Description of Work: They charged us $450.00. This was supposed to be $150.00 service call & 2 hr work. When the plumber arrived, he wanted another $375.00 before doing anything..my husband invited him to leave. They did show up, but did zero work.

Description of Work: We had a broken hot water pipe in the slab. Matt located the break(s) and recommended we run a totally new hot water system in the attic (this is the second pipe break we have had). Since we were leaving the next day, we turned off the water and scheduled the actual repair job for 11 days later at 6:30 am (to do the attic work before it got really hot up there). The technicians arrived 2 hours late, worked until 3:30 or so and completed the job. Quality of work is very good. They did an excellent job of keeping us informed of progress as the day progressed. They discovered that the hot and cold lines to the washer were reversed, so they corrected that problem, too. Clean up was okay but not great. Overall I would definitely recommend them in spite of the mixup on the time of the appointment.

They repaired the condensation drain and replaced shut off valves under my bathroom sinks. They did an excellent job. I had another plumber out who could not find the problem.
