How good can 2 slab leaks go in a new home purchase.....with these guys working for me it went as good as possible. very 'clean' and tried to keep the mess to a minimum......hard to do, but these guys figured out (experience) how to do it all.

Worth the Saturday rate not to have to worry all weekend.

Jeff arrived and immediately went to work. I showed him the problems and he fixed the spigot and one toilet in five minutes. He had to get parts for the other toilet and he returned and installed the parts in less than ten minutes. The whole process took less than one hour.

Wet carpet in hall caused by possible leak in shower. I couldn't determine the source of the leak. Matt quickly found and corrected the problem. He then checked for leaks in other areas of the house and tested the shower pan for leaks. Very professional and courteous. They will be the first on my list of plumbers.

I called Hi-Tech on a Thursday reporting a water leak problem. Dispatcher asked several questions and ascertained that my problem was most likely a blocked drain (although my symptom was water leaking in garage). I didn't hear back from scheduler until Friday and plumber came out on Monday. I felt that could have been a little quicker; however, I did report it was not an emergency and so that may be the reason. The actual plumber showed up exactly on time, got straight to work and had the problem fixed within an hour. He concurred with the dispatcher that it was a blocked pipe, cleared the blockage, ensured it was completely clear and then checked the entire system. He explained the entire process to me so that I understood. He was very helpful, very knowledgable and professional and extremely polite and quick with his work. They only charged me $95, which was a very good price, I felt, for all the work they did. Heck, just to clean out the dryer vent usually costs $150, so I was very pleased with their rates. I would recommend them highly and will use them again in the future if I have any other plumbing needs.

They located a leak under our slab. They gave us the choice to either go overhead or tear into the slab and repair the pipe. We chose ran a water line overhead to the kitchen, They did a good job. Very professional
