Overall, it went well. First, we had trouble locating where the line came to the house so the technician had to call in the leak detector guy. That required an extra day which is understandable. The leak happened to be caused by an aging holly bush which had penetrated the copper tubing coming from the house. Hi Tech removed the Holly and located the leaking line. They cut the line back beyond the damaged copper, added a new fitting and connected the line to the water well. They checked for leaks, covered the hole and smoothed the area around where the hole had been. All in all, not a bad experience. They are a little pricey but, very professional and good clean-up around the affected area. Since I was working at the time, they dealt mostly with my wife. They explained what they were doing and even helped her take pictures to document the repair process. Again, we are pleased with the service and will call them again if we need their services.

They showed up when they said they would, put a camera into the roof vent, located the exact location of the broken area of my sewer line. Scheduled the repair the same week, they were in and out in about a day and a half! They kept the work area clean, left me with next to no mess when it was all done! No stress, no hassle! It's been a year now, and everything is still working just fine! Well done!

They were very professional and friendly and did a wonderful job.

I had a leak I knew where it was in my bathroom wall and I called to ask how much it would cost to get it looked at and repaired. They said that first they would need to come out and do a leak detection since it was in the wall. I asked if the repairs would be made on this leak detection and was told no that they would set up a separate time to come out and make the repairs. I was quoted the leak detection was 150/hr with a 2 hour minimum with no repair even though I knew where the leak was in the wall. I had a leak in the wall and I needed it fixed so I called another I guess their business model isn't what I thought it was, and I cannot fault them for that. For something like slab leak or an in wall leak that was bricked in. I think their modus operandi would be better geared towards slab leaks exclusively.

Hi-Tech was great. I contacted them and they immediately scheduled someone to come out that day (was not an emergency in my mind). The person showed up exactly on time, explained/showed everything that he'd be doing and got to work. After the job was complete, he explained how to avoid the problem in the future and gave a couple of tips. Certainly friendly, punctual, and comprehensive. Will use them again (but hopefully won't need to!).

They were across the street from my house doing work and had a truck and two maybe three vans outside. One of which was parked in front of my house, one parked in front of their house one in their driveway and possibly another down the street. I asked them nicely to move the van that was parked in front of my house as I had an appointment with a mobile grooming service that needed to park there so my husband and I would not be blocked in. The man I asked to move the van simply stated we will be done soon and we have already moved it several times (maybe you should have so many trucks/vans at one house). I said that will not work, my husband is going to need to leave soon and the groomers can't move their van once they have started. I asked if he was the owner and advised he was , I said good because I will be leaving feedback for you on Angie's List. He simply replied with good. I hope they treat their customers better then they do their customers neighbors.

The repairman was extremely professional and polite. He identified the leak and conferred with another plumber to confirm the problem. They were very open and honest, and let me know that the parts may not be available any longer, and the tub likely needed to be replaced. Though the repair was not able to be done, they completed everything I had expected. They identified the leak, and gave me potential solutions. The repairman even went above and beyond by helping put together a temporary fix that he absolutely did not have to do. My only complaint is that they charge a $15 drive fee, on top of the service call charge, even though their office is in Edmond and my house is in Edmond. This is along the same lines as an airline charging for a carry-on. Just a way to try to justify a fee that you have to pay if you want the service. But they were very upfront about the service call charge and the drive fee, and gave me the choice to move forward with the service or not. So I will not dock any rating because they were very honest about it. They honored the Angie's List coupon as well. So overall very happy with the entire transaction.

Thought I may have had a slab leak. Plumber performed a thorough inspection of the house plumbing. Plumber also used expensive FLIR (infra-red) camera to look for potential issues in the wall. Plumber spent about 3 hours looking for possible source of issue. He did a thorough job.

I contacted the company after finding them on Angie’s List. I thought that the leak was under the floor and I had wanted them to complete the detection without having to break up any concrete. Scheduling with them was fine. They completed the work in about an hour. I thought their price was a little high for the work that was done. Overall, my experience with them was fine.

