Description of Work: I had a leak around a vent in the roof during an ice storm. I did an Angie's List search of A rated roofers and selected Land and made an appointment. In the meantime my insurance sent an emergency crew to assess the damage. They determined it was minor and should cost less than my deductible. They confirmed Land was a good company so I kept the appointment with them. Had him examine the whole roof as I'm selling before long. He found a small area with a few damaged shingles and we agreed on his bid to repair the leak, including placing waterproof lining that other states require but OK doesn't, and replacing damaged shingles. They were backlogged due to severe damage to many homes from the ice storm, but he got a guy out about 10 days later to complete the job, and followed up with a phone call to insure I was satisfied. They also gave me the name of a guy who repairs grout work that was needed on my chimney. | I feel the company did good work, responded in a timely manner considering the high demand, and were pleasant and professional. I will use them again if needed.

Description of Work: Reroofed entire house. They delayed one day due to rain, but it only took them 2 days total. Still waiting on gutter guy to come & they still need to replace a skylight. They did a great job of working with the insurance company.

Description of Work: I called Land Roofing because of the great reviews I read on Angie's List. Am I ever glad I did!! They came out in a short period of time after talking to me to look at my daughter's roof & made the minor repairs right then.....shingle was missing & several others needed sealed back down....NOW THAT'S SERVICE!!! Description of Work: we have several houses. Land reroofed one house and did a great job. Sometimes their bids at first seem a little higher, but when you investigate you find out they include everything in the bid, as opposed to some of their competitors who leave out a few things and add them on later. They have done repairs on another roof that we have and responded quickly in an emergency.
