleaned up so well. Every part of the process was smooth and stress free. I highly recommend Land Enterprises for any roofing needs and if we need a roofer again they are the only ones I'm calling.

Excellent service! Timely response to every request. Professional manner over phone and when checking in prior to arrival. Area was cleaned well... one could not tell that we had any work done. Great team, great company, great product, and great ownership!

They installed new roof. It was completed today and they did an excellent job. Would definitely use them again.

The March 25, 2015 hailstorm totaled my roof and the siding on two exterior walls. This was my first experience with a home insurance claim and with roofing/siding contractors. I was scared. But I just felt like I could trust Brian, so I took a chance and just admitted to Brian that I had no idea how to approach this situation; what to do or who to call. Brian, his sub-contractors and all the staff at Land Roofing are simply amazing! They walked me through the entire process; kept me informed and up to date on the progress (and weather reports); were present at the meeting with the claims adjuster, apparently negotiated and resolved additional issues with the claims adjuster, arrived exactly when they said they would, and, in the end, I had a beautiful new roof and siding with no money out-of-pocket! Not even the deductible (I also had full replacement). Brian advised an upgrade to "high impact" shingles which gave me an annual $500.00 dollar discount with my insurance company each year for the life of my roof. Yeah! Every year I'm saving $500.00 with no declining depreciation! They also completed the paperwork on the "high impact" shingles to submit to the insurance company so I could get the discount. They know their business! And they do an excellent job! The roof was done in one day; as was the siding (another day). After the roof was completed, I paid the first insurance check from the adjuster; and when the siding was done, they prepared and filed the insurance papers and when the insurance sent me the check, I just cashed it and forwarded the amount in a check to Land Roofing. And somewhere in there someone also repaired my fence gate that was hanging by one screw of the fence bracket. Someone actually cut two new brace boards, etc. (I was waiting to replace the gate until after the workmen had completed all the roof and siding work, but I discovered a few days later that the gate was fixed!??) Saved me $350 for a fence company! I asked Land Roofing and tried to find out who fixed the gate, but to this day, I still don't know who fixed it.

Working with this company was a fantastic experience. We have had to repair the roof on our home on several occasions due to the Oklahoma weather. This most recent experience far exceeded the prior experiences. This company went above and beyond to ensure that we were happy with the finished result. Additionally, they did everything they could to fix other problems with the house and still came in under what our insurance company was willing to pay. I would definitely recommend this company and will use them again in the future.

They made an appointment promptly, showed up and were gone within an hour. Turbines installed. No mess.

It was less than 24 hours to get the owner out to do the estimate survey and a few days (which was the weekend) to get the full written estimate. As is the nature of roofing work and the very wet spring this year, it did take another week and a half to get the work done, but that was one of the first predicted dry days on the schedule. We had times confirmed to an hour window (for start time). They showed up right during that window, and completed the work quickly and efficiently. The crew was very polite and made efforts not to impact our day. The repair work looks great, they even went to the trouble of trying to get a close of a match as possible to the other roof vents so they didn't stand out as different. Overall very happy with the work that we needed to get done in order to pass inspection for the sale of our home.

Land Enterprises did a fantastic job from start to finish with tremendous attention to detail. The project started when I picked Land Enterprises from Angie's List to repair a small roof leak in the back patio area. Brian Land, the owner, came to the house and found the leak I was concerned about. He inspected the roof and informed me that there was considerable evidence of hail damage to the cedar shingles, copper valleys, and rain gutters. He recommended that I request my insurance carrier to send one of their adjustors out to inspect the roof. Brian Land returned when the State Farm adjustor arrived. Together they looked at the roof and the State Farm adjustor agreed with Brian's findings. The adjustor estimated the damages and submitted his finding to State farm Insurance. The claim was approved. Next my wife and I looked at alternatives to cedar shake shingles, which we dearly love. Brian Land showed us several different composition shingle alternatives. That was very helpful. In the end, we decided to go with Grand Manor shingles which is one of the few composition shingles allowed by our home owners association. It is a very heavy duty, yet elegant, mildew resistant shingle. It has a lifetime warranty. It has a good fire resistant rating and a Class 2 hail rating. The Grand Manor shingles on houses in our sub division still look brand new after 10-15 years of service. The Land Enterprise Roofing field coordinator/foreman stayed on -site most of the time throughout the job to ensure that the installation went as planned. The entire crew was very cordial throughout the job. Great care was taken when removing the old roofing to ensure that our driveway, motor court, and lawn were not strewn with nails. Debris was dumped into two large collection bins and hauled off regularly, so site housekeeping was good. The quality of the installation was outstanding. The shingle rows are straight as an arrow and smooth. The finished product looks excellent. My wife and I are completely satisfied with the work. A critical factor in our selection of Land Enterprise was integrity and trust. During the repair of the initial small roof leak and subsequent State Farm Insurance inspection, we got to spend a little time with Brian Land. We learned about his company and family history. By the time the large project was approved, we felt pretty good about what we were observing and hearing from Land Enterprise. We learned that they have been in business in OKC for many years and have received very high ratings from Angie's List the past several years. We knew that they would be around when the job was done. State Farm Insurance was familiar with them and said they were a preferred provider. So we asked Land Enterprises to submit a bid for the repairs. I am an engineer, but not a roofing expert. I have worked with many contractors. It was obvious that Land Enterprises paid a lot of attention to detail. Their bid was fair and on target right from the beginning. Without their help, the project would not have gotten as well defined upfront. We accepted their bid without pursuing other alternatives. They lived up to our expectations. Land Enterprises looked after our interest and ran the project in a professional manner. They respected our property while on site. Brian, his site foreman, and office manager all did a great job ensuring that the project was executed to our satisfaction. We will gladly use them again if we have another roofing project.

They were always professional. Kept the worksite continually clean.

They responded quickly with estimates to do the work. Roof repairs were done quickly and appropriately. The gutter work was contracted out, and the crew that came did not know what to do and couldn't speak english that Sat. morning. Monday morning they called me back to apologize for the confusion and took care of the job right away. The work was done well and we would certainly use them again.

Everything went fine. They showed up when they were supposed to, and cleaned up after the job was completed.

Couldn't have asked for a more professional service from the entire team. Paula in the office handled all insurance, mortgage company paperwork, and coordinated the roofing team. In and out in one day. Excellent clean-up by the crew. Third roof in five years, by far the best experience.

Our home roof was damaged significantly by hail damage due to the June 2013 tornados. We had several issues to overcome including prior shingles that were determined to be defective and had to be replaced under the warranty. Land roofing was helpful from the start - making recommendations, helping us work through the process of getting a warranty credit for new tile, suggesting improved venting and working with insurance. This was a complicated process that took quite some time to resolve. They were patient and professional, helping work through the issues until we could finally move forward with the roofing process. Honestly, we have been burned by our two prior roofing installations and I wasn't sure we could EVER find a roofing company we could trust. I am happy to say that Land Roofing has restored our confidence. Brian is a true professional and Paula is a delight to work with.

They came and installed the new vents early on 4/18 just as they said they would. Knocked it out quick, cleaned up, and asked me to call them when I needed something else. I will do that.
