They came in way under the estimates I got from everyone else. Based on this visit, I've got a major plumbing project coming up that I'm going have them do.

They were great. It was an emergency and they came out the same day when everyone said no. They didn't charge any extra for overtime or weekend. Everyone else I called said if they came that day they would have to charge extra. Everything they said they'd do, they did. Quality workmanship and timely at cost at or below what they said it would cost.

They were professional and punctual. They were very clean in prep and the work itself. We couldn't be happier. All the workers that came were awesome.

I was concerned about the steep initial cost, but my leak was detected and fixed without having to remove tile or tear up a wall...priceless. Not only that, but Trenton also walked me through how to perform simple diagnostics on my own, and informed me my faulty fixtures had a lifetime guarantee...also priceless. The savings on replacing my fixtures more than paid for the consultation. Highly recommend and will call them again for any future plumbing issues.

GREAT! They suggested we go with a tankless hot water system due to a new hot water tank not fitting into the existing location.

Trenton quickly found the leak behind a wall. He checked other water lines and they were good. They were very timely, came the same day I called.

I called Hi Tech plumbing because my kitchen drain backed up and would not drain. I am a DIY kinda guy, so I worked on the drain for about six hours trying to do everything I could think of to unclog it! But, I did not have any luck. So, I decided I would call in the professionals. I looked in Angie’s list and found Hi Tech Plumbing. Hi Tech had great reviews, so I decided to give them a try. I called on a Tuesday morning. They didn’t have any openings on that day but could get me scheduled for the following day, Wednesday after noon. The tech, Jeff, contacted me a little afternoon to let me know he was on the way. When he arrived, I explained the situation and he was 90% sure it was a deep clog in the pipes. Jeff went to work and before we knew it the drain was clog free! I just wanted to leave this review to thank Jeff for being very professional and personable! I will definable recommend Hi-Tech to anyone who asks about hiring a plumber!

They did quick, clean work! Normally plumbers want to go inside and clean out the drains from inside the house with messy machines that fling debris all over the place. But Hi-Tech doesn't do that! They were able to get my drains cleared from outside and for about 1/3 the price of previous plumbers.

Had a pinhole leak in sink... Without their knowledge and equipment, another plumber would have started cutting drywall to find it. They had a special camera that found moisture. They found the culprit and were able to fix the problem, quickly and very professionally. Trenton was the epitome of a professional. I would recommend these folks to my closest friends and family.

When we called they told us that they would try to get someone out today, not even 10 minutes later we got a call that Jeff was on his way. He was here in less than 15 minutes from when my husband called. Jeff was very nice and professional. Went out of his way to do everything just perfect. I will call them again anytime I need a plumber.

Excellent! Hi-Tech's plumber Brian arrived on time, evaluated the problem, proposed solutions and gave me an estimate.for the work. I agreed to let him do the work. Three hours later the repair was complete and the problem resolved. I would not hesitate to use Hi-Tech Plumbing and Leak Detect to address any plumbing problems I may have in the future. They were professional, skilled, timely in resolving the problems and left no trace of their work (cleaned up their mess). The pricing was fair and the best of three estimates I gathered.

I called and made an appointment earlier in the week - the technician arrived during the timeframe agreed upon. He was very customer oriented, went right to work, found the leak pretty quickly, once identified we discussed my options and I requested the leak "in the toilet" be fixed. he went to the parts store purchased the required items and came back and proceeded to install them. We spoke about my garbage disposal after that and he did some trouble shooting on it and we discussed my options on having that changed out since he could not fix it, it is an older model. I am pleased with everything that took place in regards to my service call.

Needed a water heater replaced. Very prompt and proffessional.

Project began on a Monday. Hi-Tech located and dug down to the old sewer line which took all of Monday and some of Tuesday. New sewer line was installed on Wednesday. John and Josh went above and beyond. Stayed until 9:30 pm working in dark to install new sewer lines so we had use of all our fixtures that night! John even went back to shop for part for backwater valve and came back at 10:30 to put it in. City inspection was Thursday and they back filled and cleaned up Friday. Very happy with the work and price. We had one other estimate from another Angie's List listed company and it was nearly 3x what Hi-Tech did the work for!

