Through a rigorous process, the location of the leak was discovered by the technician. After I cut open our slab, the broken pipe was within 12 inches of where I was told that it would be. AMAZING! I used my usual plumber to do the repair. Everything worked out. I would use them again.

Paid for a sewer line unclog, ($177) but tree roots prevented them from getting the drain open. They recommended a sewer line replacement and gave a quote of $2500 and 3 days to replace. Due to buried concrete from a koi pond, they needed another day and another $750. Then found wire reinforcing the concrete so another day and another $750. Once trench was dug, rain delayed the installation. New line was installed and city inspector called out, but it failed inspection due to incomplete clean-out installations. Installers came back and finished clean outs. Waiting on another inspection. Then for no apparent reason, and without consulting with me, they came back and moved the clean outs right in the middle of the yard when they were between houses and out of the way. Now I have a cluster of 5 clean outs in 1 spot pretty much killing that space of the yard for use. Another clean out closer to the alley for a total of 6 clean outs? Is that code now? This is a single family house so I thought 6 clean outs was excessive. No explanation as to why they moved them from the "out of the way" place to the middle of the yard. No explanation or response from my inquiry as to why they would call out city inspectors when the job was not complete or up to code. Finally 4 weeks later they got it inspected and filled in the trench dumping the concrete chunks they broke up back in the trench and on top of the new sewer line. Left pieces of old sewer line in yard along with other rocks and concrete chunks. The section of yard near the alley connection was huge compared to what was needed to connect. Now I have huge chunks of dried clay that was my nice grassy yard. I will not be able to get grass back here for a long time. During the excavation, damaged the back of my garage and to compensate, took some off the final bill, but reflected this credit as a "coupon". Finally, I found a huge chunk of concrete that had been dug up by them, thrown over the fence in my neighbors yard.

They replaces something inside the faucet to take care of the leak. It think its a cartridge maybe. They were prompt, friendly. Took care of the job pretty quickly. I can't think of anything they can improve.

They came out twice. First to use a camera and tell me there was no leak and the second time, they used the camera again because they had to power wash the pipes. The price was high but fair. They do very good work. They are honest and they are pricey.

Horrible. I knew more about the hot water heater than the alleged 7 year experience tech that they sent out. The tech did not turn one screw. He allegedly called the manufacturer of the water heater and told me that they were closed. I paid $99 dollars for nothing. After the tech left I called the manufacturer myself "same day" and had replacement parts overnighted. I called another plumbing company to come out and they did. The part I was sent from the manufacturer was the wrong part per the second plumbing company. The second plumbing company that I called charged me nothing for coming out. I called the manufacture back and had the correct part sent to me overnight. The second plumber came out and installed the parts with ease. They only charged me a one day service fee and actually performed some work. I would not recommend Hi-Tech Plumbing & Leak Detect Inc of Edmond Oklahoma.

Excellent - took the time to do the job right.

I called around to get estimates on replacing my 40 gallon water heater. Of the 4 companies I called, Hi-tech was highest, but they could get to it the soonest. I wanted it done soon so I went with them. The response time and quality of work was excellent. The technician took his time. It didn't feel like he was rushing to get on to the next job. Like I said, other plumbers may cost less, but the quality and response time of Hi-Tech would be hard to beat.

The service was quick, thorough, and the clog has completely been resolved. There was no need to use the scope and the plumber wasted no time in getting the pipe cleared. He made sure I understood what was being done and verified that the clog was no longer interrupting flow.

The technician's were great. They answered all our questions during the leak detection and during the time they were repairing our leak. Great quality and although I hope we don't need their services anytime soon - they will be who we call when/if we need help again.

The technician arrived and quickly determined that the showerhead arm pipe had moved and possibly didn't seat right and/or didn't have the proper amount of plumber's tape on it. He removed the old pipe, tested the fitting, and reinstalled pipe (and new shower head) to re-test for leaks. I have not seen the leak return! Great job.

They had to come out and do a job, stop a leak in the kitchen. Unfortunately it was on the weekend so it cost more. Of course it was the weekend.They came out to check to see if there were any leaks at that time and there where none. The technician who came out was very helpful. He talked to us about several things we needed to talk to him about. Our instant hot water system and everything. Explaining what we need to do. So, If I need another plumber, I will call Hi-Tech. They did great.They came out so quickly. When that leak, we discovered that leak and I called, it took them maybe an hour or less to get out here. I mean they sent a tech out here and they started working and he got it repaired and all of that. It just seems like their professional, very knowledgeable, very helpful when it came to explaining things to us and answering any questions. Of course he cleaned up after what he did. It was just a good experience. Except the fact we wish we didn't have that leak and especially on a weekend.

Very good. A pleasant & professional plumber, named Brian, came out & gave the estimate. Then, when I decided upon this company for the job, another very friendly & professional plumber named Josh, performed the service. He did a single re-route of the hot water line, overhead, anchored in the attic, in the master bathroom. He explained & detailed everything he was doing. He was respectful of my property in performing the job, & totally cleaned up afterward. I have no more leaking that I can detect, & my water and gas bill reflect that! He suggested that I might call the water company about the leak repair.The water company told me to mail or fax them the bill & they will credit my billing over a few months, for the extra water consumed due to the leak. I feel the price was very competitive in comparison to an estimate by another company several months earlier. I chose this company due to the many great reviews, BBB rating & some recent service awards. I highly recommend Hi-Tech Plumbing & they do everything plumbing!

They were able to find the approx. location of the leak which led the pool repairman to find two more leaks. They were prompt, courteous, inspected the entire pool area and explained everything to us.

They came out twice, one was December 30th & January 2nd for the same problem. It cost $1,000. They were a bit pricey. We were pleased with them. They’re very professional. Actually, I got their name on Angie’s List, that’s why I called them.

A lot of time was wasted trying to find the leak so the bill was twice the price it could have been. But very professional company. I don't know anything about natural gas lines but don't think it should have cost so much.

They did a good job. They found close to it. I found it and it’s like 3 different spot but it was in the area that they said it would be. If I need someone to help me find a leak, I would use them again. The guy that came out spent a lot of time to make sure he answered any question I had and he wasn’t in a rush. He just kind of made sure that I was happy with the service.

They were great. We had like four other plumbers looked for and no one ever found, they found it within an hour of getting there and installed a cleanout for us and then we had like a main line sewer had separated from the city line so once they installed that cleanout and they could determine the problem there, then they dug the holes, the city line and repaired that. The city had to cut out and they did some other repairs too. It's so expensive because it was not something we were planning but I think it was reasonable for what they did. The finishing part of it, they had to fill in the hole after the city came in and there was a delay with that. Everything else, they were very, very punctual, it was just one thing because they were kind of coordinating with me too. They could have done it before it rains, but I think technically their job with us was done, so it's kind of like not as urgent for them. They're very clear about what they do and they have somebody that calls you, they're very professional. They're on time, clear, they come when they say they're going to come. They are clear about what their pricing structure is or the prices are going to be and why and what needs to be done and they used the most advanced equipment available. We'd had four plumbers come out to try and find where our main line left our house, and it was the first one. We've been charged the hourly for them to search for our yard. They used a camera and a locator and found it and dug up the hole within an hour.

They did everything they promised. They did great and were courteous.

Mostly good. Some of them were awesome and some of them were so-so. The initial assessor was very clear and explained to me the problem. He was very coherent, super confident and polite. He was easy to work with.
