Description of Work: they ran a camera into my sewer line-which has a problem under the slab inside the house- i then requested a video of the procedure so i could shop plumbers but they don't offer that-no too high tech |also their estimate to repair the problem would have cost more than breaking out the concrete and replacing the line-then pouring new concrete and new flooring

Description of Work: Found the leak with a camera, it was the neighbor to my condo. Fixed the sink, toilet and shower in my other bathroom. Very nice guys.

Description of Work: It's been so long that I don't remember exactly when they were here or how much it cost. They did excellent work but were a little pricey. I can't complain to much because they did find, and fix, the leak. All in all, not a bad experience and I would call them again if I have a water leak that is hard to find.

Description of Work: Replaced two water heaters. They were prompt and professional. The service met my expectations. One water heater needed to have the temperature adjusted to a hotter temperature.

Description of Work: Initially had some issues with scheduling, but once that was resolved the service was great. Tech came out and identified himself and gave me a card. Explained everything he was doing in order it identify where the leak was. Found the leak and verified it using heat signatures as well as a listening device. Gave me several options to repair the issue as well as a quotes. I will be using them for the repair.

Description of Work: charged a very expensive visit to "find the leak" when I told them exactly where the leak was - it was a hot water line break under tile. | |I had to convince them to simply run a smaller pipe through the existing pipe, then they wanted to charge me like they jack hammered the floor - said it was a fixed quote.

Description of Work: My rent house developed a hot water leak under the slab which caused the in-ground HVAC duct work to fill with water. Listening by ear and noting the higher temperature of the floor, we had a relative idea where the leak was before ever calling the company. I choose Hi-Tech to pinpoint the leak since that was their advertised specialty. They basically confirmed the leak was under the slab in the hall. There was nothing really "Hi Tech" about their methods - they injected nitrogen into the plumbing system on the far side of the house and used sound detection equipment to listen for the leak. They were off a bit, but accurate to within 2-3 feet. I choose to use Hi-Tech to repair the leak as well. The plumbing line was run under the PVC HVAC ducts, and therefore was buried fairly deep and hard to get to; but they managed to make the repair. There were some stressful moments between the crew and myself, but we worked through it. My biggest complaint is that they only sent one plumber out to do the repair, and then part way through the job, they pulled him off to another location. A bit unprofessional, in my opinion. Bottom line though, is that the leak was fixed and the slab was repaired.