This was the first time I had used the company and they showed up on time to the appointment. They were here for less than twenty minutes and charged me over $1,000. They were supposed to scope underneath the house with a camera. The technician ran it so fast that there was no way he could look to see what was going on. When he pulled it out, he wrote a bill, and then he left. It was a terrible experience. This problem went unresolved for three more months until I had another company solve the problem.

There were not any issues in getting into touch with them. My wife called them and they provided a general estimate over the phone. We appreciated the service they provided.

There were some baseboards separating from the wall due to the leak. We couldn’t figure out what the problem was until they came out and repaired it for us. They were able to access the problem behind the cabinet in the kitchen so that the drywall they had to remove was not noticeable. Their price was very good. My experience with them overall went very well.

There were no troubles with scheduling and they were able to come out quickly. They were friendly. They tried to resolve the problem. However, they weren’t able to solve the issue. They were still good and I would use them again.

The process went as well as it could. They estimated the repair to take three - four days and they did it in three. The first day they came in a removed the carpet, jack hammered two holes on either side of the room, dug down nearly 4' to locate the pipe. It was down 2' further than we expected. That was a full day's work. Besides the jack hammer, we hardly knew they were there. The second day they dug outside the house get get access and replaced 10' of pipe with new pvc and installed a new two-way cleanout outside. The third day they backed filled and compacted and filled the holes with Concrete. The final bill was $650 less than the estimate b/c they estimated the worst case scenario of replacing 15;' of pipe.

Trent was the young man who came out to fix the pipe leak. He was actually a little bit early, which we didn't mind at all. When he rung the doorbell he presented me with a business card with his name on it, which I also appreciated. I showed him where the leak was and he got right to work on it. He was very informative about what was going on. My fear was that the cost would be astronomical, but it wasn't nearly as bad as what I had imagined it would be. Our only charge was for the leak detection and the part, and he even honored our Angie's List coupon. I would definitely use Hi-Tech Plumbing again for any future needs.

Left work 2 hours early to meet the plumber at home. They were 45 minutes late, called to check status and they advised unable to make it out today. Unacceptable.

I would use them again if I need them. They were here on time. The price was good. It was competitive. The whole service was good. They were very professional.

The worker was very knowledgable & finished job in a timely manner. Even replaced my water meter key after incidental breakage.

They guys worked hard and late, finally were able to make it work.

After moving into a new home and finding a clog in the kitchen sink drain, I called Hi-tech and at first, they were too booked to come to my home as soon as I preferred (I made a last-minute request for service, which was not their fault at all.) I made the mistake of calling a different plumber, who came to my home, charged me $250 to snake the line, and when he couldn't make it happen, told me I needed to pay an additional $750 to have completely new pipes installed in my kitchen. Luckily, I had reservations and called Hi-Tech to come scope it out before spending that kind of money. They recommended I have the plumber do a video scope, which is what I originally scheduled. The gentleman who came to my home was very polite and professional. He tried snaking the line before doing the video scope (to save me money) and ended up fixing the issue for just over $100. I can't believe the alternative would have been to pay the other plumber upwards of $1,000 to do work that wasn't necessary. He gave me great advice --- always ask to see the plumber's license. As far as I'm concerned there is only one plumber in OKC and that is Hi-Tech.

Technician worked efficiently and was friendly and professional. Had to go for necessary part but did not charge for time required for that. Everything worked perfectly when he finished.

They were always on time, or if they were going to be late they would call and let me know. We used them for three jobs and I was very impressed at how thoughtful, courteous and considerate they all were. They explained what was going to be done, how much it would cost, and worked very hard at solving our plumbing problem. They were all exceptionally nice, they got the job done, and were such a pleasure to do business with. Every business should be so great to work with. I will definitely be using them from now on for all my plumbing needs. Highly recommend!!!

Will never call Hi-Tech for any plumbing problem!!

Everything went as I was told, job completed in estimated time and for the estimated cost.

I was happy with the service provided. The plumber arrived on time and was courteous and efficient. The only problem I had was with the price. I paid 650$ for the replacement of a hot water tank that was under warranty. That seems high just for labor and removal of the old tank.
