The first plumber was sent out to find the leak "Matt" and he did a great job and explained what he was doing. Matt also explained several repait options and provide a quote. The second plumber came out and made the repair and did a great job. Would recommend them for your under the slab leak detection and repairs.

They came out and used a video camera to inspect the line and determine the problem. Upon initial inspection they thought they could simply snake the outside line and get our plumbing cleared inside the house. This was done and everything seemed to be working just fine. Two days later we were having issues inside the house again. Our indoor plumbing was simply not working. I called the company to ask them to come back out and no one answered. I left a message and my call was not immediately returned. Two days and three messages later I was ready to call another plumber. Finally the next day Jet plumbing called me back so I canceled the other plumber believing that it would be best to go with Jet since they had done the original work. They came out and gave us an estimate of about $3200, when they actually came out to do the job they discovered that the line was buried much deeper than they thought. This required using the excavator for additional hours which drove the price up to $4000. Because of the location of our connection to the city's main line they also had to dig into the yard of the neighbor behind our house. Two days after they completed the work on our house our neighbor came by to tell us that they had not filled in the hole in his yard. They did not clean up our yard after they were done and they broke up the concrete transition at our gate getting the excavator in there. They did not tell us about the broken concrete. When we attempted to call them to tell them about our neighbor's yard they never answered the phone, nor did they ever call us back. Our neighbor had to contact them and pretend to want a quote on a job just to get them out to his house. The job was done satisfactorily, however their professionalism and communication were very poor.

When I called early Friday to set up an appointment, the lady who answered the earliest they could get someone out would be Monday. That was fine with me. Little did I know that the plumber to come out Monday would be arriving before 9 a.m.! Talk about fast - I wasn't expecting such a quick appointment. When he showed up, he did the leak detection test in the main bathroom and further looking around. He deduced there wasn't a leak; the water was traveling along the top of the tub, to the side, where it ran down, then downward in a slight decline to the corner where mold was growing. He was very thorough in his research and review of the test so I felt confident in his results and deduction. Even though the unplugging of the toilet wasn't scheduled until Wednesday, he did it anyway that day. He was a very professional and nice man! The second guy that came out wasn't at the house for more than 30 minutes before he had the original cast iron sink taken out and the new sink and faucet put in but not pinned down or tied to the water line yet. He did his work very quickly and efficiently. He was very pleasant to talk to, as I asked questions about what he was doing (I'm curious as to how things operate). He told us that some parts were needed in order to finish completely installing the new sink, so he would leave to buy the parts but would come right back. He came back as he told us and went to work promptly in putting in the new parts. He was very thorough, as he checked everything before leaving, to make sure there weren't leaks and everything was working as it should. He even took the old cast iron sink and old faucet away! We are very happy with the service provided by Hi-Tech Plumbing and will definitely call them again should the need arise.

Unable to do this do to their equipment breaking down continuously during the service call. Their technician blamed the equipment failure and inability to snake the drain on our sewer pipe. They were extremely unprofessional upon being question on they diagnosis. The tech became combative to the point of the police being called. Contacted another company and they snaked the drain in 30 minutes for 1/5 the cost of Hi-Tech and had no problems doing so.

Service tech show up on the 26th of June around 1245 pm. He left around 7 pm that day and the job was not finished. He pulled the two faucets and twisted the copper line in a way that complicated the process of installation. He have to drill holes on the drywall and could not find the wright parts to repair the damage done. Since i was left with no water for the day he told me that i was only going to be charged for half the job and was going to give me a 10 percent discount. He also told me that they will problably have to move the toilet to finish one of the jobs but it will be at no extra charge. Since he admitted making a mistake he also told me that it will only cost me $195.00 for the replacement. He left with the job unfinished and told me that they will contact me first thing in the morning. They did not show up until next day around 1:30 pm. The new tech name was Bobby and he noticed that the faucet in the back was separated two inches from the brickwall and was leaking water. He had to re-do the work done the previous day on both faucets. When he was finished he gave me a different price and told me that the previous tech was wrong on the cost and that the new price was going to be $245.00 for each unit. He also told me that if the toilet was moved it would cost me $150.00. He finished the job and left me with cleaning the mess he made when they drilled the holes on the two walls. so i have to pay for the mistakes made by them and clean after them too.!! Know i have to repair the walls too!! Today (29 June 2013) i checked the faucet on the back yard and it its detached from the wall again!! Know i have to call them back to fix it.

Experienced a pinhole leak in a line coming out of the hot water heater. I stripped the sheetrock and diagnosed the problem. It was a Saturday,I dont own pex tools or know anything about pex plumbing so I called the top supplier on Angies list for my area. They were prompt to come out, I am pleased for the service, but $300 for this service is very expensive. I did find a $12 coupon on Angies website so my final bill was $288. I could have purchased all the tools and made the repair myself and still saved over $100.

Did a good job of repair and replacement of laboratory faucets.

Arrived on time and was very professional and courteous. Replaced master bathroom shut off valve that was leaking. Was in and out in right about an hour.

The serviceman was polite and efficient. He not only repaired what we called about, but he also identified an additional problem. He fixed both with a minimum of fuss. The only flaw was that he did not have the toilet seal in the truck and he had to go out and get one, but that caused little delay.