The day after receiving the results of their leak detection, clearing the property of leaks, we discovered leaks they missed but easily should have seen even without their "hi-tech." The water damage is seen on surrounding materials, proving an ongoing leak (rather than one caused by their pressure testing) and when water is turned on, the water coming through places it shouldn't is clearly visible. I wanted to understand what could have gone wrong. I inquired about what could have happened in order for them to miss these, and I was ignored for over a week. I find that very unprofessional and if they had simply responded, we might have come to an arrangement. Instead, I see this as a theft. They took my money without providing the service they claimed they could perform--finding leaks--and ran. Otherwise, they would have faced their mistakes and been responsible for them. Based on how they handled my situation, they appear to know their service is bogus and take their clients' money anyway. I'd definitely classify that as a failing grade. Hope this helps! P.S. As an amusing side-note, the "results" of the high technology they charge so much for, is a handwritten note on carbon paper.

Employees of Hi Tech Plumbing were very professional and polite answered all questions. Provided good communication through progress of job. Cleaned up work area to the satisfaction of my wife.

The first repair was unsuccessful. The second repair was needed to fix what wasn't fixed the first time. I expressed that there should be a refund for the first visit. I was told to call the office. I spoke to the Business Manager and she agreed that a refund of the majority of the first visit was called for, and that she would take care of it. After a week with no word, I called back. I was told she wasn't available. That the owner wasn't available. I kept calling to try to get answers, and was ignored. I kept calling, and getting no satisfaction. I finally was connected to the technician who had done the work and was told there was he had done nothing wrong. He explained it as a "process of elimination" to determine what was wrong. Also, I would be responsible for the parts that were installed but had no effect and were removed, because they couldn't return them for credit. I finally got to talk to the Business Manager and she said I'd have to talk to the owner. The next day he did call, much later than I had requested, and was told to contact him by email, and he'd get back to me "at his convenience". Emails have been exchanged and I have been told that mainly because of my difficult attitude, there would be no refund. I still feel that the work on the second visit should have been warranty, but I accepted the refund for the first visit that was promised. The concept of me being responsible for wrong parts being purchased is ridiculous. And my attitude has become more negative because of the way I was treated.

John called on his way to the house and arrived shortly thereafter. He diagnosed our problem quickly and took care of the clog. He was friendly, courteous, and professional. We have used Hi-Tech in the past, and will use them again in the future.

Sowed up fast for locating leak unfortunately, took @two weeks for the actual repair to begin, which is understandable, as they only have one machine for this pipe liner process and allot of people were already scheduled before my need arose. They could have just done the normal breaking concrete on the slab flooring the next few days after locating leak but I did not want all the mess & concrete instability of a slab repair and went with the hi-tech style of repair. It was a higher cost but to me it was worth it, as I see due to their high demand for this process, many, many, others do also. Another tech showed up after the line was repaired to install the Water Boss automatic whole home shut off valve and related sensors. Particular model was pricier but think it is better than most others on the market, this being from prior experience and ownership.

Had a water leak under my foundation that caused my water bill to spike from $40 dollars a month to over $200 dollars a month.Called Hi-Tech Plumbing & Leak Detect. Two men arrived 30 minutes early and went straight to work. They found the leak in under a hour (you could actually hear it). The first hole they drilled was with in an inch of the damaged PVC pipe, a gopher had chewed a hole in it. They removed about a foot square of concrete and replaced the section of PVC. Repaired the foundation and cleaned the area. They were very friendly and let me watch the whole process. I would definitely use them again.

Hi Tech came out to help us assess why our water meter was spinning. Fun times. It turned out that we had a break in the water line that just happened to be about halfway under the pad of our HVAC. They were awesome. They were diligent in the assessment and extremely efficient in the repair.

To start with our Contractor told them to install the plumbing lines in the bathrooms. I had purchased a Jacuzzi tub but Hi Tech had already taken upon themselves to install a very cheap tub. I called my Contractor about it and told him to make them take it out. They did take it out promptly and they had a pretty good attitude about it. My Contractor was upset with them because he never told them to install that cheap tub. Hi Tech also ran the refrigerator water line to the wrong spot which I caught before they left and had them move it. Again they did with a good attitude I showed them exactly where I wanted the main bathroom sink to go. I was told no problem. Then they run it to the wrong spot. I had to return the beautiful vanity sink that I had purchased for one that the carpenter built to fit that spot. I wasn't crazy about it, but it fit the plumbing. After that every time that Hi Tech was scheduled to work at my house I would go over there and make sure that they were doing the work I wanted done. Another time I told them that I wanted a double sink installed in the master bath. Hi Tech told me that a double sink wouldn't fit in that space. I later found out that that was not true. One fits in there beautifully. They are nice people, they have good attitudes when you're not happy with something they have done. Our Biggest complaint was. If you're not standing over them you're probably not going to get what you ask for. All the work they did do was top quality work. No complaints there.
