Very excellent!! It took one week for them to get back to us, but...considering they are in Edmond, we are in Norman~~well worth the wait!!

They were punctual and they kept me informed.

Called Hi Tech to find out why my drains could not be roto rooted out, They used a camera and determined bottom of cast iron drain pipe was bad. Had to jack hammer open the slab inside my house and replace about 35 feet of bad pipe. Job took a week to complete. Workers were friendly and worked hard when here. Didn't start till 9:30 or later most mornings and would quit for the day around 4:15 to 4:30. Did a good job of keeping area clean daily. Jamey was good to deal with and helped a lot with dealing with my insurance.

For one thing they take care for other people. I actually called them to look at my mother?s property which is in my name but she had a plumbing line problem and he came out one Saturday and he didn?t charge me because he could not fix the complete problem. He analyzed the problem and figure out what was wrong. He didn?t charge me and they'll call me back when they are ready to finish the part and my mom tells that they did it very well. He is very good. The last approximate date of service is just a month ago. It would have been about the February 4th I believe. The total bill was $850. They fixed the tube plumbing problems for me. I actually have a problem out the street that the city had created but anyway he did well fix. They had do some sewer line work.

They were able to reroute the plumbing thru the walls instead of having to tear up the slab. The tech's were timely and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend them. We would use them again.

Trenton was on time but after making 3 big holes in bath cabinets he did not know what else to do!! I called the next day after having another plumber come out and reported that it was the drain and I did not want their service. Hi-Tech knows I was a dissatisfied customer. (The problem got fixed by someone else-$5,000)

Leak detection completed on the morning of December 10. Options discussed and recommendation made for reroute. Employee was courteous, professional, and helpful. On December 11, Hi-Tech plumber completed reroute. He was also courteous, professional and helpful.

Although of course I was not happy with having the leaks I felt it went as well as could be expected. They stayed later than planned instead of coming back Monday after I told them I could not take off work another day. Did a good job cleaning up and explained step by step what they were doing.

They are CONSISTENTLY a wonderful plumbing company!!! We have used Hi-Tech on 3 different occasions from 2009 to most recently in Jan. 2014. EVERY TIME they are prompt, EXTREMELY courteous and friendly, and MORE than plumbing professionals and plumbing specialists!!! They go ABOVE and BEYOND for their customers! I too work in the service industry and the motto at my place of employment is to treat customers like you would a friend/family. These guys display this very thing with ease. If I could bottle it up and share I would. We worked with Matt A back in 2009 and he was fantastic! On this job it was John, Trenton, and Josh. These guys all have fantastic people and communication skills. I mean John literally brought me to tears of joy with his open demeanor and kindness because it is SO VERY RARE to find anywhere, much less the service industry! Anyone would be blessed to spend 10 minutes with this guy whether Hi-Tech completes the work for you or not! I had to stop myself from giving these guys hugs at the end of the jobs! Their bids were fair and accurately reflected the work they completed thus no surprises on each job they have done for us! They are SUPER efficient, effective, and clearly knowledgeable! The clean-up work is SUPERB - it is as if there was never an issue to begin with! We have NEVER had any follow-up problems on ANY of the plumbing work they have done for us! Again, consistently wowing customers over the years is hard to deliver upon and we have found just that with Hi-Tech! We will continue to give our business to Hi-Tech exclusively! We needed a new water heater. We were hoping it would be a repair. This was our second estimate. It was three times higher than the first guy. They had to bring this to code. They had to replace that with Eco-friendly parts. We used a company that didn't cost nearly as much, and we have been perfectly happy. Our house is 11 years old. And although there may be more environmentally friendly options, at this particular time in our lives, courtesy, punctuality and PRICE were very integral in helping us make our decision.