I suspected a foundation problem and at the suggestion of 3 foundation repairman scheduled a leak inspection. They were very prompt in response and the inspection was scheduled for today. Trenton was very courteous and called in advance to say he may be a little later than scheduled because he was traveling from Edmond to Norman and the traffic was quite heavy. He arrived and went right to work. He tested for all potential leaks. Fixed a couple very small problems. He was very polite and professional. His next call was near 4th an Eastern in Moore . He commented on his concern for the condition of his next visit. I would deffinately recommend this company! There will be many people in our state in the next few months. This is one I would trust!

I had a service six months ago. It cost ninety dollars. The overall experience was very good.

Master bath toilet problem that when flushed refilled slow and not completely along with flushed toilet water coming outfront bathroom bathtub drain. Same problem that reoccurred one day after supposedly fixed by different company. (In all fairness to first plumber when hi-tech flushed the toilet though it still refilled slow and not completely toilet water was no longer coming back out front bathtub drain). But I also had called Hi-Tech to get second opinion regarding clean-out in backyard. Must say absolutely wonderful people from the receptionist (straight to a real person instead of an answering machine) to the plumbers. Jeff came out and evaluated the problem, did a flush out, evaluated the yard clean-out and presented as very knowledgeable as well as pleasant and polite. All my questions were answered and I felt that all my concerns had been addresssed and not simply brushed aside or ignored. The experience was so positive I had no hesitation in scheduling another appointment today for a problem with my dishwasher hose and drain. Again same great service from receptionist to the two men that came out(sorry did not get your names) who were just as exceptional as the first plumber. Would definitely reccomend this company to anyone wanting someone you feel you can trust to do an honest job at a fair price.

We were installing a storm shelter and we needed a company to come out and relocate a sewer pipe. Not only where they quick to get to us, but they went above and beyond to help us. We have used this company last year to re-do our main sewer line. They are very personable and they remembered our house and a car port we used to have. I would recommend this company to anyone.

I could have gotten just as close guessing where the leak was under my concrete slab. They were about 3 feet off, which is a lot when I am busting out 4 - 5 inches of concrete slab inside my house. This meant I busted a hole in the concrete where they said the leak was, then had to bust another hole 3 foot from it to get to the leak.

We discovered we had a leak under our house when it worked its way into the A/C Duct system. High Tech Plumbing and Leak Detect has the necessary equipment to identify the locatioin of the leak based on the temperature of the slab. They were able to identify both the location and the source of the water. They did not bust the slab to repair, they simiply rerouted the water line. They came out quickly, were very polite and cleaned up after themselves. We had an excellent experience.

Around 5pm the night before we were to go out of town we noticed water coming from under the wall in our bathroom. After further investigation we realized a pipe behind the wall was the cause of the leak. We put in an after hours call to Hi Tech and promptly got a call back that a tech would be out to see us. Jason W. came right away. He identified the problem as a broken maniblock and right away started making calls to find us parts after hours. In the matter of just 3-4 hours, Jason had identified the problem, got a new part and fixed the problem before any real damage could have occurred. We were so impressed by his professionalism and his technical ability. We would definitely call Jason and Hi-Tech again.

For weeks, we had heard the sound of running water and had checked all the plumbing fixtures in the house but could not find any leaks. We contacted High-Tech Plumbing and first they came and used sophisticated equipment to precisely locate the leak under the concrete slab in the den. They then promptly scheduled the next appointment to get to the leak and repair it. The job went very smoothly and we are very satisfied with their work.

We called Hi-Tech Plumbing as we found them on Angie's List and we were aware they had done similar service for our next door neighbor. Having placed our service request earlier in the a.m., we received a return call by the afternoon for a service appointment the next day a.m. The technician, Trenton, arrived promptly on time, surveyed the problem, investigated the possible sources and within 15 - 20 minutes had found the origin of our problem. He explained the situation to us and detailed his plan for repair, and what it would cost. He was polite, thorough and professional in his presentation and work, and he finished up in a reasonable time. We are well pleased with the company's response, service and treatment.

Before the 90 day warranty period was up, we had the water retested. The calcium level had not changed at all. We called and had the system removed and our money refunded. Imagine our shock when the check arrived for $600 and we had paid $1400. We made numerous phone calls and several emails before the owner contacted us. He stated that it was a prorated refund for the time we had used the system. NEVER had we been informed that this would be the case. He was very rude and told us to contact Culligan for our water needs. With a technician that sold us on this being the answer to our problem , a son who has several medical issues and a single income military family, it is disheartening that a comapny would not disclose the truth about their product or honor a full refund.

Cost was quoted up front. Options for service was discussed before continuing work. Jeff was very courteous and punctual and completed work in a timely manner. We were very impressed with his work and knowledge of repairs and would highly recommend.

Jeff was on time, friendly and professional. He explained what was wrong with the toilets, and how he was going to fix them. He also replaced the fixtures on my kitchen sink, showed me two different ways that it could be done and asked which one I liked better.

I performing some remodeling and removed a toilet in one of the bathrooms. I discovered the flange was severely corroded and needed to be replaced. Since the house was built in 72, I didn't have the correct tools or knowledge to perform the work. I called Hi Tech Plumbing and they came out the next day and assessed the issued. Since the tub was using the same line for drainage and it was extremely close to the top of the toilet opening. He as concerned he would need to break the slab, but after measuring and calling a local supply company he was able to determine there was a new flange that would be available to replace the old one. He cut the old flange off at the very top (level with the floor) and installed the new one. He was very clean and professional with everything. Great job