We discovered a leak in our hot water plumbing on one side of our house on a Saturday morning. We check Angie's List and found Hi-Tech Plumbing and Leak Detection with good reviews and called them that morning. (Our regular plumber does not work weekends.) Hi- Tech came out within 2 hours. After coming out on Saturday to verify that the leak was actually in the slab, they scheduled to come back the next Tuesday to locate the actual leak. There was a slight miscommunication about which day they would come back to locate the leak, but it all worked out just fine. They found that the leak in the slab was very close to the hot water heater, and gave us two ways to fix it. We decided based on the lower-cost to replumb the hot water on hat side of the house up through the attic, rather than staying in the slab which would have been entailed additional cost. When they came back out on Thanksgiving Eve they performed the work very quickly and very professionally. The piping that they used up through the attic was insulated very well besides the fact that it would expand up to 30 times its own dimensions. We had never heard of that type of piping and were impressed that they used it. It indicated a true caring to provide the proper services for their customers. All of the men, one of which was the owner, that came out were very friendly and very professional. We were impressed by all of them. All of their work was done very, very well. We did experience, we thought, a problem the next day with one of the hot water outlets. Very very little water was coming out of the faucet in the laundry room. We called the office to report the problem and she said they would get back with us the next business day. It took three business days to get back with us. By then the hot water was coming out normally. Apparently something had gotten into the line, dislodged probably by the pressure of starting up again, and was working fine, so they didn't have to come out. I would do business with them.

We contacted Hi Tech and they were able to send a leak detection technician the following day. He identified the place where the pipes were leaking and marked where the plumbing came from our hot water heater, through the slab to the shower. He also explained two repair options, pros for each option and gave us estimates for both. We chose the option we wanted and he then contacted the office to get a repair date. Initially our repair date was the next day. Later in the day we received a call saying that the plumbers were unable to clear their schedules for the next day and asking if the following day was convenient. It was not and we settled on a day that was two days away. This was not an issue for us as the leak was under our slab and had been leaking for quite some time already. The plumbers came out on a very snowy, icy day and rerouted the plumbing up through the attic and down to sink. They worked very quickly and did a super job cleaning up after themselves. We were very happy with the results. We were able to use a coupon for leak detection on Angie's List and also had another coupon on the provider's web site that they told us about. Together the two coupons saved us 100 dollars. We would definitely recommend this company and would not hesitate to use them again.

Trenton was very professional and pleasant to deal with. He called ahead and arrived promptly. He was courteous and explained the process to us.

This was the best home service I have received in years. The technicians were excellent. I live with my 80 year old mother who is very hard to please at time when repairs are needed to be done. She called a plumber on her own about 2 months before and was not satisfied with their service. ($200 down the drain). Problem still there. I suggested to call the plumber this time and boy was she impressed. Thumbs up guys. They were very professional, prompt, polite, and very friendly. They treated us like family. They took their time and answered questions that satisfied my mother. They really made us feel that they were there to help us with our problems. They went far beyond our expectations. I feel recommendation that were given to us were honest and acceptable. I will consider Hi-Tech Plumbing as my family plumber. Keep up the good and honest work you are doing.

We were extremely pleased. John thought he would have to go through wall would cost $450. Tried one more thing and was able to do job without going through wall for drastic savings!

Jason came out told me what would happen, did the work checked for leaks, and completed clean up.

Great, it only took him 2 min to fix it with the same type of auger I had bought two days before he came out. He had a trick that he showed me and now I know how to fix it myself. Very easy. He also gave me a tip on clogs in the shower. Very nice guy.

This was a bad one caused by the drought. It was behind our Washer in the Laundry Room. They had to come out 3 times to finish the job. I ended up getting partial reimbursement from my homeowners insurance. They cut the slab and replaced the broken pipe. Replaced my kitchen faucet that was ruined due to the sand in the lines. Cleaned out the other faucets and shower heads that had sand and dirt in them.

This provider went above and beyond to proved excellent service. Arrived 45 minutes after I called, late in the afternoon. He worked out in the rain to unclog the line. Very courteous and professional! I will definitely recommend this company to friends and use them again in the future for plumbing needs.

Excellent. They were efficient and prompt in their service.They knew what they were doing. Another provider had come by earlier and messed up the job. In fact there was no leak to begin with, however, the persons who had come earlier to pressure test the system for clearance from the City office to re hook the gas had "created a leak" by leaving some of the joints open and wanted to do an extensive and expensive repair job in this relatively new building (3 yrs old). They are a busy group but honest and good at their job. It was worth the wait for a couple of days to get their services.
